Manxin Mansion Beijing Xiushuihu Hot Spring
"Good hotel, pleasant service, beautiful place. The room is large and clean."
Grand Bay Hotel Beijing
"Our 3-day, 2-night family trip to Half-Mountain Bay with our 1.5-year-old toddler was an absolute success! The entire experience was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's family-friendly amenities, thoughtful service, and exquisite dining were impeccable. The itinerary was packed yet unhurried: the indoor kids' club was perfect for younger children, with soft padding for safe play; the sports hall offered a relaxing space for a game, helping us unwind; the open-air hot springs, nestled in the woods, were tranquil and rejuvenating; and the private in-room hot spring provided a secluded and secure spot that our little one absolutely loved for splashing in the warm water. From dedicated baby amenities to mild and palatable kids' meals, every detail showed a thorough consideration for families with young children, and the staff were patient and gentle in their service. We spent three leisurely days accompanying our child as they unlocked new experiences, creating countless warm and fun-filled memories amidst the mountains and hot springs. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, Luna, for her attentive and considerate service. We'll definitely be back! ^_^"
Guoce International Conference and Exhibition Center Hotel
"This time, we stayed near the airport for my child's Latin dance competition. We booked a business twin room, which also had a small dining area – perfect for families traveling with young children, as preparing simple baby food wouldn't be an issue. The hotel offers butler service, and Mr. Qu Zhenyu, who assisted us, was incredibly thoughtful. He informed us of check-in procedures in advance, making the process efficient and smooth. During our stay, he proactively checked in on our needs and was meticulous and considerate in his service. He was always on call for any request, never overly intrusive but always there to help when needed. Five-star recommendation!"
Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing
"We met the most amazing butler, Luca! He's incredibly professional and super attentive. He even helped us choose a room since we had a child and gave us so many little gifts! We were so happy to catch the premiere of their color show that evening! He was super responsive to all our questions and even reminded us about activities in advance. Everyone should look for Luca! He was truly a fantastic butler during our trip! Overall, it's a great place to bring kids and have a wonderful time!"
Cordis, Beijing Capital Airport
"Huge thanks to Helena at the front desk for her incredibly helpful service! She meticulously arranged my wake-up calls, promptly and efficiently resolved any issues I had, and was super friendly. Her professionalism truly impressed me. It was a very pleasant stay! 👍"
Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza
"My stay was absolutely fantastic, and the service was incredibly attentive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and Amy's follow-up service was truly touching and made me feel so comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. But my favorite part has to be the instagrammable pool – the vibe was amazing, and the experience was superb. It's definitely worth a special trip just to check it out!"

"The hotel is fairly close to the airport with the shuttle bus service so it was very convenient for a morning flight from Beijing. Terminal 2 is about a 10-minute drive from here, but the stop is on the Arrivals floor. What I liked the most was the service - my luggage was taken care of, check-in and check-out were speedy, room was clean and odourless."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Beijing Panjiayuan Fangzhuang Subway Station)
"This is my second stay here, and the experience this time was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star recommendation! The biggest plus is the location – it's very close to Tiananmen Square, just a few minutes' walk away. This means no need to rush in the early morning to visit the Forbidden City or watch the flag-raising ceremony. Plus, the surrounding area has everything you need: subway stations, restaurants, making getting around super convenient. The room facilities are excellent; all the appliances and bathroom amenities are new. The hot water supply is plentiful, and the soundproofing is good too. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing to return to after a long day. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. Overall, everything about this place is impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're coming to Beijing to see Tiananmen Square, I highly recommend this hotel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Every time I visit, the lobby is always sparkling clean, and during holidays, they always have unique and charming decorations."
Sofitel Beijing Central (Accor)
"I was on a business trip to Beijing during the summer vacation. When I arrived, there wasn't a clean room available, so I dropped off my luggage and headed to the office. In the afternoon, once the room was ready, Ms. Ella called me and even helped me bring my luggage up. Her service was absolutely amazing, making my tiring day of travel a bit less stressful. The room was clean and tidy, and it was wonderfully cool as soon as I walked in, thanks to the powerful air conditioning."
Fuxue TRUE GO Hotel (Beijing Nanluoguxiang Chinese Siheyuan)
"This traditional courtyard hotel has an unparalleled ambiance and a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel manager called ahead to confirm our arrival time and the number of guests. We were traveling with my parents and child, a total of four people, and had originally booked a room with two beds. To our surprise, they upgraded us directly to a deluxe family suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a private entrance. The entire suite was smart-enabled. Both my parents and child absolutely loved it. They even gave us a souvenir when we left. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Beijing, highly recommend (five stars!)"
Sunset Lotus Vista Hotel Beijing
"It was pretty good, but my girlfriend and I had a fight that day. 😅 I was being unreasonable, but in the end, I admitted I was wrong and we made up. The hotel itself was nice, the bathtub was really comfortable, and taking a bath with my girlfriend was very relaxing. 😋 It's close to home, so I'll definitely come back next time."
