"Great value for money and a fantastic location, right next to the Hilton. The room was spacious and new, with excellent natural light. Downstairs, there are plenty of local eateries. They also offer airport transfer services. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming, or recommend it to friends. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel itself. The photo is of the clay pot rice noodles from downstairs – they were delicious, especially hitting the spot late at night!"

"This hotel is perfectly located right at the entrance of Shuangqiao Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's also very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. The room featured a smart home system, which was super convenient and hands-free. Although the projector wasn't clear, the front desk immediately helped fix it, showing great attention to detail. The room was spotlessly clean. Despite being next to the night market, the hotel is surprisingly soundproof, so it was quiet and peaceful."

"We arrived very early in the morning, and the reception had already anticipated our arrival. The room was made ready for us. The room was spacious and had authentic retro Chinese design... and it is beautiful. Throughout our 3 nights stays, the service was exceptional. The staff have made special efforts to cater for our special dietary needs. The front office lady was also very helpful in helping us securing the taxi to train station when we checked out. We are returning to the hotel again on the 19th October! Overall... highly recommended!!!"

"The hotel location is a bit far from sight seeing and the main town area but it is close to the train station. The hotel also includes a free drop off to the train station. Since the driver was busy, they paid for our taxi to the high speed rail station.
The hotel room was very nice! There’s not much of a view but the overall room was nice and comfortable. First day, the air conditioning wasn’t working but they provided a fan. The next day, the AC worked fine. There’s a laundry room but beware it took almost 6 hours for our clothes to dry. I recommend to only wash and dry about 5-7 items of clothing.
The breakfast has a lot of options but overall was not that tasty. The free afternoon tea was also very disappointing. The free rose cake they provide was quite delicious! It was the best 鲜花饼 that I had thus far. There’s a gym but it’s very small.
Overall, I really enjoyed our stay! The staff who checked us in were very friendly but the staff the next day didn’t feel as friendly."

"Perfect location! The hotel entrance is off the main street, making it quieter at night, but still easy to get Didi to and from there. It's just a 2-minute walk to Nanqiang Street Market which is filled with amazing food vendors and restaurants. I was also able to walk to other parts of the city from this hotel, including Cui Hu Park. (40 mins)

"The room wasn't huge, but the bedding was clean and comfortable. The toilet seat in the bathroom was heated, and it flushed automatically. The nightlight also turned on with motion detection. The small details were really well thought out, and the staff were very enthusiastic. For breakfast, the four hot dishes changed daily, and it was great to have freshly cooked pickled fish and spicy black chicken early in the morning. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time."

"“Very impressed! The male staff member named Wayne provided excellent service. He was always cheerful, friendly, and had an exceptional service mind. He carried multiple bags by himself and whenever he saw us looking confused or having any issues, he immediately came over to help. Whether it was storing our shopping bags, calling a car, or delivering items, he handled everything for us by himself. Every time we walked past him, he would smile and greet us. If I visit Kunming again in the future, I will definitely stay here again because of him. His service is truly outstanding!

The hotel's overall decor is nice, but it's really not good value for money. Its biggest plus is definitely the location. There were no tissues on the coffee table or by the bed, so I had to go to the bathroom counter to get some. Breakfast keeps getting worse – the variety is so limited. Yunnan has such an abundance of fruit, yet they only offered watermelon, cantaloupe, and dragon fruit. The Erkuai (rice cake) was good though. Last year, they even had oranges and salmon, but there was none of that this time. The bread was also very mediocre. The restaurant 'Die Zhuo' was delicious, and the service there was excellent.

There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

YYiyiyiliUnexpectedly, the room was quite spacious. The smart assistant, Xiao Du, was very intelligent. Outside the window, there was a lush green view, which made up for the lack of a kids' play area. Activities on the lawn with children were also a great outdoor option. They provided complimentary fruit and airport drop-off service. Do note that airport drop-off is not available after 2 PM. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying, which we didn't get to use as we were in a hurry to go downtown. The hotel's breakfast was delicious.

MM364457****I stayed here for one night while transferring flights in Tengchong. Being right in the airport made it super convenient for my early morning flight the next day. The room, though not huge, was very comfortable, neat, and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was thoughtful, and since it's inside the airport, food and everything else was easily accessible. It was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel, and I had a really good impression.

AAnn KLHighly recommend the Duplex Two-bedroom parent-child room if you are travelling with children. The room is cosy and comes with thoughtful, kid-friendly amenities such as a potty seat, two-step stepper, room slipper, Lego, soft toys, etc. The staff are also friendly and helpful when I requested some help with returning the power bank even when I arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm. Additionally, there is a wide selection of breakfast for you to preorder in advance. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

MM390202****Choosing this hotel for our trip was an absolute game-changer! From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. The front desk attendant checked us in quickly and kindly, and even proactively shared information about local attractions and good restaurants nearby.
The room was actually more spacious than it looked in the pictures, and the window offered an amazing view of the street. The bedding was clean and incredibly comfortable, soft to the touch. What really impressed me were the details: the bathroom's wet and dry areas were perfectly separated, and even the vanity was spotless, without a single water stain. The toiletries were all single-use, which made me feel very at ease.
The breakfast selection was also rich and varied, with hot congee, freshly made noodles, and very fresh fruit. I ate until I was full before heading out for the day, which was incredibly satisfying. Next time I visit this city, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!

I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
