Room was clean and had amazing views. Staff greeted us downstairs late at night. Which was very helpful since it was our first time visiting. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and reception helped show us to our room. The staff spoke English and welcomed us late in the night at 1:30am. Very thankful for their help as we were tired and wary. The room was very comfortable with water, coffee, tea, and all amenities we would need. When checking out the staff escorted us down to the first floor and handed us off to our tour guide. Enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the staff.

Always wanted to experience Aman Beijing, finally booked a one night stay.
Upon arrival, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining various items and was pleasantly surprised to hear my room had been upgraded.
The property and the room are just like the photos but actually physically being there and seeing all the details of the architecture, courtyards, and surrounding nature and birds is like being transported back in time to another era. In this sense, Aman Beijing accomplishes what no other modern five-star luxury hotel can come close to achieving - making one feel a certain emotion or feeling that they've never felt, or perhaps only experienced in their dreams.
Everything from the furniture to the layout to the art to the lighting is so tastefully executed and done, the courtyards and grounds are kept immaculate (saw people sweeping away leaves), they even have the older style bicycles available to ride there.
Ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, the environment and lighting is so nice, their dumplings are excellent and also really enjoyed some of their soups and vegetable offerings, very delicious.
Unfortunately, I was quite sick that day and also had injured my knee the day before. One of the staff at the front desk noticed my limp and asked if I was okay. I told her I was fine, just a little sprain. She went to the back and brought out a traditional Chinese 'Ban Lan Gen' pain relief spray can which she kindly gave to me, saying I could use it and take it with me, very touched. I think it is moments like these which one will remember many years later.
All the staff I met there were very kind, during lunch was fortunate enough to meet Ivy, the F&B Manager who was very warm and hospitable. Then during dinner, after I saw down, a restaurant staff asked if I would like an ice pack for my leg, I asked her if she thought it would help and she replied, ”Yes.” They proceeded to bring out a huge ice pack that was able to wrap around my entire knee, providing instant relief. Finally, when it was time to leave, the very lovely and kind Lucy asked if I would like more ice packs to be sent to my room so I could ice my knee before retiring for the night.
Even though I was not feeling well, it was an unforgettable experience due in large part to the kind and wonderful staff there.

During the May Day holiday, my husband and I came to experience the most expensive hotel in China - Qianmen Mandarin Oriental, and the experience was great!
This time we stayed in the Zun Shang Courtyard. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a courtyard floor-to-ceiling window in the room. When the sun came in, the whole room was very bright and transparent.
There was nothing to criticize about the butler service. The service was very considerate. Basically, as long as we had a need, the butler would do it~ Special thanks to Ethan for his help, which made me feel warm and at home~
The breakfast was also very delicious. There were not many varieties but the quality was great~ It was really healing to start the day with a beautiful breakfast every morning~
I have been a loyal fan of MO for many years. In short, Qianmen Mandarin Oriental MO is worth it!
The Beijing Pushen Hotel is located inside the World Park. It is a luxury resort boutique hotel with the Jiangnan “Five Phoenixes Building” as its core. It is meticulously restored by the master craftsmen of ancient architecture, preserving the original architectural style and historical information, allowing people to understand more intuitively the construction techniques of ancient Chinese architecture, feel the charm of traditional culture more directly, and realize the traditional Chinese architecture and culture in the experience. The hotel is a combination of guest rooms, all-day dining, specialty restaurants, lobby bar, tea room, multi-functional ballroom, Tai Chi room with gym, SPA and swimming pool, surrounded by a quiet and elegant natural environment, for people tired of the hustle and bustle of the city or revere the ancient culture of the people to come here to unplug, back to basics, to provide guests with a unique and wonderful experience. The hotel has designed a series of customized cultural experiences for guests, blending the natural environment, traditional culture and local characteristics to enrich their vacation experience. Here, you can follow the ancient architecture interpreter back to the governmental hall compound in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, write poems with ink in the lobby, or follow the Tai Chi teacher to breathe in and out the spiritual qi of the mountains and water. The hotel lives with the mountains and sleeps by the water, with the ancient courtyard, quietly listening to the flowing water dialing the clear rhyme, the ancient acacia getting the breeze, and the exquisite beauty of the garden architecture is resident, which makes people mesmerized! At the foot of the Great Wall and along the banks of the Gui Shui River, you can enjoy the natural scenery of the World Park and savor the beauty of the ancient architecture and culture of Pushen.

This is my second time staying here. I took my kids to participate in the Spartan Race. There is a battery car to take us there, which is very convenient. The surrounding environment is beautiful and parking is convenient. The only drawback is that the buffet breakfast and dinner are a bit average. I hope it can be improved.

The service provided by Concierge Jason was excellent and efficient. Front Desk staff member Rita was exceptionally friendly and understanding. Additionally, the male staff member with black glasses who works in the Lobby Restaurant was very professional. Their outstanding service is truly appreciated, and I believe they all deserve recognition or perhaps even a raise.
While I did have a minor encounter with a couple of Lobby Restaurant staff members whose service was less satisfactory, I have already shared my concerns directly with the management team. Overall, my experience was very positive thanks to the efforts of the other outstanding team members.

Rosewood so far in term of service, in my opinion, still the best in beijing. I like how attentive they are to all the customers. They are very consistent in giving the personalised and customised service to every guests.
In term of location, this hotel is located in the very center of beijing cbd. Some of their rooms have direct view to the iconic cctv tower so that you can have this iconic instaworthy moment from your room.
Their foods also in another level. I've tried their in room dining and their restaurants. All of them really exceed my expectation. Red bowl so far is my favourite.
Dont forget to get their manor club facilities. I think so far this is one of the best chinese hotel executive lounge experience.
Another plus is almost all of their staff can speal english well. Rosewood make my china trip perfect.

In this harsh weather, I was fortunate enough to find a warm harbor - this hotel. Even luckier, I met Manager Amy and MOMO, who provided me with thoughtful service, dispelling the cold and bringing endless warmth. As soon as I walked into the hotel gate, Momo warmly welcomed me. Her smile is like the sunshine of winter, instantly making me feel the warmth of home. When I checked in, she patiently answered every question I asked and carefully arranged everything for me. Although the strong winds in Beijing were fierce, I felt an unprecedented sense of tranquility and warmth in this hotel. All of this is thanks to the thoughtful service provided by Manager Amy and MOMO. They are not only my guardians at this hotel, but also my enthusiastic ambassadors in the strong winds of Beijing. I want to give this hotel a thumbs up, and more importantly, I want to applaud the thoughtful service provided by Manager Amy and MOMO! Thank you for providing me with such a warm harbor in such harsh weather. Next time I come to Beijing again, I will choose this place because it has the most enthusiastic service and the people I care about the most!

My one-night stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The breathtaking views from my room provided a true sense of tranquility and relaxation. I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the surroundings.
The health spa facilities were absolutely fabulous. The pool and changing rooms were impeccably clean, creating a hygienic and inviting environment. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some well-deserved pampering and rejuvenation.
As for the room service breakfast, it was nothing short of fabulous. The delectable food delivered right to my doorstep was a delightful way to start the day. The attention to detail and quality of the meal exceeded my expectations.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was truly exceptional. I can't wait to have the opportunity to stay with you again in the near future. Thank you once again for providing such a memorable and enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserThe Mid-Levels Hotel interprets what it means to feel at home. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can put down everything and enjoy your own vacation. It goes without saying that they help you carry your luggage. Seeing that I have booked a yoga class in the afternoon, they patiently introduce the layout of the hotel. Other details are well done, thick cotton slippers, and warm towels to wrap your head after taking a bath. Thanks to the old man in the hot spring. There is basically no one on weekdays. Although the hot springs are partially open, each one is also treated as a private bath. The pillow menu is even more well-received. Although it was not used, the housekeeper was very considerate to replenish the minibar the next day, a whole portion. Before leaving, Luna, the housekeeper, kindly sent two ice creams. Thanks again to Luna for her care.
The only small drawback that can be mentioned may be that the decoration has some traces of time, and the floor tiles and wall joints are not handled well, resulting in yellowing now. In addition, the cost-effectiveness of the Chinese restaurant can be said to be almost non-existent, and it is completely not at the same level as the Chinese and Western breakfasts. The breakfast can be said to be very rich, and it can be ranked among the top few I have ever stayed in.
GGuest UserStayed here for the second time, this time I took my elders on vacation.
During the short vacation, I thought of Yanbai first, and quickly placed an order to grab the last room I liked. And happily upgraded the room type.
I also spent the same day in Yanbai last year, and the happiness was closed☺️
I won’t go into details about the facilities and services. Different people have different preferences. I am very satisfied with myself and my family.
Get the Yanbai Cultural Tour Activity~ Full marks for the tea-making experience! A very comfortable one-hour exchange and hands-on practice, very interesting 👍 Check in at the Beishan Plank Road, a relatively niche walking route, with fewer people than the Xishan Plank Road, a relatively short distance, and seamless connection with the hotel.
Looking forward to seeing you again👋

PpanruyanThe hotel is connected to Wangfujing Central Shopping Mall, with a pedestrian street next to it, so you can go shopping in one stop. The subway entrance is 500 meters away from the hotel, making it convenient for travel. I arrived at the hotel at around 1:00 p.m., and the hotel arranged the room early, and the check-in process was extremely smooth. Guest relations Cassie's service is super nice~ She helped with the luggage all the way until it was delivered to the door of the room, and introduced the hotel's various facilities and services along the way. The service is also warm and thoughtful, responsive, and super considerate~ The scenery on the hotel terrace is so beautiful, but it's a pity that the wind was too strong during the few days of stay. The steakhouse manager Nacho is super handsome, and he is also very gentle. He will listen carefully to the guests' suggestions, and even gave a small cake when dining🔚! The dining experience is super good👍~ I will stay there again next time I have a chance! ...

WWanruoyoulongThe room and the overall environment of the hotel are very satisfactory. I have to complain about the breakfast. Maybe because there were a lot of people during the Qingming Festival, the whole restaurant was very chaotic. There were no seats left, and there was no staff to maintain order and wait in line. Everyone just rushed in and whoever got the first seat got it. When I told the staff that there were no seats, they just replied ”hmm” and continued to stand. The staff who collected the tableware and cleaned the table might have been in a hurry to clean up the empty table, and did not stop to let the guests pass. There were also people who competed with the guests for the way. The overall feeling was very chaotic. Other things were good. Suitable for family travel

GGuest UserLocated at the foot of Beijing's imperial city, the Waldorf Astoria Courtyard Hotel perfectly blends traditional Beijing charm with luxurious services, creating a quiet and peaceful place for guests hidden in the bustling city. The courtyard surrounded by blue bricks and gray tiles, carved beams and painted buildings complement the contemporary art furnishings. In the morning, you can hear the sound of wind chimes on the eaves, and when you return home at night, the stone path has quietly lit up the warm yellow courtyard lights.
The housekeeping team has engraved ”guests first” into the details: Ella took us in and taught us how to use the room card. From serving seasonal cakes and fruits, welcome gifts, to birthday cakes and champagne in the afternoon, Judy also prepared coffee for us, and Xiao Xiong personally brewed coffee for us. Will enthusiastically took the initiative to help us take photos and take luggage for our couple. From adjusting the fragrance of the room according to the weather to secretly recommending the best time to shoot in the corner tower for photography enthusiasts - this oriental hospitality that seems to be able to predict needs has made countless travelers sigh in their comments that ”the service is like a spring breeze, without a trace but appropriate everywhere.” When the morning light of the Forbidden City passes through the courtyard, staying here has already surpassed the accommodation experience and has become a local cultural therapy that awakens the five senses.

Thank you very much for the company of the housekeeper Quinn Zhang. The housekeeper's service was very attentive and enthusiastic. After learning that we were traveling as a couple, she prepared a bouquet of flowers and special gifts for us. At the same time, she prepared souvenirs for us in advance before checking out. I experienced warm and energetic attentive service. The hardware facilities perfectly meet the quality of Bulgari Hotel. This price and quality are rare in the world.
AAnonymous UserImpressive looking building from the outside but a really slow check in. They had 4-5 staff members yet everything took longer than I’d expect. The room was basic and, for the price, underwhelming. In addition, the walls are marked and scuffed. One part of the wall had food stains. The carpet is stained. When we went to go to bed we found the linen was dirty. There were stains on both the duvet and the bed sheet! We called down for reception and they said sorry then sent a maid to change the duvet. I felt like good customer service would include at least having someone from customer service/reception come to check on us and the room, or calling us to check, or making a note to ask at check out. No follow up.
Apart from this the room is a good size and felt spacious with a desk, sofa and large double bed. The bathroom also had 2 sinks and ample space for your things. The cupboards were also large with lots of hangers etc. There is a full ironing board. I was disappointed for the price (over ¥2000 a night) that even their basic rooms don’t have a coffee machine (like Nespresso etc). This seems to be standard in most hotels at this price range these days. Just instant coffee. As part of the price, the hotel included “free mini bar” which was just 1 can of coke, sprite and Fanta. All full sugar, no zero/diet. Only one side of the bed has plug socks for charging. Otherwise, there is a socket under the desk. The slippers constantly stuck to the tiled floor area which meant squeaky/sticky sounds as you walk around. I’m not sure if it was just the slippers or the floor coating but it was pretty irritating.
The breakfast was good with a range of choices including pancakes, waffles, different types of bread, omelette/egg station, noodles, porridge etc as well as fried vegetables, salad, fruit and sausages etc. Lots of coffee machines dotted around the canteen.
Location good if you want to go to the lake area and surrounds. There isn’t much walkable so to really take advantage you need a car , either a Didi or your own. You can rent bikes but anyone serious brings their own and cycles round the area. There are local restaurants about 1-2k away which is walkable. We had some ok local food for a good price. Disappointed not to find a modern cafe anywhere nearby, including the hotel. The coffee in the hotel was only the push button kind, like at breakfast buffets. No real cafe.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and wouldn’t go back.
