QQinlaoaimilaThis hotel is perfect for families with kids! It boasts a comprehensive range of clean facilities for entertainment, including a playground, hot springs, swimming pool, gym, yoga, and hiking. The dining and other services are also excellent. What really stood out was the hotel's twin room setup: the housekeeper proactively placed a connecting bench between the beds to prevent children from falling off. Having stayed at numerous family-friendly hotels both domestically and internationally, this is the first time I've encountered such thoughtful and proactive service. It perfectly addresses the common concern for families with two children – the dilemma of a king bed being a bit cramped versus twin beds and the fear of falls. This aspect is truly commendable. Behind the hotel, there's a hiking trail that, upon reaching the summit, offers breathtaking views of Miyun's stunning mountains. The artificial trail markers and landscaping along the way are tastefully designed with ancient, subdued colors, avoiding overly cutesy or sentimental decorations, which was also a pleasant surprise. Our butler, Bella, provided attentive care throughout our stay. My children have already declared this a hotel they'd love to visit again!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the food street and Sun and Moon Square, and also not far from the Great Wall ticket office. They offer complimentary double tickets to Gubei Water Town Scenic Area, a double hot spring experience voucher, and a choice of two half-journey boat tickets, a double afternoon tea at Qingye Water Bar, a double hot pot tea experience at Yudao, or a double afternoon tea at Yuantong Pagoda (choose one from four). We opted for the boat ride, which didn't require advance booking. During the Qingming holiday, the Sima's Terrace cable car tickets were not included. We chose the night session after 5:30 PM, which cost 120 per person for hotel guests. There was no drone show that night, so it didn't feel like great value.

GGuest UserWe were very satisfied with the room, the staff were very nice, and it was conveniently located for going to Disneyland. We were all very tired after a long day, but the kids stopped complaining about being tired when they saw the room's decor! Oh, and we got back a little late, and the staff had already filled the soaking tub with water beforehand!

MMeiyincidufuHighly, highly recommended!!! Our group of four climbed Dongling Mountain this morning, and the scenery was so beautiful we didn't want to go back to Beijing. On a whim, we wanted to find a hot spring hotel nearby where we could relax and soak, and we found this one. The scenery was absolutely stunning!!! The entire village has excellent red-themed architecture and a very positive atmosphere. Even the small village museum's 3D video was quite good, creating a great ambiance, and in the morning, you could see the iconic red star right outside your window!! And the best part? The hot spring was incredibly relaxing! Enjoying a barbecue in the misty mountains, listening to the rain while soaking in the hot spring… friends, it was indescribably comfortable!! The owner and the manager were very kind, providing us with free breakfast. After breakfast, we immediately bought two jars of the same fermented bean curd online—it was so delicious, hahaha! In short, a perfect recommendation, we will definitely go again!!!

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great! The room is warmly decorated, fully equipped, and the toiletries are of high quality. The service is very considerate, the front desk check-in is super fast, and they also help with luggage. The breakfast in the restaurant is rich and varied, and the taste is also great, especially the freshly fried eggs and fresh juice. The surrounding environment is beautiful and convenient for travel. This stay experience is very good, and I will come again next time!

LLiqiThis hotel is beautiful and high-class, and the rooms are very spacious. Each room has both a bathtub and a shower, and the toiletries are excellent. Whether you're relaxing in your room watching TV or heading to the ground floor for the hot spring and swimming pool (a comfortable 25-meter pool with 31-degree water, indoor and outdoor hot springs, and complimentary snacks and drinks...), there's plenty to do. Outdoors, there's an adventure park with go-karts, alpaca feeding, and horseback riding – all great options for a holiday. The hotel has both Chinese and Western restaurants. During the holiday, the Chinese restaurant offered a few quick options as well as à la carte, and the Western restaurant served a seafood buffet for dinner. The food was delicious, with a wide variety for both breakfast and dinner, and the desserts were incredibly beautiful. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff were incredibly responsible and patiently answered all questions. The hot spring front desk staff were also consistently good; even before the name change, they were always enthusiastic and helpful in coordinating any issues (all the staff in the hot spring area were also warm, polite, thoughtful, and meticulous). It seems that whether it's a holiday or not, I've always received a welcome fruit platter and a white fungus and pear afternoon tea, which is a very thoughtful touch. This time, they even gave my child a small gift when we left, which was very touching. The room packages include meals or hot spring tickets, and hotel guests get a discount if they want to purchase the buffet or hot springs separately. It's a very welcoming hotel.

SShenmidebanzhuanXishan Hot Springs is truly perfect for the whole family, from the elderly to children. The seniors felt comfortable, the kids had a blast, and we felt at ease throughout our entire stay. The environment was clean and warm, and there were many hot spring pools with just the right water temperature. The elderly found it relaxing and rejuvenating, and there wasn't much walking involved, with plenty of rest areas available to sit down whenever tired. Kids have their own dedicated water play area with shallow pools that are safe and fun. There's also a children's playground, slides, and go-karts – enough to keep them entertained all day long. Plus, there's a childcare service so parents can relax for a while, which is a very thoughtful touch. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, and attention to detail was evident, taking great care of both seniors and children. Also, their Four Seasons Restaurant really knows how to cater to foodies! Our overall experience this Chinese New Year was fantastic, and I must commend it. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety; it was more for a quick bite to fill you up, suitable for those who wake up early and just want something light. However, the dinner buffet was truly outstanding. They had everything: seafood, BBQ, hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. You could grab salmon, oysters, roasted lamb leg, grilled durian, and crayfish to your heart's content, with each person limited to half a lobster. The taste was on point, and they refilled dishes quickly. There were so many options we couldn't even try them all – we left feeling incredibly satisfied. The late-night supper was an even bigger surprise! It was perfect for when we were tired from playing all day and got hungry at night. They had steaming hot xiaolongbao and various noodle dishes, all with great flavor and generous portions. Having hot food late at night felt incredibly comforting. Service was also attentive, with quick plate clearing and a clean, comfortable environment. Overall, breakfast was simple, dinner was lavish and enjoyable, and the late-night supper was heartwarming and just right. It's an all-in-one place for dining and entertainment where everyone in the family can find something to enjoy. It's not tiring or troublesome, and the value for money is pretty good. If you're traveling with elderly family members and children, this is the place to choose – hassle-free and comfortable. A highly recommended spot! 😎😎😎

MM0005****The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

GGuest UserThis experience was a bit disappointing! First, the good points: the accommodation package included a high-quality afternoon tea set, and the staff were very friendly! Now for the not-so-good parts: I'm not sure if it was due to the increased traffic during the May Day holiday, but the room cleaning was unsatisfactory. There were hairs everywhere, on the sofa and in the corners of the walls. I wonder if the previous guest had a pet. We had to request a second vacuum cleaning! The evening BBQ buffet was definitely something to avoid. I've never had such a terrible BBQ. It felt like an immature dish added on a whim without any proper menu development! There were no labels at the buffet counter, and all the BBQ items were mixed together. We had to ask the staff, who then had to ask the chef, and the chef would then explain each item one by one. It was basically a 'mystery box' buffet. The scallops were overcooked and a bit tough. There was no juice at the buffet, and a star-rated hotel actually served cold mixed noodles (liangpi)! The worst part was that the BBQ meat and grilled tendon weren't fully cooked. They lacked chewiness and that grilled flavor; it was more like they were par-boiled first and then grilled. The overall temperature of the food wasn't very hot, and if you didn't eat it quickly at your table, it would get cold. The only highlight was that the crayfish were decent. The watermelon at the buffet wasn't as good as the watermelon in the afternoon tea set. The dinner menu was actually worse than breakfast.

GGuest UserDidn't want to travel too far for our holiday, so we chose the Marriott Badaling to relax with the kids. The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Wanda Plaza, which caters to all our dining, drinking, and shopping needs. The room was spacious and well-arranged, maintaining Marriott's usual high standards. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; even though it was crowded during the holiday, the queue was orderly, and there was plenty of food. There are many hot spring pools with good privacy, but soaking in them these past two days was a bit awkward – the outdoor wind was too strong and it was a bit sunny, while the indoor water was a bit shallow and the activities felt a bit childish, not really suitable for older kids. The indoor swimming pool, however, was great, with clean, odorless water and plenty of lounge chairs. Overall, this short getaway was quite satisfying. A special thanks to Skyller for helping us get extra perks and for the very attentive, butler-style service. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family for a holiday.
