The room was spacious. Cleaning was ok but the air-conditioning was too weak, we could hardly sleep at night because the temperature was too high.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room was very spacious. The gym was huge and well equipped. The location is a little further out from the centre but well worth a stay if you don’t mind the 45 mins travel in.

The accomodation is excellent confortable and well equipped. The staff is punctual and efficient.
week points: the hotel is a bit far from the metro station (1,2km)

The place was very wonderful and the people there are very nice and I will come back to them again. There is only a note on cleanliness. If they could raise its level more, this place would be the number one destination.

The room looks very good! Also, we liked the breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was the noise. There was construction work and it was really noisy at the day time.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the staff. Me and my boyfriend checked in and we have registered on the counter. Then we went out for dinner. When we came back, there is a guard sitting beside the lift, keep asking us to scan QR code, without explaining what is the purpose, he even raise his voice and he is annoyed. We said we just checked in 3 hours ago and we went out for dinner, he didn’t care at all. Ascott is a 4 star hotel but with this kind of service, very disappointing.

The amenities are fantastic, with a washing machine in the apartment itself, quite useful for long travels. There is also a very well equipped gym and a large swimming pool. The apartment is furnished luxuriously and there is also a kitchen.
There are many restaurants and eateries just adjacent to the hotel, along with supermarkets. The nearest metro station is however about 5 to 8 minutes walk away.
The staff here are all helpful and polite. Special thanks to Cherry, who made my check-in process pleasant and is very helpful. Also many thanks to the cleaner Miao Hongyan who is meticulous and thoughtful when attending to our needs.
Will definitely stay there again!
