COFFIZZ HOTEL- the center of Beijing - Near by Forbidde City, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing Subway

After long traveling to China we arrived to this nice hotel in Beijing. The staff was very helpful and check in was super smooth. Rooms are clean and you will have everything what you need to relax after visiting the lively city

Convenient Location, but Housekeeping and Public Area Issues Need Improvement I recently stayed at Coffizz Hotel Beijing and overall, the hotel has several good points, especially its location and convenience. The location is a major plus. It is conveniently located near Wangfujing, APM and In88 Shopping Mall, with plenty of restaurants, shopping and amenities nearby. It is also close to many popular tourist attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring Beijing. One of my favourite features is the robot delivery service. Food and ******* deliveries can be delivered directly to your room by the robot, which is very convenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing. However, there are several areas that I feel the hotel should improve. The shower water pressure was quite weak, and there were also occasions when the water supply was temporarily cut off. Soundproofing could be better as well, as noise could sometimes be heard from outside the room. Housekeeping also needs more attention. I noticed dust that had not been properly cleaned, particularly on areas that are easy to overlook, such as the movable bedside table. These small details make a difference to the overall cleanliness of the room. There was also one particular incident that I found quite unpleasant. On one night, I saw a guest smoking on Level 4, where I was staying, sitting on the chair/sofa beside the lift lobby and talking on the phone for quite some time. The person was smoking and spitting on the public floor/walkway. I understand that what someone does inside their own room is their private matter, but smoking and spitting in a shared public area used by all guests staying on the floor is unacceptable and unpleasant. What was more disappointing was that there appeared to be no enforcement or intervention. Overall, the hotel has a very good location, convenient facilities and excellent robot delivery service, but I hope management can improve housekeeping, water pressure/water supply, soundproofing, and especially enforcement of no-smoking and cleanliness rules in shared public areas. With these improvements, I believe Coffizz Hotel could provide a much better experience for guests.

This was my second stay here and it was great! The hotel is cute and clean, staff are friendly, and location is excellent!

Great stay at Coffizz Hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from the pedestrian street and close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

I stayed in the hotel only for one night and would tell that it’s a pleasant experience. The hotel right in the city center, nearby all main tourist attractions but also you can’t see all this hustle and bustle from the Main Street

This hotel was really good. The location was amazing, really near to the Wangfujing street and the main touristics points (Forbidden City, National Museum and Tianmen Square). The hotel is located behind the St Joseph's church. The staff was very kind. I received an upgrade from a single room to a double room and it was possible to do the check in before the defined time as I arrived earlier. The room was very clean, comfortable and tyde. There is a laundry available for free at the hotel that was very convinient for me. There is also a gym and space for kids at the hotel. There is no breakfast available at the hotel however, that are a lot of options near to the hotel, that was not a problem. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is close to a variety of great Beijing locations, and it’s very quiet and peaceful inside. The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful. If you book here, I really recommend choosing one of the terrace rooms. Spending time on the balcony was definitely a highlight. The room itself is a great size and mostly very comfortable. There are some maintenance and upkeep problems. The curtain doesn’t close all the way, which was a problem when the sun rose. The room was dusty and there’s was a big coffee splash all over the walls. The outlet next to the bed was to worn out to use. Overall, we would stay again, especially if the hotel had some upkeep between now and then.
