Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

The pickup and drop-off service at Capital Airport T3/T2 was excellent; the driver personally handled our luggage. The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming and escorted us to our room. They even provided a fruit platter. We were quite satisfied with the room's facilities and cleanliness. They also offered a late-night snack, and the hotel breakfast was rich and worth experiencing! Upon departure, we received a small souvenir. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next layover.

It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport, especially Terminal 2. The pickup service was excellent; we only waited about ten minutes at most after calling, and sometimes the car arrived even faster. Highly recommended! The hotel's facilities are also very good. You can order takeout, and the front desk accepts package deliveries. Everyone's service attitude was great, and the bed, duvet, and pillows were all very comfortable. The shower system was good too.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. I had an early flight at around 7 AM the next day, so I arrived in Beijing a day early and found a hotel very close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, but you need to inform the front desk in advance. They also provide a wake-up call service in the morning. The staff were very thoughtful and upgraded our standard double room to a king-sized bed (2-meter) room for free when they saw it was just me and my daughter.

Long drive from the airport. Punctual free shuttle bus to airport. Weak A/C. Supposed to be a refurbished new wing of the hotel where the pool and gym located. Avoid this wing during summer. Dark foyers with thick carpet, same applies for the room! Booked a room with wooden floor, was assigned a room in this ”new wing” with a full carpet, that smelled and gave a dusty air. Requested to change the room immediately to the type of room according to our booking. We were given a room in the ”older” wing that was bright with minimum carpet on the corridors and in the room too. Know what you booked and stick to it if you have dust allergy. Really polite and efficient front desk staff!

This is my fourth stay, and it's definitely one of the best hotels near the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there's plenty of parking. The front desk staff are very polite. Last night around 11 PM, I even saw the front desk helping guests with taxis and getting hot water for a pregnant foreign guest. The service is excellent, really impressed! I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! It's a chain hotel, and the Langliz Hotel Dongba Store boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient for both getting around and shopping. It's right next to Wanda Plaza and the Dongba subway station. The room was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All the in-room facilities were complete and functional, including a mini-fridge and easy-to-use smart room controls. The overall layout felt spacious and airy. The public areas were also very clean, with well-equipped amenities like a restaurant, gym, and laundry room. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive, making check-in and check-out efficient. The hotel's internet speed was fast, and parking was convenient. The overall service was thoughtful and attentive, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit, as well as recommend it to friends!

I stayed here for 6 days during my trip to Beijing, and overall I was very satisfied. The room was quiet and not noisy, the environment was comfortable and tidy, and I had a great quality of rest. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good, and the service was attentive and thoughtful.

This hotel offers great value for money, and its location is fantastic. There's a bus stop just a few hundred meters to the right when you exit, and getting a taxi is also very convenient. Plus, there's a wetland park nearby for walks. They also provide airport shuttle service for both T2 and T3. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, completely dust-free, and the soundproofing is excellent – absolutely no strange odors either. There's a convenience store right outside, and a robot delivers food from the lobby. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!
