CCarol ShaoSo far the best hotel experience in China for my family. Will definitely come back the next time we visit Beijing, and maybe even consider their other locations across China.
The staff have been very professional and accommodating to my family’s needs. The brand visibly tries to uphold a high standard in terms of service and facility, and in my 4 nights they have been very consistent and delighting us.
Lastly, their breakfast seems to have a more curated selection rather than a standard continental breakfast.
All in all, an amazing experience and highly recommended anyone to come to this hotel.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel based off reviews and we were not disappointed. The location was great as were the amenities. There were staff members that spoke very good English which was helpful.
I was aware from reviews that the apartment was dated and yes it definitely needs an upgrade, it’s a shame as because the room is old looking it looks like it could be dirty but the lovely cleaners do a daily cleaning routine and it is definitely not dirty. The washing machine/dryer was one of the reasons I chose this hotel as we’d been travelling so it was nice to get my washing done before coming home. The shower had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast catered mainly for the Chinese people which is fine as there was enough choice for us westerners.
We also booked the hotel for the pool sadly our schedule didn’t allow the time to enjoy. Check out was at 12pm but we had a night flight. It was nice to be able to use an area to have a shower to freshen up.

EE0283****As a parent with a child taking the Gaokao (national college entrance exam), I chose this apartment hotel conveniently located near the exam center. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, offering a 2-hour early check-in and a late check-out specifically for Gaokao students. This level of consideration was truly exceptional.

RRevExcellent hotel to live in. Quite convenient with a lot of amenities around the hotel especially food. The hotel itself comes with a convenient shop (not 24 hours) and a Japanese cuisine restaurant (5pm to 2am). Hotel buffet is a little inconvenient (not wheelchair friendly). The rest is fine. Room design is unique. Comes with a kitchen and a washer cum dryer.

HHenry0513We ended our trip early from the Northeast and decided to stay in Beijing for the rest of the trip. Luckily we are able to book this place again. Their hardware and software are both great and I did not even bother to look up another hotel. At the front desk, a person name Wade help us alot from things related to the stay to anything outside not even related to the stay he had an answer for us. All the rest of the others are great as well. The team who did the room cleanup/service are detail, polite and friendly.
This will def be our 1st choice of stay in BJ next time when we are there.

Front desk service good and efficient, any room repairs were dealt with very quickly.
Free Nespresso coffee and soft drinks on 3rd Floor.
Location is very close to Tuan Jie Hu metro station exit D, 10 minute walk to Sanlitun
Free laundry machine on 5th floor..
The Bad:
No gym in the hotel, it is at least a 10 minute walk there.
Room temperature cannot be adjusted by air con switch, my first day in Beijing it was 2-12 degrees, room was about 18, with hotel loaned External heater on. My last day Bejing was 19-24 degrees, room was 26.5 degrees. Reception said room temperature cannot be controlled by air con. Room temperature issue was mentioned in previous posts before I made the booking. But I wanted to try myself and it seems this problem is still here.
