My kids absolutely loved the room. I'm conflicted about the service score. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, easily a 5/5. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. However, I'm giving a 2-star rating because there's no dedicated drop-off/pick-up area at the entrance; you have to stop on the street. Also, it seems the hotel cuts costs by not having doormen. When I arrived, it was drizzling, and I had several suitcases and two kids. I had to drag everything into the lobby and then up to the room myself, with no help whatsoever. For a hotel costing over 2,000 RMB a night – I spent over 10,000 RMB – I didn't receive even the most basic service. Comparison truly highlights the shortcomings. The day before, after arriving in Beijing late at night, I decided to stay at the airport Hilton for one night, which cost just over 900 RMB. There was a free shuttle bus at the airport entrance, and the driver immediately got out to help load my luggage onto the bus. From the moment I got off the shuttle, there were staff greeting me and helping with my bags, escorting me into the lobby and offering all sorts of assistance, even delivering my luggage directly to the room.

I’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here. Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy. I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response. This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are subway and bus stops nearby, and taxis are easy to find. The homestay is very close to Sanlitun, just a few hundred meters away, making shopping convenient. There are also convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. The guesthouse has a beautiful view, and the price is very affordable for the area. The rooms are also very comfortable, with large TVs upstairs and downstairs, and a kitchen for simple cooking. We rented an eight-person room and stayed for seven days. A cleaning worker came to clean the room every day, and both adults and children were very satisfied. However, only the bathroom upstairs has a shower, which might be inconvenient for elderly people with mobility issues.

The location is fantastic, right across from Workers' Stadium and west of Sanlitun. The subway entrance is right downstairs, making travel incredibly convenient, and taxis are easy to find too. Within a kilometer, there are tons of dining options, backed by a major commercial area – highly recommended. As for the guesthouse room itself, you get what you pay for, and the value for money is pretty good. Housekeeping cleans daily and replenishes toiletries. The kitchen cabinets also have plenty of disposable items you can restock yourself (bed sheets and duvet covers are not changed by default; you need to message the housekeeper via WeChat if you want them changed), which is quite considerate. The two large beds are perfect for a family trip. The room comes with a drum washing machine and detergent, and there's a drying rack on the balcony, which is very handy. Overall, our stay here was quite pleasant.

I booked thos apartment for our family vacation/work. We stayed 8 nights and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. With beautiful city view. Shops, restaurant grocery next to it. DD Ride at the front. Only used public transportation once. So I can't tell much. This apartment highlights is JIFAN. She was super cool host. First, I was using a Chinese translator but was happy to find out she spoke English. She answered any of my questions. Bought extra towels guide shopping areas and all the info we needed. The three bedroom apartment has everything you need while you are away from your home. Nice kitchen, place to hang out, quiet bedrooms, and clean bathrooms. Wish there were some more tools in the kitchen for a long time rental. There is only one elevator goes to this floor so rush hours some wait.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. This apartment hotel is my go-to choice for every business trip, and staying here is always a very pleasant experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, with convenient transportation links. It's within walking distance to several subway stations and major attractions. The hotel's exterior is elegant, and the lobby design is modern and inviting. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the check-in process is swift and efficient.

The service was excellent, and the owner was very hospitable. They even kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out. The location is fantastic, very close to the scenic area entrance, and you can see the Great Wall right from the fifth-floor balcony!

The room facilities are average, and they have not been maintained for some time. The sanitation has not been maintained in time. The dust on the furniture is quite obvious. It is close to the office where I am on a business trip, and the price is relatively cheap. I probably won't consider staying here next time.
