It was freezing outside in winter, but super warm inside – I felt like I could wear a T-shirt, the air conditioning was excellent. The service was generally great. If you go later, you'll miss out on the delicious cream cakes. Dinner was a buffet due to New Year's, and the seafood was quite fresh for the hotpot. The hot springs were a bit crowded, but the kids had a good time, mostly hitting each other with ocean balls. There weren't many indoor hot spring pools, making it a bit cramped. The temperatures were all high, but it was very clean. They said there were outdoor pools too, but we didn't go as it was too cold.

Coming to Mutianyu Great Wall, I didn't want to get up super early, so I chose to stay here for a night. The room overall was pretty good. The loft had a double bed and a single bed, and the downstairs tea area could comfortably sleep an adult as well. It felt quite spacious for three adults and two children. After checking in, we spontaneously decided to head up to the Great Wall right away. It turned out that the Great Wall in the evening was absolutely fantastic! We avoided the huge crowds and could leisurely admire the vast and magnificent scenery without any rush. The hotel's facilities were also great. It had its own children's playground, and the restaurant food tasted good. Staff helped with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, providing thoughtful and attentive service. Plus, there were so many relaxed and cozy cats sleeping everywhere, they were just adorable!
