Pet Friendly Hotels in Beijing

This guesthouse was absolutely fantastic, much better than a hotel! The room was huge, easily almost 90 square meters. We were given a high-floor, south-facing room, and even with four of us, there was still plenty of space. Right downstairs, there's a specialty commercial street with all sorts of delicious food and fun things to do. I have to give a special shout-out to the butler service. I got an upset stomach in the middle of the night, and since I'm not familiar with the area, the butler personally took me to Chaoyang Hospital. That kind of service truly deserves praise! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

The room is located in a small courtyard, with a wonderful family atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the environment is beautiful. The bed was especially clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The Marshall speakers were super nice, and I especially liked the cats and the sunroom where you can sunbathe. Amenities: Excellent, with Marshall speakers, Panasonic air conditioning, and a dehumidifier. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very beautiful and comfortable, with lots of flowers and plants. Service: The butler service was excellent, and you could ask them for any questions. Welcome Fruit and Drinks: The room was stocked with seasonal fruit, and the fruit on the living room table was also edible. Tea Break in the Sunshine Glass Garden: The century-old Qinglinchun jasmine tea was fragrant, and the butler would serve you some fruit or snacks. It was so relaxing to sit on the terrace and enjoy tea.

This hotel has a warm, welcoming vibe, making it a great weekend getaway in the Beijing suburbs. It's just a stone's throw from Universal Studios, and the hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, with incredibly warm and thoughtful service! In the evenings, there's a comforting late-night soup that helps you recharge – they really nail the small details! The toiletries are all branded and excellent quality, and even the slippers are linen. The hotel and garden environment are stunning, like a hidden paradise! Step out, and you're right on the town's pedestrian street! If you want to relax without leaving Beijing, this is truly the best choice! And if you're visiting Universal Studios from out of town, this place offers fantastic value for money!

This time I was traveling alone and encountering such a hotel really added a lot to my trip. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. After entering the room, the first impression is that it is clean and tidy. The bed was made meticulously, the sheets and quilts were immaculately white, and exuded a fresh smell. The floor is spotless and there is no dust or debris in the corners. The bathroom facilities are also very clean, the toiletries are neatly placed, the drainage in the shower room is smooth, and there is no water stain left. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems, such as the air conditioning temperature adjustment in the room was not very sensitive. When I reported it to the front desk, the maintenance staff rushed to the room quickly, quickly solved the problem, and were friendly and patiently explained to me the possible causes of the problem, which made me feel very at ease. In addition, the hotel's health services are also worthy of praise. Staff will clean the room on time every day, change towels and replenish toiletries. The public areas are also kept in a good state of cleanliness, which makes people feel happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel not only performs well in terms of service, but also impeccable in terms of hygiene. The lady at the front desk even went above and beyond her duties by helping us make copies, which is why I highly recommend this hotel. There are also many great food options within walking distance, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was light and delicious, perfect before heading out for the day.

The core strengths of Base Sanlitun lie in its excellent 'quiet in the midst of the bustling city' location and its home-like convenient facilities. Tucked away in an alley off Workers' Stadium North Road, it's just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li Sanlitun and also a short walk to Metro Lines 2 and 17. It enjoys both the prosperity of the area and avoids the noise of the main road. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine, induction cooker, and full kitchenware. Public areas also feature a shared kitchen, gym, and laundry room, making it ideal for short or medium-to-long term stays. Coupled with attentive front desk service, robot delivery of takeaways to your door, and monthly community activities, the living experience is comfortable and warm.

Although the receptionist speaks little English, they are very warm and welcoming. Ready to serve and proactive especially the lady by the name of 姜叶. She has been communicating with me to ensure that I have no problem with my check-in. Mutianyu Great Wall Hotel (MGWH) is located in Mutianyu Scenic Area thus required to submit our vehicle number prior to entering the area. MGWH is stone away from the cable car /chair lift entrance. It's quiet and serene in the night especially when all the tourists leave after visiting Mutianyu Great Wall. The hotel was so considerate when I informed them that I have 2 elderly traveling on this trip. They upgraded us to a family room as there are lesser steps and stairs for the elderly. The rooms are big and the shower's pressure is good. The breakfast is a simple Chinese selection such as porridge, wontons , bao, fried rice, vegetables, pickles. They do have salad, bread, eggs and baked beans. The hotel also provides unlimited entrance to Mutianyu Great Wall. A RMB20 off each of the round trip cable tickets. No special discount for the lift chairs or Toboggan's ride. Each way @ RMB100 for a single trip up the Great Wall. You can get a round trip at RMB140 for a combined ticket of lift chair + Toboggan. The Toboggan ride is fun and exciting but the downside was that people over 60yo are strictly not allowed to take the ride. CON - there's nothing to do in the night in MGWH., very good to relax after a day up at the Great Wall. Eating is also limited - the hotel restaurant (closed at 8pm), I think depends on the season. Depending on where your room is, the hotel restaurant may be inconvenient especially for our elderly that need to climb the stairs to reach the restaurant. and a nearby restaurant that closes at 630pm. The owner was very nice and agreed to serve us even when we were there after 6pm. she called the chef to request him to stay back for us. Food quality is reasonable.

Free parking, and it's pet-friendly. Located in a residential building, there's a high turnover rate. It's a large studio apartment with a kitchen, but the hygiene and facilities are just average; I only stayed one night.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient, and even kindly upgraded my room type. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern and cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, good water pressure, and quality toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the street.

The hotel offers a good variety of room types, it's quiet at night, and offers excellent value for money. The reception staff were very welcoming. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide selection including noodles, wontons, and various other dishes, catering to all tastes – truly impressive. This trip made me feel that Beijing is a warm and inviting city, and the locals are exceptionally friendly and hospitable.
