"Service: Special thanks to Bella and her team! The Ritz's service attitude was satisfying, but due to objective renovation issues, construction noise could be heard on every floor (starting at 8:30 AM, even on weekends). Bella was very considerate in trying to resolve the issue, and I'm very grateful. I believe this also perfectly embodies the Ritz's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Facilities: The current Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is definitely not in its best state. Even in the newly renovated rooms (renovation completed six months ago), there was still a faint smell of renovation. Running an air purifier made it tolerable. The new rooms are indeed spacious and well-maintained, with very new facilities. Pool: It's very small and the water is extremely shallow. Many people just walk across the pool, and there's no staff to stop them. The 'fire cloud' evening view is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it for serious swimmers. If you're just looking for a photo op, it's fine. Cigar Bar: The staff were very patient, but the quality of the cigars varied, and the cocktails were just average. Overall, as a first-time guest at the Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, I found their service to be the best among hotels in the Futian district. However, objectively speaking, the renovation definitely detracted a few points from their 100-point service. I look forward to a better experience on my next stay at the Ritz! 🥂"

"The concierge service was excellent; they opened car doors, handled luggage, and answered all questions professionally. The front desk lady, however, was a bit lacking – barely smiled throughout and didn't tell us where the elevators were. The room was decent; I'm guessing the view accounted for half the price. The pillows were a bit soft, but the bedding was good. The TV had a small blue light that was blinding and couldn't be turned off, which is not ideal for people sensitive to light. Also, I don't quite understand why things like hair dryers, charging cables, and shampoo bottles were all tethered down. After more than two years since opening, the room maintenance is just average; the leather on the guest book was peeling, and the charging cable was broken. The location is unbeatable, right next to the subway station and the Ruixin commercial complex. High-speed rail travel during off-peak hours only takes about half an hour. I really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a wide variety, and I particularly loved the crispy egg tarts."
