"The service from attendant #1 was excellent; their thoughtful care made us feel very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance, with an antique charm and a Jiangnan garden style that makes it very relaxing for seniors and children on vacation. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed by both kids and adults. The rooms were very clean, and the suite was so spacious that our child loved running around in it. My parents also really liked their villa, which had its own private courtyard. The bedroom and living areas were distinct, allowing everyone to watch TV or relax separately. We received complimentary fruit and souvenirs every day. The hotel is located on the east side of Xixi Wetland, making it very convenient to visit, with a car always available to take us there. We were also fortunate enough to witness a traditional Chinese wedding at the hotel and even received a gift from the bride. My parents both felt that our family trip was very comfortable staying here."

"## Amanfayun Stay Review **Pros:** * Superb location, just a 5-minute walk to Lingyin Temple/Feilai Peak, boasting unique and precious scenic resources. * The rooms beautifully preserve the ancient village aesthetic, with wooden structures and Zen-inspired furnishings creating a serene atmosphere. The bedding comfort was also top-notch. **Cons:** 1. **Privacy Concerns:** The hotel's pathways are open to the public, leading to numerous non-guests passing through in the mornings and evenings. Views from outside the guest rooms are only partially screened by trees, which significantly undermines Aman's core promise of 'hidden luxury and privacy.' 2. **Outdated Facilities:** The room facilities are notably old. The showerhead couldn't regulate water temperature, forcing me to take a cold shower late at night. We had to contact the front desk the following day for maintenance. 3. **Lack of Proactive Service:** For butler service, guests need to proactively request contact information, and the response mechanism for basic needs felt passive. This is a significant deviation from the 'invisible' or 'seamless' service one expects from a luxury hotel. **Summary:** In conclusion, while the historical charm and location are definite highlights, the lapses in privacy protection, facility maintenance, and service details fall short of 'top-tier luxury' standards. I hope the brand can better understand and address the specific needs of its core clientele."

"Park Hyatt Hangzhou boasts a superb location, with The MixC mall directly downstairs and Raffles City also conveniently nearby. The rooms are spacious, bright, and efficiently designed, featuring a generously sized desk and a thoughtful layout. The breakfast is excellent, offering à la carte options. The bar on the 48th floor even features a glass skywalk, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would certainly choose Park Hyatt Hangzhou again on my next visit to Hangzhou."

"Our twin room had a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully provided bedding, which perfectly solved the problem of our two kids fighting over a bed. Staying here for an early morning flight is super convenient; it helps you avoid traffic risks and feeling rushed. We even had time for breakfast before heading to check-in. However, the breakfast here isn't great – the baked beans were watery, and the muffins weren't good. But other than that, everything else was excellent. It's well-soundproofed too, so it wasn't noisy despite being right at the airport."

"I brought my mother to Hangzhou, and we chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. This hotel left a very deep impression on me and created many interesting memories. **Service:** Before arriving, I had considered canceling my Four Seasons reservation, partly because the previous hotel we stayed at was so incredibly comfortable. It had unbeatable views, excellent service, and was only a fifth of the price of the Four Seasons... Later, a Four Seasons staff member called me, rekindling my interest in the trip. Upon arrival, the Four Seasons' service certainly did not disappoint. The lobby supervisor knelt down to speak with us (as we were seated on a low sofa) and carried our luggage all the way to our room. During our stay, they helped us book a travel photoshoot and a reservation at Jin Sha restaurant, among other services. They also drove us around the Four Seasons garden in a lovely little red car, satisfying our curiosity as guests. In the evening, when we went out, a young man from the lobby even gave me mosquito repellent and reminded us to use it. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and always accommodated our requests. Every time we returned, the room was neat and tidy, thank you all very much! The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the 'teacher' of Song Dynasty culture. She was responsible for demonstrating tea brewing and calligraphy to guests. The hotel supervisor said this experience didn't require an appointment and was first-come, first-served. I arrived with my 70-year-old mother at 3:05 PM, and she shooed us away, saying she had an appointment at 3:30 PM... Huh? Wasn't it first-come, first-served? Why would she shoo guests away? After we insisted, she reluctantly agreed, then rushed through the demonstration in about 9 minutes. Her service attitude was a complete opposite to that of the hotel's other staff. **Ambiance:** The environment is exquisite and clean, a luxurious blend of American and Chinese styles. We were very interested in the hotel's architecture, for example, where did those massive wooden beams come from? How were they pieced together? Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any related information or explanations. **Facilities:** The use of solid marble and wood is impressive. Although built in 2010, the quality is still excellent. The rooms have smart toilets with heated seats, unlike the cold seats at the West Lake State Guest House. The bathtub is very comfortable with an integrated headrest, and dried chrysanthemum flowers are provided for bathing in the summer. The SPA facilities are very comprehensive, with a layout resembling an alchemy chamber from a cultivation novel. A small stream runs beneath thick stone slabs, with massage rooms on both sides. The heavy iron door leads to a private area complete with a toilet, shower, and hot spring pool, offering excellent privacy. The dim sum lunch at Jin Sha restaurant, the crispy chicken, and the West Lake sweet and sour fish were especially delicious! My mother particularly loved the sweet and sour fish and even finished all the sauce. Breakfast was decent but unremarkable. The space was too small, and the flow for getting food was very poorly designed. Everyone had to queue in the corridor to get dishes, which felt unrefined and lacked the grandeur expected of a luxury hotel. It didn't match the hotel's prestige, and I suggest improvements. Overall, we were satisfied. If 100 is a perfect score, we'd give it a 95."

"The breakfast here is a must-try – truly a delightful surprise! They have a huge selection of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly-made noodle station offers very flavorful toppings, and the dessert section is both beautiful to look at and delicious. Plus, there's fresh fruit! The environment is bright and clean, and the service is incredibly warm and thoughtful. I especially want to commend Cindy and Giselle; they were patient and attentive throughout. This experience was absolutely top-notch!"

"An Outstanding Stay with Personal Touches. My recent two-night stay at the EBO Hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the thoughtful service to the comfortable amenities, it was a perfect base for exploring. · Exceptional & Attentive Staff: The team here truly goes above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about guest comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Wang 😊 · Fantastic Breakfast with Dietary Care: The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated that the chef kindly prepared fresh vegetarian noodles for us upon request—a personal touch that made a huge difference. · Superb Room with Balcony: We loved our room! It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The private balcony was a wonderful bonus, offering a lovely spot to relax with a view. · Prime Location: The hotel's location is excellent—conveniently situated for sightseeing, dining, and transport, making our itinerary effortless. 10 minutes to west lake. Overall Impression: The EBO Hotel excels in every category that matters: comfort, service, location, and value. The staff's willingness to cater to dietary needs (like the special vegetarian noodles) demonstrates a high level of guest-centric hospitality. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend the EBO Hotel to anyone and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"After our self-driving trip around Qiandao Lake, we checked into voco and had an amazing experience! This is a fantastic place for a vacation! We booked the Lake View Courtyard Duplex Suite for three and were very satisfied. Just imagine how pleasant it would be to sit in the small courtyard with a few friends, chatting and laughing when the weather is warm. The hotel has stunning views, and upon check-in, we received welcome drinks, small gifts, and fruit. A staff member escorted us to our room, and the front desk and other service personnel were all very friendly. There was a live singer in the lobby in the afternoon. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the dining environment was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased. Five-star recommendation, and we'll definitely come back if we get the chance!"

When Wang Zixin built Wang Zhuang, there were still three historical scenic spots left in the village: the imperial fishing platform used by Emperor Qianlong during his southern tour of West Lake, which used to hold a pole and fish in the pond; Baiyun Nunnery, once the secret stronghold for revolutionaries of the Restoration Society and the Chinese Revolutionary League to overthrow the Qing Dynasty's grand plan, and the Temple for the Elderly under the Moon, which once presided over numerous marriage events for young men and women in Hangzhou, added several rare royal styles, revolutionary flavor, heroic spirit and mysterious flavor to Wang Zhuang.Zhejiang Xizi Hotel. Wangzhuang has received heads of state and has carefully designed various guest rooms. The hotel also has 9 restaurants of various types, offering delicious cuisine amidst the picturesque scenery of lakes and mountains. You can enjoy leisure and leisure. AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

SSG Wen WenExceeded expectations! Location: near west lake and on a quieter stretch, walkable to the broken bridge and most attractions on the Westlake. Hotel premise is quite big so there is a buggy to fetch you around if you prefer not to walk. Our room was at tower 6 and there is a side gate for us to exit to west lake via The New hotel (新新饭店) saving us 700m if we went from the main gate. Room: Big for any country's standards, bed is a super king size and very thoughtful touches everywhere e.g. not just 2 bins but also 2 high quality tissue boxes, 1 in toilet, 1 at desk, toilet paper was of v good quality, high tech toilet seat, pure drinking water tap at the sink, a special bottle of water suitable for making milk, Dyson hairdryer and many power sockets for us to charge all our gadgets from portable fan, power banks, camera, tablets, phones etc. Amenities: There is self service laundry at tower 3, linked via a nice sheltered walkway from tower 6 lvl 2 and u can even get the housekeeper to move your laundry to the dryer and deliver it to your room once it is done (folded nicely too). Everyone was just attentive, smiley and polite. We didn't get to explore the rest of the villa as we had no time but it is definitely a great place to stay.

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

WWulongaihechaMy family and I visited Xixi Wetland during the National Day holiday and stayed in Room 19 of the 'Hushu Guest House.' The 60-square-meter room was spacious and airy, perfect for three people. The decor was a charming Chinese retro style, and the garden landscape was beautiful and serene. Overall, the stay was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🏠 **Indoor Environment:** The room featured an entryway for shoes, a bathroom, a sitting area, a bedroom, and a private outdoor terrace. I loved being able to see the lake directly from the bed – very relaxing. A nighttime soak in the tub was wonderful, with a lovely view outside the window. 💁 **Service:** The butler and all staff members were incredibly polite and enthusiastic. There was a dedicated shuttle service from the North Gate of the wetland. After check-in, the butler thoughtfully explained the hotel's garden design and surroundings, then guided us to our room and detailed its layout. We received complimentary welcome fruit and evening service, and the entire room smelled fragrant and fresh. We also participated in a craft class with an instructor, which was a great experience. 🍃 **Outdoor Environment:** The winding paths were secluded and picturesque. All guest room areas could be accessed via a single loop, so there was no getting lost, and along the way, we experienced various scenic views. The air was fresh, there was abundant greenery, and it was very quiet – even the elderly enjoyed it. 📪 **Minor Drawbacks:** Unfortunately, the complimentary photoshoot service we were offered fell through as the collaborating photographer bailed, so we didn't get to experience that. Also, we forgot to claim the complimentary drinks at the bar.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

MM335447****The hotel I chose when traveling with friends to Hangzhou is surrounded by a well-developed subway and bus network, and it is easy to reach popular attractions such as the West Lake and Hefang Street. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay
