The room facilities are quite good, with a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The toilet is fully intelligent, which was surprisingly nice. The front desk service for check-in and check-out was also good, warm and efficient. Most of my requests for room service were handled by robots, which was very efficient. This is my preferred hotel for business trips. They only serve breakfast, but the variety is decent. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying and highly recommended."
