"This hotel was perfectly fine and in a great location for visiting the tea terraces. I would NOT recommend staying here during a holiday, unless you are ONLY going to visit the tea areas. Transportation to and from the hotel into the city was a nightmare, with long waits on both ends for a car. So, non-holiday times, or visiting the tea locations, I would highly recommend this no-frills location. Breakfast was good; traditional Chinese. And there were other restaurants in the area. It's a cute place and I'm sure very peaceful most of the year. The staff does not speak much English but were very helpful to us foreigners."

"I took my kids to visit Zhejiang University and booked the nearby Zijingang Atour Hotel. It took only 10 minutes by taxi. The front desk helped us upgrade to a wooden double bed room. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel also has a laundry room. You can have porridge after 9:30 pm. If you order takeout, there will be a robot to deliver the food to your door. I am very satisfied overall. I will choose Atour again in the future~"

"The hardware facilities are not as good as new hotels, but at least it is a four-star hotel, luxurious and complete, with everything you need, including swimming pools and gyms. Compared to newly renovated hotels, at least there is no formaldehyde pollution;
The software facilities are worthy of praise. The hotel front desk saw that we had two adults and two children, and actively and enthusiastically helped us upgrade to two 2-meter large beds, which was very practical and considerate. They also gave us toothbrushes and slippers for the children. 👍Thank you very much🙏. The service staff provided timely service during the few days of stay. Once I called, it was arranged quickly, which was very considerate."

"We received warm welcome. Overall excellent service from hotel staff to the restaurants. We had a happy and enjoyable stay at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree. Highly recommend this place.
After staying at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree for 3 nights, we went on to stay at the Shanghai on the bund Bayan Tree. We experienced a stark contrast in service from the front desk staff from the bund Banyan Tree. We wondered why they kept stopping us from getting into the room that we have booked for. In the end, we went through changing 3 rooms before they finally gave us the correct facing room. So, beware of the Shanghai on the Bund Banyan Tree and do not believe in the free upgrade or upsize room. We rejected the first corner room only to be given another corner room at the other end that were both warm and uncomfortable. The staff kept assuring us that they were bigger rooms and better view than the Panorama Riverside Retreat-King room that we have booked for but we want the room that we have booked. Why can't they give us the right room in the first place and have to made us go through changing from one room to another. A clear dishonest play here.
We missed the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree front desk staff."

"It's good. I'm very satisfied with my stay. I give it a good review! The facilities are smart. There is Xiaoai voice control for lights and curtains. There are free tea leaves and Hupao Spring water in the room for tea. You can drink tea while watching the scenery. It's a good experience~
The sanitation of the homestay is also in place, the bedding is clean, and it's very safe to stay.
The location is also great, close to the entrance of Jiuxi, and it's very convenient to go shopping. When I wake up in the morning, the air is fresh. I can see the greenery when I open the window. It feels good to have breakfast in the room facing the green!
Finally, the service is also very warm and considerate. The service of the front desk brother and sister is also very responsive. The breakfast is packed in a lunch box and delivered directly to our room. The taste is also good. There is also snowflake crisps when I leave. Thank you for the reception of the staff~"

"We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

BbbchaThis hotel left a deep impression on me. There is a subway station at the door, which is very convenient for travel. It is also close to the West Lake. The lobby is decorated very grandly, and there are many flowers at the front desk, and the warm atmosphere is overwhelming. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the sleeping experience as if in the cloud makes people completely relaxed. The bathroom is clean as new, with sufficient hot water supply and high-quality bath products. Jingjing was warm and thoughtful when checking in, and introduced the surrounding places to eat in detail, and always with a smile, ready to help at any time. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the handmade wontons and the boiled chicken soup are worthy of being the characteristics. When checking out, the front desk sent warm mineral water, which is very heartwarming. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an ideal choice. There is no doubt that I will recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

GGuest UserDuring the Qingming Festival, you can also come to Xixi to have some quiet time. The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing, and the weather is getting warmer. It is really comfortable to stay in the hotel and drink tea and eat snacks. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and not cloying. It is not the standard service of a star hotel, but comfortable and self-respecting. It is not over-serviced but very sincere. The afternoon tea snacks are hot and not sweet at all. The breakfast is also delicious. The whole thing is slow, slow, and beautiful!

KKafeiaishangcha721The room was upgraded and is very spacious and bright. The bedding is also very neat, and there is a bay window for drinking tea and enjoying the view. I went to Lingyin Temple in the morning, and the shuttle bus 🚌 is just opposite the hotel, across the street, very convenient. There is PROYA Plaza near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. If you come to Hangzhou to visit Lingyin and Xixi Wetland, it is very convenient to stay at Sina.

AArborioFantastic location, great breakfast, awesome lake view, and excellent service. My wife and I were looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately it's only open in the summer (closed from the 5th of September, always good to check the fine print). In fact, after mentioning this to Trip and the hotel management, we managed to get a fair compensation. That was very thoughtful. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will likely come back again.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. SshinMy family enjoyed our stay in Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou. The rooms were clean. The staff including receptionists and cleaners were courteous and helpful. We also paid for the hotel buffet which has a wide selection on food. The hotel is also next to the Wulin night market. It is also within walking distance to the West Lake which is a popular tourist attraction. Highly recommended.
