"The customer service lady was quite nice, but I do have some issues with the guesthouse: 1. Check-in time was 2 PM, but when we arrived, the room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait another half an hour for them to finish cleaning. 2. The pillows on the bed were too flat, and the bed itself was too soft, making it uncomfortable. 3. And this is the most important point: there's no need to stay overnight in this Chestnut Village. It's tiny, and even the 'mini waterfall stream' is artificial 😂. You can finish exploring and taking pictures in just an afternoon. Also, food is very expensive here; an ice cream costs 68. Although the restaurant is a bit pricey, the food itself is actually quite good. 4. There are a lot of people with dogs, and they tend to pee all over the restaurant. There's really no point in bringing kids here, as there are practically no facilities for children."

"This place is very close to the Great Wall scenic area. Since we arrived in Beijing in the afternoon on our first day, we opted to go straight to the Great Wall and stay nearby. A taxi ride cost only 10 yuan. The accommodation itself was excellent and very quiet."

"Hotel Éclat Beijing truly lives up to its reputation! My stay in the Premier Terrace Deluxe King Room was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and bright, and the terrace was incredibly comfortable. Being under the glass dome of Parkview Green, you get to enjoy natural light without worrying about the weather. A special thank you goes to Damon Willram for his thoughtful service. From check-in, he was exceptionally professional and enthusiastic, thoroughly explaining the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area. He even helped us with a late check-out, making the entire process incredibly smooth. The hotel itself is an art museum, with masterworks everywhere. The art tour service was very professional, giving us a deeper understanding of these pieces. The travel photographer was also very skilled, and the photos turned out wonderfully. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing!"

"A lovely courtyard house, highly recommended for families with kids visiting Universal Studios. It's a 10-minute drive from Universal Studios, and there's a shuttle bus service between the courtyard and the studios. The rooms are bright and spacious, with smart lighting, curtains, and toilets. The owner is very kind and welcoming, providing disposable towels and bath towels, so you don't need to bring anything. The courtyard is very peaceful at night. There was a minor hiccup when I got my period, and when I asked the owner, they immediately provided sanitary napkins, overnight underwear, and brown sugar ginger tea! I was so touched! 🥹🥹🥹 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Universal Studios!"
