"The pickup and drop-off service at Capital Airport T3/T2 was excellent; the driver personally handled our luggage. The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming and escorted us to our room. They even provided a fruit platter. We were quite satisfied with the room's facilities and cleanliness. They also offered a late-night snack, and the hotel breakfast was rich and worth experiencing! Upon departure, we received a small souvenir. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next layover."

"This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. "Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"Breakfast: I really liked the breakfast; everything was to my taste. Service: The service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. We received fruit upon check-in and a lovely gift upon check-out: two eye masks and a nut gift box, which was a very nice touch. Room: The room was decent, and the accompanying Pu'er tea was fantastic. We stayed on the second floor, but I'd love to try a first-floor courtyard room next time. Afternoon Tea: The bayberry and lychee drink was especially delicious, as was the plum tea. It was also a great spot for photos. Exploring the courtyard was a pleasant experience. Transportation: Qianmen Street and Dashilar are right nearby, offering plenty of convenient food options. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and getting around by bike is very easy."

"This hotel is a quiet oasis in the bustling city, with an excellent location. Within a five-minute walk, you can find all the famous eateries. Transportation is also very convenient. The breakfast is rich and thoughtfully prepared, with different varieties every day, plenty of vegetables, and a light taste perfect for families with children. The staff are very responsive and helpful. With elderly and young children, there were many requests, but they always responded promptly and assisted us, which was very reassuring. "This is one of the best-value hotels right in the center of Beijing. The Hotel is located in the city center, but in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood — perfect if you want convenience without the chaos. Very affordable prices. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. But the real highlight is the lobby… It feels more like a library café than a hotel. In the evening, you can sit there in total calm, read a book, work on your laptop, and enjoy delicious coffee… made and served by a robot. And yes — if you order delivery, another robot brings it straight to your room door. The area is also great — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fruit markets, everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a unique touch — this is a great find."

"My stay at the Aige Garden Hotel was absolutely perfect! The garden-style environment created such a wonderful ambiance, with lush greenery everywhere, offering a peaceful and secluded setting. The room was spotlessly clean and felt both fresh and inviting. All the in-room amenities were complete and worked perfectly, including the fresh air system and bathroom facilities. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making my entire stay comfortable and pleasant. This hotel is truly an ideal choice for anyone visiting Beijing!"

"This isn't my first stay here. Whenever my flight back to Beijing is too late, and I worry about disturbing my elderly family members, or if I need to adjust my pace before leaving Beijing, I always choose to stay at Kapok for a short while. I won't go into other details, but I'll focus on the changes I observed during this recent stay: **The Good Parts:** 1. The hotel called me the day before check-in to upgrade my room to the requested type, which I really appreciated. 2. This time, I had the chance to try the swimming pool. The water temperature was well-controlled, and the underwater music was a particularly nice touch. 3. When I left the pool in the morning, a male staff member there kindly warned me that the hot water in the showers would be slow to come on, which was very thoughtful. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. I previously suggested the hotel add self-service laundry facilities, but they still haven't. Self-service laundry is a real necessity for an airport hotel, and it seems like other hotels of the same brand in different cities already offer this service. It's a pity that the Daxing Airport branch still doesn't have it. 2. The pool showers only had shampoo and body wash available. For people with long hair, it means having to go back to the room to wash their hair, which is inconvenient. In the men's changing room, there was only one comb, and it was already out of its packaging, making it awkward to decide whether to use it or not. 3. The in-room amenities were the most uncomfortable aspect of this stay. The tea and coffee station was minimalist, with only two water glasses, two spoons, a corkscrew, and two sets of tea/coffee and sugar packets. They provided two sets of dental kits but only one rinsing cup. If it's a cost-saving or environmental consideration, and I'm staying alone, providing one set is understandable and acceptable. But such an unrefined selection of amenities felt a bit odd. To avoid any issues during check-out, I called the front desk directly to report it. 4. The smart room control system was very unresponsive. The amenity replenishment function kept failing, and in the end, I had to call for service. Controlling room functions required repeated commands, and eventually, I resorted to manual operation. 5. The fixed, large bottles of toiletries in the room were difficult to pump, especially by the sink. 6. There were too many guests at Xiao Nanyang, so I didn't go to the restaurant this time. When I ordered room service and called the front desk for a wine glass, they said they didn't have any… It's hard to accept that a hotel can't find a single wine glass. Then what's the corkscrew in the room for??! With more and more hotels appearing around the airport and their facilities becoming increasingly comprehensive, perhaps making appropriate adjustments and improvements to match current demands is essential to retain more guests."

The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with stable hot water and a full set of toiletries. The cleaning staff were punctual each day, tidying the room, changing towels, and emptying trash bags. The tabletops and floors were spotless, making it easy to keep the room clean even during a longer stay, which was a huge plus."
