"This hotel service is super bad and spoils my birthday day mood. While I booked the room I specifically requested I want a queen bed during February, when April near to the date I remind them again, but they reject my request and while I called to their reception counter, their counter replied in rude way and mentioned I booked from third party, so will not give me the queen bed. Hello??Nowadays, who will book a hotel at the hotel's own website, I paid the full amount, I booked from trip.vom means I am not their customer? They said it will help me join the two single beds together , but it is not comfortable at all! Plus ,their staff never help join before I entre the room, they come in after I called The room is old, rusty, even sink is stuck the water. Super disappointed and spoiled my good mood ,never come again I Only satisfied their swimming pool design."

"The room and location are absolutely fantastic, and the staff's hospitality made us feel right at home. However, there's a construction site across the street that obstructs part of the view. Other than that, everything else was perfect."

"Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Everything is well-appointed and exquisite. Slippers, laundry bags, razors, combs, toiletries, and soap are all of excellent quality. The shampoo bottle dispenser was a bit stiff. The bathtub was large. The direct drinking water tap was very convenient, and you can take the cups out, so you don't need to buy extra water. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The glass cups had a slight odor. Environment: What you see is what you get, and it looks even better in person. The bed not being against the wall and facing the balcony view was a unique touch. The bathroom has no door, and the wooden sliding door for the toilet was stuck and wouldn't move, which should be noted. Service: The front desk staff and operators were flawless, and the Mandarin service was a commendable bonus! Room delivery service was fast! The housekeepers were also excellent. However, there was a dark-skinned male server at Prego who seemed unfriendly and had a stern expression. Breakfast was abundant, and the taste was good."

"The location is good, very clean and a really nice hotel. But the shower at 816 was a bit broken, I think you need to repair it. Amenities are so limited, glad that I bring my own amenities. There's no bidet spray on the toilet, if you really don't want to add it, you can change the type of the toilet because you have so many international visitors. But overall okay, won't complain too much for that price ❤️"

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore ★★★★★
"Our flight arrived early, and we got to the hotel around 8 AM. Luckily, our room was already prepared, so we were able to check in right away. After a refreshing shower and a short rest, we headed out to explore – it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel room has a balcony with an amazing view; we could see the Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Flyer, and the Merlion from there. On the 4th floor, there's a Peach Blossoms restaurant, which holds a Black Pearl rating. The food was delicious, but as expected, it was quite pricey. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk downstairs, making it very convenient for both taking the subway and getting a taxi."

"Although the room facilities were just average, the overall atmosphere was very comfortable with trees and a beach. There were beautiful views without being too tiring, and the service maintained an appropriate distance. That's why I chose to spend my birthday here for two consecutive years. However, this year I had some unpleasant experiences. This year, they also prepared a birthday cake and welcome desserts. But strangely, on my birthday, the desserts and cake delivered had a lot of ants. The hotel said they would replace them the next day, but the ones delivered the next day still had ants. The hotel explained it was due to the weather, and that leaving them out for too long would attract ants. Regardless of whether that's true or not, I accepted their explanation and agreed to wait in my room for them on the third day at noon. However, they didn't show up at the agreed time, and when I called to inquire, I was told I'd have to wait another 45 minutes. This really dampened my mood and disrupted my plans. After some discussion, I finally got to eat my birthday cake when they delivered it to the Chinese restaurant that evening. It also happened to be Easter, and they sent another cake, but it also had ants. I asked them to take it away again. I just want to say it really wasn't necessary; it was exhausting for everyone involved. I didn't find ants anywhere else in the room, which was very strange. I wonder if other guests experienced the same issue in their rooms? If it truly is a weather issue, I suggest the hotel communicates with guests in advance and offers these items in the restaurant or finds other solutions, rather than having guests see food crawling with ants and then repeatedly having to contact the hotel. It's unhygienic and utterly exhausting. I wanted to have a good rest and relax, not trouble others or myself."
