The room was great. Only the bidet did not work, but I suspect this would have been rectified, had we complained. Now the downsides: The pool is only open from 11 am on. They require you to wear a swimming cap, and nicely enough they supply some you can use. Not so nicely one of the ones they offer is (or was) white. This one nicely displays the amount of black mold that these swim caps are covered in. Utterly disgusting. They don't seem to dry or clean these caps, ever. There is a lifeguard on duty (his shirt says coach?). Sadly during our swim he decided to eat buns filled with meat in the swimming pool area, the smell was intense and not pleasant for swimming. The changing rooms were quite dirty, both the trash can and the towel hamper were overflowing and there was a smell of damp towels. The breakfast is okay. Sadly we observed a staff member using a rag to first wipe a spill on the floor, then the seat of a baby chair and then finally the table... After this we had questions about the hygiene of the hotel... The hotel is fine, just don't expect this to fulfill the European five star hotel experience.

This is my second stay here, and compared to other hotels in the same category, the facilities and staff professionalism are definitely top-notch. However, I did notice two issues. First, the guest etiquette varies quite a bit. They really need to use stanchions to encourage people to queue properly. It's incredibly rude when someone stands right next to you, ID in hand, waiting to check in while you're still in the middle of your own process. Second, the front desk staff should remind guests about the fast-track security vouchers. Even though Daxing Airport's international departures don't have a separate lane for business/first class, these vouchers are still valid. Realizing you have to dig for the voucher last minute really brings down the whole experience.

What I dread most when catching an early flight is fumbling around in the dark to get to the airport. But after staying at this airport hotel once, I finally understood what it means to have convenience built right into its core. There's absolutely no need to bother with taxis or shuttle buses; you can walk straight there with your luggage on level ground, with hardly any stairs to deal with. Arriving late at night is also stress-free, as the front desk is staffed 24/7. Check-in took less than 3 minutes, and check-out was even quicker—just drop the key card at the front desk and go, no waiting around for room inspection to delay your schedule. For anyone catching a flight, this hotel perfectly hits all the right notes: no wasted time on the road, a clean and reliable stay, and even the smallest needs are anticipated. I’ll definitely choose this place again for my next flight.

The high rating is well-deserved! I chose this hotel for an airport layover, and the 24-hour shuttle service and room cleanliness were excellent. Both the shuttle driver at 00:10 this morning and the one this afternoon were incredibly nice and helpful, making for a great first impression. The front desk staff were also very professional, though I imagine standing for so long must be tiring. They even upgraded my room in the middle of the night, which was a lovely surprise! 😊 The room was very clean, came with coffee and green tea, and had fantastic soundproofing! I didn't hear a peep!

First time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.

From the get go, this place was amazing. I needed the foreigner temporary residence/accomodation registration sent to me. They had no problem doing that as soon as possible. They picked me up from the airport without any issues and dropped me off just as easily. The space was clean and spacious enough for one person, I will say! If I need a layover hotel in Beijjng again, I'm booking this place for sure! It has an amazing rate with FREE airport transfers. My loyalty has been made nearly impossible to waiver

Five-star review! I arrived late at night, and my check-in experience was incredibly smooth and comfortable. I must give a special shout-out to Manager Zhang and driver Li for the airport pickup. I contacted Manager Zhang in advance about the pickup, and they responded promptly and arranged everything perfectly. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, and the room was clean and quiet – absolutely no problem getting a good rest before my flight. Driver Li was waiting exactly on time, helped with my luggage, drove smoothly, and was very polite and courteous. The round-trip airport transfer made the journey stress-free and reassuring. The hotel is very close to the airport, the transfer service is reliable, the management staff are friendly, and the driver's service is excellent. It's my top choice for an overnight layover, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting!

I especially want to praise the soundproofing; despite being so close to the airport, I couldn't hear any plane take-off or landing noise in the room, ensuring a peaceful sleep even for light sleepers. The room is equipped with smart curtains and a screen-mirroring TV, and the toiletries are from the quality Appelles brand. In the public area, there's a free self-service laundry room with washing, drying, and sanitizing functions, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers or those on long trips. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, including Zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles), freshly cooked wontons, and German sausages. If you're catching an early flight, you can even get portable meal packs. The front desk staff were patient and efficient throughout my stay; check-in and check-out were quick, and any requests were handled promptly.
