Arrived at Daxing late at night from abroad. The hotel picked me up promptly, and check-in was very quick. The hotel lobby has a lot of character. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning had been turned on beforehand. I had a great night's sleep and then continued my journey. Excellent experience, very satisfied 👍. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have a layover at Daxing Airport.

I chose the Kapok Hotel for my last night of the trip. Firstly, it's incredibly convenient as it's right inside the airport, making it easy to relax and check in for my flight. Secondly, it's absolutely stunning, and I really wanted to experience it. As soon as I walked in, I thought, 'Oh no, I really should have put on some makeup!' Every corner is worth stopping to admire. The room was incredibly comfortable, and both my mom and child were very happy with it. Xiao Niu from the guest services center was an absolute angel! She started asking about my needs even before I arrived. When I got to my room, I was genuinely surprised and delighted! She thoughtfully upgraded my room and even adorably chilled some drinks and beer for me. Was Xiao Niu reading my mind? How did she know that after my journey, all I really wanted was a refreshing, slightly tipsy beer? In the morning, when we checked out, Viva thoughtfully prepared two breakfast packages for my mom and child, which saved us so much time. Thank you again! With these two wonderful young ladies, Kapok Hotel must be as happy as a marshmallow!

First time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.

The location is fantastic! It's right inside the airport, making it super convenient for getting to flights and perfect for a layover rest. Beijing Daxing Airport's domestic terminal has an incredible variety of food options. I felt like I'd accidentally stumbled into a food street!

The hotel's airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, and the driver was polite and thoughtful. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The convenient location saved us a lot of hassle getting to the airport. The service was attentive and thorough, and it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended for transit stays.

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Manman at the front desk! My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late, completely exhausted. Manman was gentle and patient throughout the check-in process, speaking softly and handling everything efficiently without making me wait an extra moment. During my stay, my legs were sore, and I was restless and irritable, unable to sleep all night. When I casually mentioned feeling unwell, she thoughtfully brought me warm water and even proactively told me about the room's blackout blinds and some sleep-aid tips. She also kindly reminded me to elevate my legs to relieve the soreness, which was incredibly considerate. Her demeanor was friendly and generous when we spoke. She answered all my questions about travel and hotel services clearly and thoroughly, maintaining a warm smile throughout, with absolutely no perfunctory feeling. Her service was professional yet warm, dispelling my travel fatigue and making me feel at ease as soon as I entered the hotel. Such a dedicated employee is hard to find; she significantly enhanced my stay. I'll definitely look for Manman again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Westin Sanya Haitang Bay was fantastic! The hotel's coconut grove and canal create a wonderful ambiance. You definitely have to try paddleboarding, weaving through the lush waterways – it's so relaxing and therapeutic. We also booked a hotel photoshoot; the photographer was great at finding angles and captured natural, lively shots. The paddleboard photos were stunning even before editing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided thoughtful service. The hotel is close to the duty-free shop, making it very convenient for getting around. If you're looking for a one-stop vacation to relax, swim, and take beautiful photos, you won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend!

The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a very restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in/check-out was efficient. They were quick to respond to any requests, and the WiFi was fast, with all the equipment in perfect working order. For the price, it offers outstanding value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. Highly recommended, I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip.

I had an early flight, so I just randomly picked this hotel at the terminal, thinking it would be convenient to get to the airport by taxi without having to wake up too early. It was my first time at Daxing Airport and I was a bit lost, unsure how to get to the hotel. I asked a few staff members at the airport for directions, and one volunteer mentioned that they thought the hotel had a shuttle service. I was instantly happy and quickly called the front desk to inquire. The lady on the phone was so nice and patiently guided me step-by-step on how to find the pick-up point. I got to Gate 3 on the fourth floor, and the hotel shuttle arrived in less than two minutes. The driver of the Ford Transit was also very friendly, and we were at the hotel in just three to five minutes. It was truly a great experience, and I hope for a free room upgrade next time!
