Hotels in Daxing Eco-agriculture Tourist Area, Beijing

We stayed here for a night with our child during a layover in Daxing, originally just looking for a place close to the airport, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed; the spiral staircase is perfect for photos. The heated swimming pool and gym on the basement level are especially great for families, and our child had a blast. The 24-hour airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, and the driver was very friendly, making luggage handling a breeze. The room was spacious, the bedding soft and clean, and the hygiene details were impeccable. They also arranged children's amenities perfectly after we communicated our needs in advance. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh dishes that everyone, from young to old, could enjoy. Michael, one of the staff members, provided excellent service – gentle and discreet, not overly intrusive, yet always responsive to our needs. The quiet and comfortable atmosphere added a lot of peace of mind to our trip. Highly recommend for families on a layover.

On my last business trip, I stumbled upon Kapok Hotel and decided I had to stay here on my next visit. So, when I flew to Daxing this time, I booked it. It's definitely suitable for layovers; flight schedules are displayed in the lobby and rooms, and it's a 15-minute walk to security. If you have a lot of luggage, you can even call for concierge pick-up and drop-off. The room was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. I really liked the design language here; there were stationery and power outlets near the desk, perfect for some light work. The room dividers were also cleverly designed, and the toiletries had a classic grapefruit scent. The public areas featured a large collection of books and a bar, serving afternoon tea, coffee, and light meals. I'd say it's the best hotel I've stayed in for reading and working – equally quiet, and they also sell many creative cultural souvenirs. The gym and pool were spacious and largely empty. Breakfast was good; the egg tarts and donuts were delicious, a real plus for the bakery. The made-to-order egg station and noodle bar were also excellent. They even offer late-night snacks, and I particularly enjoyed the Xiaodiaolitang (a traditional Beijing pear soup)! I stayed for 7 consecutive days due to work in Beijing, and I'm very grateful for the daily, comfortable, and seamless service from the front desk. Vivi and Terra provided quick and thoughtful assistance when I encountered booking issues – a huge thank you to them! Many other colleagues also offered a lot of help; I couldn't get all their names, but my thanks go out to them too!

After exiting, the hotel sign was immediately visible, and the walk to the front desk was seamless. The guy who checked me in was super nice; he not only upgraded me to a room with a window but also included breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have a layover in Beijing.

The hotel is very close to Daxing Airport and offers a dedicated shuttle service, which is super convenient. The facilities are excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The service was also very thoughtful. We were scheduled to go to the airport at 9 AM, but my child delayed us a bit. By the time we got to the entrance, the shuttle had already left. The hotel front desk then arranged a separate car just for us to the airport. Many thanks!

Very close to the airport, which was super convenient. I booked it just for the proximity, but I didn't expect such a great experience. The location is definitely handy for catching flights without rushing. The environment was quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all, and the cleanliness was spot on, even in the corners. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The room was relatively spacious, and the service was excellent, even with complimentary welcome fruit. However, the facilities were definitely lacking: 1. The curtains had two layers controlled by four cords, which were very difficult to operate. I couldn't tell which cord controlled which layer, and one of them wouldn't even close properly, making the room too bright at night. 2. The pillows were extremely soft, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. There were no disposable toilet seat covers. The breakfast was plentiful, but the taste was very mediocre. Overall, it was just okay.

Extremely close to the airport, and the shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful. They pick up right on the hour and drop off on the half-hour. The front desk staff were very helpful, reminding me to confirm my shuttle time for the next day. It only takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. The room was huge and fully equipped, much better than I expected – it felt like a significant upgrade from my previous accommodation choices.

The edge is beyond imagination, the newly renovated taste is not decorated, the bedding is all new, the front desk warmly entertained to upgrade and give a late check-out

what is very good, like a 5 Star Hotel: - Pillows and bed are extraordinary good - Air conditioning is perfect, quiet, efficient - Air humidifier and cleaner in the room as additional plus - TV has a really large size - High quality tea, coffee and and even some cold beverages in the room for free - Very well thought design and mood lighting - Large room and large bathroom, separated shower and toilet - Very good sound insulation and also smoke from the corridor stays out (Some nasty guys smoking on the non smoking floor) - Electric curtains and Shades, can be controlled from bed - just perfect. - Wifi is fast, although it needs password AND additional registration is a bit annoying - friendly and helpful staff at check-in Regarding these points, the only thing that keeps this hotel away from 5 stars is the missing pool (which I don’t need). This is true 4++ stars, but…. What is not good and should not happen: - Shower thermostat control broken, can only be adjusted hot to very hot. Unacceptable - Shower installation in general is faulty, the rain shower head is so low, I almost bumped my head. - Water kettle shows strong wear marks, looks old, not nice. - Hair dryer has only one setting: Very hot. It is so hot it overheats every 20 to 30 seconds and stops working until cooled down. Bad quality chosen. - Breakfast is small and the quality is just average to below average. Worst part is the coffee machine needed milk and cleaning and the staff was unwilling to do so. This is bad. - Bus to the airport has a every 20 minute schedule, but if you don’t carry bags the driver will eventually just skip the tour and let you wait 40min Altogether good value and one of the best hotel rooms that can easily keep up with 5 stars houses. Still I really hope they improve the deficits as they mostly come from laziness. Currently therefore I would not recommend this hotel now.

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom area is quite large, perfect for a family. There's plenty of room for dining and playing together. The height of the chairs and tables is a bit mismatched; you sink in quite a bit when you sit down. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Plus, there's a private indoor hot spring in the room, which is free and quite nice. The hotel breakfast is pretty average, with the variety and taste on par with a 3-star hotel in the city center. The hot spring is connected to the hotel, and you can re-enter until noon the next day by registering your room number. However, you do need to exchange your entry wristband.
