I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belinn Hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The food was delicious — especially the morning buffet, which had a great variety and excellent service from Adalina and the front desk team.
We accidentally left some of our things in the fridge after checking out and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful in arranging for them to be returned to us. Truly outstanding service and hospitality!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay."

"We had a very pleasant stay at ARTOTEL Batam. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, making the whole experience comfortable from the start.

"Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread.
Keep up the good work!
Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!"

"Hotel is new and very clean with basic amenities. I like the room with spacious shelves that we could put our luggage bags. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and normally with quite a number of local dishes. Overall the egg station and bread are those i preferred since some food was not up to standards. Staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful when i asked for recommendation. Lobby has a huge sitting area for meeting up with friends and right at the end, a small lounge which serves drinks. The only inconvenient part is the swimming pool - it is not in the same building and cannot reach with a connecting lift. Swimmers has to move out of the hotel to go to the next building, move to level 6 and there's the swimming pool. There are changing rooms available. Perhaps the hotel is new, our taxi driver could not locate the hotel. As there are a few Harris properties in Batam, best to inform taxi driver including address. Btw, getting Grab to any other shopping malls are convenient and low cost. There are plenty of eaterie around. Within minutes walk, there are minimarts, cafe, food court, restaurant, massage parlours, skincare and hair salon! These are 2-3 storey high building. Nagoya Hill is the nearest shopping mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk.
There is a school nearby so you could hear some noise when they are conducting activities.
Also on-going construction nearby, can't really hear from room, so it doesn't bother us.
Over all a great stay!"

"Hotel is very clean and easy excess to everywhere.
From check in process very smoothly. Rooms are very clean and well equip. Bed and pillow are comfortable makes you sleep soundly.
Breakfast have variety food to choose from bread station, porridge station, noodle station, main menu dishes, fruits, salads, cakes and dessert so mych to eat. Restaurant condition is vey big and clean. Staff are very friendly supportive. Thumbs up to Aston 👍🏻"

"Mixed Experience Due to Front Desk Issue
We stayed as a family and booked 3 rooms in total. Upon arrival, only 1 room was ready for check-in, which was understandable, so we left to go shopping while the other rooms were prepared. When we came back at around 8:30pm, we checked in to the remaining 2 rooms and were given only 1 access card for one room, and 2 access cards for the other room.
When I asked the staff why there was only 1 card for the room, she pointed to my child, which confused me. I even reconfirmed: “Does the child not need an access card?” She told me yes, so we went ahead believing everything was in order.
The next day during check-out, we were told by another staff member that we were missing an access card and that two were issued in the system. She insisted that we had lost the card. I explained the situation calmly, but it didn’t seem to matter. After almost 10-15 minutes of going back and forth, I told her to check the CCTV footage, since I clearly remembered questioning the number of cards given during check-in.
Finally, she said “it’s okay,” but honestly — it wasn’t okay. We were essentially accused of losing something we never received. I couldn’t help but feel that if we hadn’t questioned it, we might have been charged for a missing card. It was unnecessary, stressful, and left a very bad impression despite the rest of our stay being good.
Everything else about our stay was pleasant — but this incident made us feel uneasy. I hope the hotel reviews their procedures so other guests don’t go through the same experience. Double-check your key cards at check-in to avoid any misunderstandings."

GGuest UserStayed here for a short getaway, and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect – it’s close to many popular spots like Kueh Lapis Little Box Premium (a must-visit for gifts!), and there are adorable cats on level one that add such a charming touch. It’s also within walking distance to Batam City Square Mall, surrounded by massage outlets, the 5-star itsumō TART café, and MONI COSMETIC CABANG PENUIN – a great place to pick up affordable makeup and skincare.
The room was clean, and I really appreciated how spotless the toilet was. However, the hair dryer was quite weak, so drying long hair might take a while. Also, the mini fridge was leaking water initially, but kudos to housekeeping – they responded quickly and got it fixed.
The price is slightly on the higher side, and do note that they require a deposit of IDR 500,000 upon check-in, which may catch some guests off guard if not prepared.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, I’d still recommend this hotel mainly for its unbeatable location and cleanliness.

SSmile Moon Snow MountainThe hotel location is convenient, and since it’s budget-friendly, it works out well.
However, the Wi-Fi connection isn’t very strong.
The breakfast service is worth more than the price paid.
The security staff are also very helpful, and the hotel is close to shops.
For couples, it’s even more suitable since the rooms only come with a couple bed.
But if you’re going with a friend and want separate beds, it’s not very convenient.

IIrvin Jonah CheungThis hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc.
The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no ”extras” inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel.
There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

Surprisingly a nice n cosy hotel...if u take up the suite.hahahaha.. other room... Very cosy and compact...

Ohhh yahhh if u read other comments, most would bring out the room not cold... It's because of the Aircon placement which kinda weird.
