This time, my girlfriend and I chose to celebrate a special day of love at the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen in Beijing. I had heard that Qianmen MO ranked 14th in the 2026 World Top 50 Hotels, so we decided to experience it ourselves. To summarize: Hotel Service - full marks; Cultural Experience - full marks; Hotel Decor - full marks. I communicated our check-in time with the butler in advance. Upon arrival, the Director of Housekeeping, our butler, the doorman, and about 5 other staff members greeted us warmly with a bouquet of roses. From that moment on, whether it was the decor evoking old Beijing hutongs or the warm welcome service, I immediately fell deeply in love with it. Once we entered the room, the special occasion decorations and welcome amenities were all perfectly arranged. I'd like to specially commend our butler, Miss Melody. She truly treated us with sincerity and meticulously met our needs. From booking Ten Triggers Bar to arranging transportation, breakfast requests, and late check-out, everything was communicated through a dedicated WeChat group and arranged perfectly in advance. Many thanks! Regarding the stay experience, this was my first time staying in a hotel with a private courtyard. We stayed at Dongcheng Caocang 3 Tiao, and the entire small courtyard was ours. I even felt like I had a home in Beijing, a siheyuan of my own. (On a side note, the butler told us we were very lucky to be staying in the same room where Dylan Wang once stayed). It was a perfect, happy, and unforgettable stay. I hope to return here again for another stay on a snowy winter day.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the room had great lighting and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring my parents slept soundly. The front desk staff were patient and attentive, check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, is quiet and not noisy, and the facilities are safe and worry-free, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay for my parents. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future family trips. Highly recommended for families!

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Beijing was incredibly efficient and comfortable. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to Beijing West Railway Station, making travel around the city very convenient. There's also a subway station within walking distance, which was handy for transferring to meetings in the city center. The room design is modern and minimalist. The workspace had plenty of power outlets and stable internet, so handling emails and online meetings was stress-free. The bedding was just the right softness, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night, which meant I was refreshed for client meetings during the day. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the bathroom had constant hot water and strong water pressure, making showers very invigorating. Breakfast started at 7 AM and offered a rich mix of Western and Chinese options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made noodle station. The staff even proactively offered to warm my milk, a thoughtful detail. At check-out, Unice at the front desk processed everything quickly and proactively asked if I needed a taxi or coffee to go, which was a huge bonus for a business trip. The laundry room and fitness corner were also well-equipped, making it a hassle-free choice for short business trips. Among hotels in the same area, this one stands out for its service responsiveness and well-maintained facilities. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future business trips to Beijing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! The service on the day of check-in was extremely poor. Upon entering the room, I found the air conditioning completely unadjustable. I immediately called the front desk (a male attendant). He came into the room, pressed the AC settings once or twice, and then told me that the air conditioning system is centrally controlled with the building during the day and could only be manually adjusted after 7 PM. So I went out. When I returned to the hotel around 8 PM, I didn't adjust the AC because I had the window open for ventilation. Later, when I was about to sleep, I closed the window and found the AC still unadjustable. I immediately called another male attendant at the front desk (presumably the night shift). He also said it couldn't be adjusted. I told him there was no airflow, and having to close the window at night would make the room stuffy. He then suggested I just open the bathroom exhaust fan. I told him to show me if other rooms also couldn't adjust the temperature/fan speed... After repeatedly insisting, he finally took me to another room, and in that room, the AC temperature and fan speed could be freely adjusted. He had previously said something about 'waiting until tomorrow morning for a professional to look at it'... What was that? One lie after another. Simply put, they just didn't want to deal with it. I then asked to switch to the empty room where the AC was adjustable. He said he needed to call for approval. Less than two minutes later, he returned to my room with his phone, watching a video (showing how to unlock the AC control panel). After unlocking it, the AC became fully adjustable. And then the next day, the AC was also self-adjustable... In summary, both the day and night shift male front desk attendants were deceptive and lied to guests!!! On a positive note, the female front desk attendant was genuinely attentive and provided excellent service... The hotel's facilities and environment are good, but it's let down by some of the front desk staff.

The hotel facilities are complete, with a free coffee and water dispenser. The front desk lady provided excellent service, helping us enthusiastically and even giving us a free room upgrade. The hotel's location is also great, about 700m from the subway, making travel convenient. The hygiene is good, thumbs up!

Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

This room is really great, and the 4070 configuration makes me feel very refreshed when playing games. The computer's configuration is absolutely top-notch, and both its running speed and image quality are impeccable. However, when I left, I accidentally lost the power bank. I discovered this at the airport and immediately called the front desk to ask them to help me find it. They were very helpful in answering my question and found my power bank quickly. I am very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend this hotel

My recent business trip to Beijing led me to stay at the Qiqiaowu Hotel (Caoqiao branch), and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations – it definitely deserves a full five-star review. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk to Caoqiao subway station, where you can easily transfer between the airport express and city lines. This makes getting to high-speed rail stations or tourist attractions incredibly convenient and stress-free. The room was meticulously cleaned, with soft and dry bedding, and a mattress that was just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came out quickly, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The WiFi connection was also stable and fast. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very efficient with check-in and check-out. They also offer free luggage storage and patiently answer any questions you might have. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping very easy – the area is well-developed. The hotel offers great value for money, is clean, quiet, and suitable for both business travelers and tourists. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing and genuinely recommend it to everyone.

I had an excellent stay at 德娜岩酒店（通州宋庄艺术区工厂区店）. The room was extremely spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Clean towels, fresh beddings, a toothbrush, and Colgate toothpaste were all provided — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even better. There are convenient shops and a restaurant just downstairs, which made everything super accessible. The surrounding environment is friendly and welcoming. While the subway is a bit of a distance, the price is very affordable considering the quality of service and comfort offered. If you speak a little Chinese, you’ll get by just fine. Even if you don’t, a translator app helps — though honestly, even without one, I managed pretty well. Only about 30 minutes from Beijing Capital Airport, this hotel is a great find. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again! 我在**德娜岩酒店（通州宋庄艺术区工厂区店）**的住宿体验非常棒。房间非常宽敞、干净、舒适。酒店还贴心地提供了牙刷、佳洁士牙膏、干净的毛巾和整洁的床上用品，让人感觉宾至如归。 酒店楼下就有便利店和餐厅，生活非常方便。周边环境也很友好、安静、适合休息。虽然地铁站稍远一些，但以这个价格能享受到这样的服务和舒适度，性价比非常高。 如果会一点中文，沟通基本没问题；即使不会，用翻译软件也很方便。其实我即使不用翻译软件，也能顺利入住和交流。 酒店距离首都机场大约30分钟车程，是个非常值得推荐的住宿选择。我强烈推荐，下次来北京一定还会住这里！
