"Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member."

Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing
As the core reception hub of the Beijing Capital International Airport business district, Cordis, Beijing Capital Airport Hotel at Beijing Capital International Airport offers convenient and attentive services, creating a high-quality travel experience for global travelers. Transit and business travelers do not need to worry about rushing to the airport. The design of guest rooms and suites gives consideration to practicality and aesthetics: high-quality soundproof window cut off the noise, special sweet dream beds and independent bathtubs are equipped with intelligent guest control systems, and one click open and comfortable parking; Some rooms can directly face the beautiful lake view or the dynamic airport runway, making leisure time more atmospheric. Catering and supporting facilities cover diverse needs: Cordis Market restaurant presents global cuisine with an open kitchen, the award-winning "Ming" court Chinese restaurant showcases creative Cantonese cuisine, and the cabin themed bar Tune is a comfortable choice for light snacks. As an airport landmark, the hotel also boasts 10 luxurious banquet halls with flexible layouts, complemented by well-equipped temperature controlled swimming pools and fitness centers, catering to both business negotiations and leisure relaxation. It is not only an efficient travel stop, but also an ideal starting point for exploring Beijing's ancient capital culture.

"My flight was delayed until the early hours, forcing me to rebook for the next day. I chose Cordis because it was close by and offered a shuttle service. As a brand under Langham, I know the price and brand positioning are what they are, so I shouldn't expect too much. However, the front desk agent didn't say a single word during the entire check-in process. After handing me the room key card, they didn't even mention the floor, and I had to ask myself (since the room number was four digits, it was hard to guess the floor). I also had to proactively ask about the shuttle departure times, and they didn't inquire about breakfast needs. The whole time, I felt like I was checking in with a machine. The soundproofing was mediocre; I was woken up early in the morning by thumping noises in the hallway outside my door. Strangely, though, I barely heard any airplane noise. Furthermore, I don't understand the room's layout. There's an enormous wardrobe door with a mirror next to the bed, and directly opposite the bed is another mirror covering half a wall. The bed is surrounded by mirrors. Even putting feng shui aside, anyone waking up in the middle of the night would be startled by this. The shuttle driver deserves praise for proactively helping with luggage."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

"I booked this hotel for a layover in Beijing. Even though I only slept for two hours, it was a really great stay. The hotel offers airport shuttle service. I arrived at Capital Airport close to midnight, and by the time the driver picked me up and I got to the hotel and showered, it was almost 2 AM. My room had a view of the airport right outside the window, so I could see the big planes, but it wasn't noisy at all thanks to the double-pane windows. We booked a 4 AM shuttle back to the airport, and since there was no traffic in the early morning, it only took 4 minutes to get to the terminal. Very convenient!"

"I booked this chain hotel for an early flight the next morning. It advertised free late-night congee from 8 PM to midnight. I arrived at 10 PM, but there was only a tiny bit of plain white congee left. When I asked the staff, they said they only provide congee and no other varieties. However, I've stayed at several Qiuguo chain hotels in Beijing before, and their late-night congee always included small buns, steamed rolls, biscuits, yogurt, etc., in addition to plain congee. I don't understand why different hotels under the same brand offer different things. Upon entering the room, I saw a small sign on the desk that read, 'Equipped with a fresh air ventilator,' and I knew it was for pay-per-use scanning, but I couldn't find the device anywhere in the room. Another sign said, 'Travel helper,' but I couldn't find that in the room either, and the staff didn't give me one at check-out. I've stayed at other hotels near the airport before, and the staff always gave out a small bag of travel essentials at check-out. It's not that I absolutely needed the free congee or the small complimentary items. It's more that I feel a bit misled. Anyway, if I ever need to stay at a hotel near the airport the day before a business trip again, I definitely won't choose this one."

"This was my first time staying here, and the front desk staff, both the men and women, were exceptionally friendly and professional. They were very responsive, answered all our questions, and resolved issues quickly. 👍 This was a great comfort for us as visitors from out of town. The internal environment is also very comfortable, with many seating areas to choose from; you could easily spend a long time in the lobby. On the first floor, there's a Cantonese restaurant and a larger Wild Restaurant. Downstairs, there are countless snack stalls and restaurants, catering to different tastes and regions. The room itself was very quiet, and the humidity and temperature were just right. The quietness was the most important thing. There were many foreigners staying here – you could hear all sorts of languages in the elevator! 😀 Overall, a great experience. Thank you! 🙏 Oh, and there's a swimming pool upstairs too!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful. One day I had trouble using the washing machines, and one of the receptionists came with me and helped fix the problem. I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. The housekeeping team was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, even if we went out later than usual. Every day they also left us two complimentary bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we felt at home from the very first day. We also loved the cultural activities the hotel offered. They were a wonderful way to experience Chinese culture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, excellent service, and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing! 🇨🇳❤️✨"

"Big size modern style room in excellent condition, the mattress and pillows are perfect to have a rejuvenating rest in transit via Beijing Capital airport. But there is an issue with the transfer provided by the hotel: you can arrange everything by phone only, and it can drive you crazy to discuss it with staff not so easy with English. They should provide email or WeChat to discuss details, as otherwise you could have to wait desperately at the airport gate not being sure anybody is coming. One more good point about this hotel is breakfast, it is just what you need on a China-styly morning meal, with some fresh noodles and wantons prepared at sight."
