Hygiene: Up to standard, no obvious flaws, but there's room for improvement. Environment: Located on a corner at a crossroads, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The subway station is right downstairs, and Changying Tianjie shopping mall is just across the street. Very convenient. However, the window faces an office building, which is quite close. Service: Excellent. Quick response and a great attitude. They even upgraded my room proactively. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.

All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

This is my third stay within two months. It's hands down the best hotel in Tongzhou for value for money and service. While the hardware might not be as luxurious as Nuo Hotel, Nuolan Hotel's service absolutely blows Nuo Hotel's cold and unreasonable demeanor out of the water. The hotel is new, right next to Wangfujing Mall at Wanyi, and directly opposite Universal Studios. I've eaten at the 10th-floor Chinese restaurant many times; the food isn't pre-made, and both the Sichuan and Cantonese dishes are incredibly authentic. The rooftop bar on the 11th floor offers panoramic views of Universal, which is quite impressive. The other Western restaurants also serve excellent food. All the hotel staff are young, and every single one is incredibly nice and basically goes above and beyond to help. It's clear they've been well-trained and are very professional. I especially want to mention Manager Wen from the lobby; he's young, handsome (looks like an actor), and incredibly capable at handling issues, making guests feel very comfortable. My last two stays were entirely due to Manager Wen's professionalism. I hope this young team can maintain their high standards.

The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

The room, though not large, was fully functional. The 1.8-meter bed was very spacious and comfortable for two people. It was a thoughtful touch to have a mini-fridge stocked with sodas like Coke, especially during the hot summer. As for dining, the breakfast spread was rich with a wide variety of fruits. Plus, they had my favorite tofu pudding! The laundry room was incredibly convenient and a huge bonus. 👍🏻 The front desk staff were all smiles and very attentive. They were happy to help with even the smallest requests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

I've stayed at Ascott many times, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the amenities like the fridge and washing machine are all fully equipped. The environment is also very quiet; you barely hear any noise. It's super convenient for dining and drinks, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also Xiao Taihou Park close by, and it's not far from the subway station – about a 10-minute scooter ride.

The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste. We were very pleased with our choice. The room isn't very big, and water leaks from under the partition between the shower and the toilet, so after showering, the water flows all over the toilet area, making it impossible to use the toilet. Be careful when entering the lobby at night; if the doors are closed, push them slowly. There are no signs on the doors to indicate which ones are closed or open. There's a lack of 'push' or 'pull' signs, and I ended up bumping my head on a door when I came back that night.

The all-hours noodle bar was a game-changer, serving up hot dumplings, pasta, pizzas, and comforting noodle soups whenever we needed a quick bite between activities. Pro tip for families: ******* delivery doesn't reach the resort, so we’d recommend packing a few favorite snacks for the little ones just in case. Our 6-year-old daughter, on the other hand, embraced her adventurous side! She conquered the rock-climbing wall, soared with joy on the trapeze, and challenged us to lively games of outdoor table tennis and badminton. The after-dinner parties at the theatre were the cherry on top, she loved dancing on stage, joining in the quirky games, and being mesmerized by the breathtaking circus performances. A massive shout-out to the incredible G.O. team! Their boundless energy, genuine warmth, and incredible patience with the children truly made our stay extra special. 4. Exploring the Surroundings The resort’s location also offers lovely opportunities to venture out. We took the local train to explore the scenic surrounding areas and even visited a nearby vineyard to harvest fresh grapes, it was such a fun, hands-on experience for the whole family. The grapes we picked were incredibly sweet and juicy, and we also bought some excellent local wines to bring back as gifts for our relatives. Back at the resort, the outdoor activity areas, including pony rides, added even more charm and variety to our days. Final Verdict Club Med Yanqing Beijing delivered the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and top-tier hospitality. Manager Kang and his wonderful team made us feel truly valued as guests, and the sheer variety of activities kept both our kids (and us!) happily engaged from morning until night. We left with full hearts, tired legs, and beautiful memories. We are already counting down the days until we can return!

Upon checking in, Miss Zoe at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. When I asked about upgrading my room type, she immediately and proactively helped me check and change it, quickly finding me a room with a better view. She was patient and polite throughout our conversation, very efficient, and took the initiative to explain the hotel facilities. Her attention to detail showed thoughtful service, and she was serious and responsible in addressing guest needs. She's an excellent front desk staff member! 👍
