However, there's only one elevator, so expect a wait during peak hours. The room has a balcony, but the soundproofing could be improved. Hygiene: Up to standard, no obvious flaws, but there's room for improvement. Environment: Located on a corner at a crossroads, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The subway station is right downstairs, and Changying Tianjie shopping mall is just across the street. Very convenient. However, the window faces an office building, which is quite close. Service: Excellent. Quick response and a great attitude. They even upgraded my room proactively. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating! After comparing several accommodations, the overall quality and service here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy throughout. The lobby is spotless and grand, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was very fast, efficient, and never dragged on. Any requests were met promptly, and they were always gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making the stay feel anything but cramped. The cleanliness was truly exceptional; the bedding was clean, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and comfortable. The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is elegant and the front desk service is very good. Here for the New Year, the hotel also brought hot dumplings. So warm heart! The hotel is conveniently located a 5-6 minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station, away from the noise of main roads. The signage, dining, and decor meet international guest standards. The rooms are compact but fully functional. Alcohol wipes are provided to sanitize the toilet seat. The shower stall is space-efficient, with a dry-wet curtain that separates the areas while also ensuring privacy. Lighting controls are user-friendly, though the actual room temperature was slightly higher than what the AC display showed. The minibar offered a good selection of soft drinks, but I couldn't find the usual instant coffee and tea bags, perhaps encouraging guests to visit the unique lobby bar on the first floor. The scent in both the room and public areas was pleasant, and soft background music played during breakfast. This hotel offers excellent value for money and was perfect for my solo business trip. While there are billiards and game machines in the lobby, I didn't have time to enjoy them. If the price remains affordable, this will be my top choice for business trips to Beijing. It's incredibly convenient for both the Airport Express and subway, and the surrounding area is upscale and peaceful.

The experience at Wellyeah Hotel was fantastic! The architecture and design are very stylish, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete, with a clean and tidy wet/dry separated bathroom. The hotel offers a shuttle bus directly to Universal Studios, which is incredibly convenient for getting around. Plus, there's a connected walkway straight to the shopping area, making dining and shopping very easy. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The public areas are perfect for taking photos. If you're visiting Universal Studios, staying here is an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Environment: The hotel is located in Dongsi Sitiao Hutong. The memory of riding a bike back with the evening breeze blowing down locust flowers will probably stay with me for a long time. Facilities: The guest room in the hutong isn't very large, but it's small yet complete with everything you need. The mattress was quite good, soft and comfortable. The illuminated makeup mirror, scale, automatic toilet, and embroidered headboard – all the facilities were pretty decent. Service: We received a room upgrade upon check-in, and they were considerate enough to grant a late check-out. They also provided a complimentary mini-bar and afternoon tea snacks. The Daoxiangcun Temple of Heaven and stone lion pastries, paired with authentic Beijing Xinyuanzhai plum juice, were quite good.

3/5 – Same experience on our additional night We added an extra night to our stay because of a flight cancellation, but unfortunately our overall impression remains unchanged. The spa, swimming pool and gym are excellent and remain the biggest positives. However, the issues we experienced with the Terminal 2 shuttle, expensive early check-in, high prices, unfriendly service and poor soundproofing still stand. For an airport hotel, we expected a smoother and more comfortable experience. If you are travelling to Terminal 2, I would recommend considering another hotel - we have stayed in much better than this for less. On the positive side, taking a taxi from the hotel to T2 was inexpensive and only took around 10 minutes. Overall, the facilities are very good, the breakfast was also quite good, but the experience does not match the price point.

I've stayed at Ascott many times, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the amenities like the fridge and washing machine are all fully equipped. The environment is also very quiet; you barely hear any noise. It's super convenient for dining and drinks, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also Xiao Taihou Park close by, and it's not far from the subway station – about a 10-minute scooter ride.

Ugh, what can I say? The hotel's location is actually quite central; getting anywhere takes about the same amount of time, and it's very convenient to access the subway loop line. Shopping and dining options nearby are also plentiful. The family room I booked is suitable for a family of three or four. The hotel's service definitely deserves full marks 💯. They respond to every request and always try their best to resolve issues quickly. However, there were quite a few issues, so to sum it up, it's like 'Lian Po is old' (a Chinese idiom meaning 'still capable, but past one's prime'): 1. The hallway has a very Chinese aesthetic, great for photos. 2. There were dust mites on the bed. My child's ears and legs were bitten. Also, the light in the room's entryway couldn't be turned off properly, among other things. Afterwards, the hotel changed the bedding, fixed the light, and even sent some complimentary fruit and small gifts (a children's toiletry bag). 3. The showerhead in the bathroom was positioned too low, perfect for my 1.3-meter tall daughter, but adults had to crouch. On the other hand, the water pressure was excellent.

This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.
