AAnonymous UserStayed 5 nights, great service from housekeeping and front desk. The room however was not good in terms of noise cancellation. I can hear door bell from next room and people talking outside and from level 1 while I stayed at 3rd floor and no proper pick up and drop off at the hotel as hotel is located at level 2. First time guests may need some time to locate, not ideal if traveling with large luggage.

Wwfr0123I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice 🥰🥰. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in 🫰. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere 😘😘. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

RRongrongbaoerEvery time I'm on a business trip near Daxing Airport, I always choose the China Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel. It's incredibly convenient, with a free shuttle bus service to and from the terminals. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Each room comes with a humidifier, air purifier, and plenty of bottled water. Downstairs, there's a row of vending machines, a Bianlifeng convenience store, and a coffee shop. The hotel breakfast is also very good and varied.

CCaseBooked this place because it was relatively cheaper than some other places that are smaller and farther. Room was huge, as we were just two friends so we have enough space for both of us. There was a laundry room on our floor you can use, and they have a robot to deliver food from your app deliveries. Location was, kinda far from the main attractions but thankfully didi is cheap. They change towels everyday but we noticed that the floors are sometimes not mopped enough for our standard but it was clearly passable. They have centralized air-conditioning so you can’t make it cooler on days that are warm unless it’s their summer season so you have to note that. Overall, they were nice to us with our queries and requests. Room’s spacious and they also have good breakfast option!

SShengjinghuoExcellent! The front desk lady kindly upgraded us for free to a room with a window, and thoughtfully informed us about the ongoing construction outside. She even offered a different room if we were bothered, but we preferred being close to the pedestrian street, so we stayed. The room was spacious, the location was great, and the service was warm and welcoming. Really good!

YYizhixiaoyang1128The stay was fantastic! The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very relaxing stay. A special shout-out to Bonnie, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She patiently answered all our questions and was very efficient, making sure everything was perfectly arranged throughout our stay. It really made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Facilities: The breakfast had a good variety, but it was very crowded, and finding a seat was a bit difficult. There weren't enough power outlets in the room. The shower water temperature wasn't hot enough, reaching only about 38 degrees Celsius, and it couldn't be adjusted higher.
The hotel is located in a commercial area with large shopping malls nearby, so the surroundings are nice and convenient.
