"What I love in this hotel is their freebies. Free noodles every night, free drinks, ice cream etc. I also like their breakfast. I like their room too. Its has 2 beds with pull out. Whats funny here is I cannot connect to their wifi in the room. I dont know. Manager even went to our room when I called and informed them. Also, since we are 3, and they advertise that children is free. They will not set up your room for 3 people since other one is free. I need to ask a towel everyday for my child."

"Location is excellent, with major hot spots likes Chome Dotonbori, Shinsaibashisuji, Kuromon Market within short walking distances. Room is large and it is suitable for family with up to four members. Staff is nice and they are fluent in English so communication is not a problem. The only demerit is no parking facility but if you park at nearby ”Trust Park” overnight, you will enjoy a discount rate of 1800 yen per 24 hours. I strongly recommend family booking for this hotel."

Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor. We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay."

"There is a subway station downstairs, one kilometer away from Umeda, not too far but not too close. It's a bit far to walk, so it's awkward to take a bus, and it's not worth taking a taxi. The hotel toilet can't be opened electrically, which shouldn't be the case. The above are the disadvantages. Apart from these two points, the rest are advantages."

"Excellent location that we can always go back to put down things and go out again, staff is nice and helpful, all the amenities and facilities are decent. The room is big enough to walk around when opening 2 luggage. Very appreciate the free bath salt. Family mart is the only convenient store brand around is a bit sad for us(Metro station Lawson is very tiny). We loved the Smart TV that can watch youtube or cast from own smart phone. Very satisfying 3 nights."

"+ : - Clean room with little onsen bath area - Good city location, just no special view - Good service to take taxi to the airport So so : - They don’t clean the room everyday. They said it’s part of the eco-friendly green concept. But I beg to differ : the housekeeping does your bed does not consume any natural resources. However, they put new towels in everyday - that consumes natural resources. It’s quite contradictory, isn’t it? - Amenities so so. Nothing special"

"Strategic location with convenient access to Namba metro station and Osaka-Namba subway station. The room, albeit comfy, was a little too cramped for me to open up my luggages (which fortunately have a front-loading design so I could still access my belongings without having to open up the luggages with them lying on the floor). The breakfast buffet variety was alright, slightly limited, but the food was tasty. However, the ventilation was quite poor as the entire ”restaurant”, especially since it was small, and the corridor outside it reeked of the smoky smell. Which is probably why the front desk is located on the second floor instead."

"My recent two-night stay at the Fourz Hotel Namba was exactly what I needed for exploring the vibrant Namba district. The hotel's biggest selling point is undoubtedly its location. Being so close to Namba Station is incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Even better, it's a stone's throw from Dotonbori, meaning fantastic shopping and dining experiences are right at your doorstep. Being able to shop late and easily walk back to the hotel was a huge plus. The rooms are on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone. However, for a short stay like mine, it was perfectly adequate. It had everything I needed for a comfortable base. Service at the Fourz Hotel Namba was basic but efficient. Everything was handled smoothly, and while there weren't any extravagant extras, the staff were helpful and polite. For my needs, it was perfectly fine. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel in Namba with a prime location for exploring Dotonbori and easy access to transport, the Fourz Hotel Namba is a great choice. Just be aware of the smaller room size if that's a concern. For a short, location-focused trip, I would definitely recommend it."

TtejavannI’ve stayed here more times than I can remember. Just shows how much I like the IC. The hotel continues to deliver on service, cleanliness and location. With the opening of the Grand Green Osaka there are even more shops, restaurants and greenery around the hotel. It’s a big shame though that with the new office and hotels towers having come up, rooms facing the west, which in the past had the best views of the Umeda Sky Building and the Yodo River now has obstructed views.

LLilian Liew See ChinI recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and, while the property itself is commendable, I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk staff member named Sears. When I politely asked to borrow a pen to sign some paperwork, rather than assisting me in a courteous manner, she reacted with clear irritation, rolling her eyes and displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior continued when I asked her a few questions, and it was evident that she had no intention of providing the friendly service one would expect from a hotel of this quality. It was disheartening to witness her treating not only myself but also other guests in a similar disrespectful manner during checkin. This experience significantly tarnished an otherwise enjoyable trip. I strongly urge management to address this issue as customer service should reflect the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst front desk experiences I've encountered. I hope future guests do not have to deal with similar treatment.

HHui Min ThamHotel was conveniently located right next to one of the entrances of Yotsubashi Station (which can easily be used to reach places such as Namba) and was within walking distance of Shinsaibashi as well. There is a small mart located right below the hotel where many necessities (e.g. food, drinks, toiletries) can be gotten. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. The rooms were mostly neat and clean (with a small fridge and shampoo/soap/conditioner provided) albeit on the tinier side. That aside, it more than suffices for travellers.

YyosheIt was alright, the spa theme park seemed pretty decent, though I suspect there to be many people during the daytime since we went inside at around 4 am still with a bunch of people inside. The rooftop pool was decent but you had to pay for the waterslides. The spa felt more like a theme park than a typical traditional onsen experience, but we still saw mainly Japanese people there. Most of the hotel cited charges for stuff here and there (e.g. late night entry fee for the spa, extra cost to enter the pool etc) but I suspect they are for regular visitors and not hotel guests since it was not recorded when we checked out other than the waterslide cost as mentioned. Annoying thing was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the hotel at the entrance, and that there was no shower in your own room.
