This was my first time staying at Grand Hyatt Hotel with my child, and I'd like to thank Xueer for her warm and thoughtful reception. She upgraded our room, especially considering we were traveling with a child. The location is excellent; right downstairs is a shopping area, making dining, shopping, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it! My child absolutely loves this hotel, and it's not our first time staying here. The location is fantastic, right in the golden shopping district. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room is quite spacious. The service attitude is excellent; they graciously accepted my few small suggestions. We'll definitely keep staying here in the future. I forgot to take photos, so here’s one of my child studying instead, just to give you an idea.
