The service was excellent. This room type was quite unique, and the 'blue hour' close to sunset was very therapeutic. The only minor issue was that the elevated indoor section connected to the terrace didn't get much AC. However, the staff were very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a shame I was in a rush and there were too many people for the noodle soup station this morning. I got to experience their newest smart room type. Due to a minor issue with a device, the front desk even kindly asked about my stay experience and offered a small gift as a token of apology when I checked out the next day. The service was truly meticulous. Every Orange hotel I've stayed at feels different, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations for the brand.

Having stayed in many hotels, this one left a great impression on me. The room size was just right, not feeling cramped at all. The bathroom was spotless, with no water marks or stains. The mattress was comfortable even after sleeping for a long time, providing an excellent sleep experience. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff were polite, and their service was just right, not overly enthusiastic. The price was reasonable, and overall, everything was well-balanced. It's a great choice for accommodation when traveling. Plus, they not only have a washing machine but also a dryer! [Yay]

Extremely satisfied! I was debating between the Grand Hotel Beijing and the Grand Hyatt for a trip to Tiananmen Square with my child, but ultimately, the Grand Hotel's Chinese style felt more distinctive and met my expectations for a high-end hotel. Although it's been open for many years, it's very well-maintained. The air conditioning is silent, and the room has ventilation. The breakfast is excellent, with freshly made shrimp dumplings available to order, which are very fresh and suitable for children. The complimentary large peach was also delicious.

The hotel boasts an excellent location within the MOMA Park on the Second Ring Road, close to the subway. It's incredibly convenient for getting to popular spots like Sanlitun, Yonghe Temple, Guozijian, and Wudaoying. It offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city, with an antique and charming living environment that is both comfortable and pleasant. During my stay, the staff were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly. I was very satisfied with this trip and will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

Had a wonderful stay at JEN Beijing by Shangri La! We were here for leisure. A big thank you especially to Paul Lee from the Concierge team. He was already helping me even before I arrived in Beijing and continued to take really good care of us during our stay. He also helped to arrange a birthday cake, which was such a nice touch and made the celebration even more special. Really appreciate how responsive and helpful he was whenever we needed anything. We also absolutely loved our room! The view was amazing, directly facing the CCTV Headquarters towers. It was exactly the view I was hoping for and honestly even nicer in person. Location was convenient, room was comfortable and clean, and the whole Concierge team was friendly and helpful. But Paul really made the stay extra memorable for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and not just doing his job. Thank you Paul and the JEN Beijing team for taking such good care of us. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely choose JEN again when we are back in Beijing! ❤️

Exceeded expectations! Got a free upgrade to a room in the heritage building. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The best part was the excellent soundproofing; despite being on a street-facing side, there was no noise whatsoever, making it perfect for rest and relaxation. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Forbidden City, Capital Theater, and the National Art Museum of China. There's also Baye Hotpot on the first basement level, and security guards (armed police) are stationed at the entrance, ensuring absolute safety. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to watch a People's Art Theater play. Highly recommended!

Staying at such a high-end, yet incredibly cost-effective hotel within Beijing's Second Ring Road was a delightful surprise. The overall decor is upscale and elegant, with a wonderfully artistic ambiance in the public areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and most importantly, it's pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along, which significantly enhanced my travel experience. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff; their service truly exceeded expectations. Frida was especially enthusiastic during check-in, proactively helping with my luggage. It was clear she has a genuine fondness for animals, treating my pet with great gentleness. Ricky was generous and straightforward; after understanding my situation, he promptly offered a room upgrade when one became available, handling everything efficiently and thoughtfully. Then there's Sliki, whose service was meticulous and attentive throughout, responding quickly to every need and demonstrating genuine sincerity. The staff were all professional and warm, and their excellent service made me so reluctant to check out that I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. The hotel's first-floor restaurant also stands out. The food was delicious, and the environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a quick meal or a relaxed chat. The dining experience was excellent. The location is superb – nestled in a quiet spot yet close to bustling areas, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The facilities are comprehensive, and the attention to service details is impeccable. As a pet-friendly hotel in the city center, its overall value for money far exceeded my expectations. Whether for a short trip, a city stay, or traveling with pets, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely choose Artyzen Habitat on my next visit to Beijing.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was spotless, and I loved that the disposable toothbrushes were already in the bathroom, no need to pick them up at the front desk. The room was spacious and well-designed. This is definitely my go-to hotel every time I visit Beijing! A special shout-out to the bathrobes and slippers – they were incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was still mostly Western, and aside from the milk, everything was perfectly to my taste!

I had a really good stay this time. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was fresh, and I slept comfortably. There was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were sufficient. The front desk staff were very nice; check-in and check-out were quick. The location is also convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The price was reasonable too. I felt very secure during my stay, definitely worth coming back.

This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.
