I've stayed at Orange Hotel Crystal several times, and I always choose it first for my travels because it's clean, hygienic, and offers attentive service. This time, I booked a family room again, and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. That evening, there was a slight odor in the bathroom of my room. After I called the front desk, a housekeeping manager promptly came to address the issue and kept apologizing. They handled the problem without delay or shirking responsibility, immediately helping to resolve it. The proactive attitude and efficiency in solving the issue made my stay absolutely perfect 💯. The location is also great; it's very convenient to get a taxi, with one arriving within 10 seconds. I recommend the nearby Siji Minfu restaurant as well.

The hotel is clean and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is exceptional – friendly and efficient, they pretty much fulfill every request. Parking is free, and the rooms even have a fresh air system. The laundry room is also 24-hour self-service. Very satisfied.

the hotel is very nice and the room was very pleasant, with beautiful decor— I had a twin bed room with old peking views. The location is great. Where I found the hotel a bit lacking was breakfast, with a limited selection of “made to order” food, no filter coffee available, no hot milk, very few jams, and one of the three mornings they did not have any coffee machine that one could walk to, to make oneself coffee — one had to order it, and it was hence more difficult to fine-tune it to one’s liking. With everything else being so “upscale”, the breakfast fell a bit short on substance. It was served, however, in a beautiful room. Also I had to call the reception to get a shower cap — it wasn’t part of the standard amenities. There was no information available on the hotel’s facilities: where is the pool ? where is the gym ? what are the operating hours ? The TV had a “my hotel” icon, but if selected nothing happened.

I've stayed at the Manlan Hotel a few times for business trips, and the service and environment are consistently good. It's super convenient as the Line 17 subway station is just a 3-minute walk away. Every time I check in, they thoughtfully prepare a welcome gift; this time it was matcha mochi pastries and sour plum juice. The other snacks and drinks provided are also quite varied. Manlan recently launched a new membership card, and the staff kindly guided me on how to use it when I checked in. The vouchers included can be used for booking rooms and at the restaurant, and there are points that can be redeemed for services like face masks, aromatherapy, or foot baths, which is really practical.

It just so happened to be my ID card birthday on the day of check-in, but I didn't think much of it. After checking in, I went out for some food. When I returned late at night, my daughter immediately noticed something different as soon as she entered the room – the hotel had sent a birthday cake, balloons, and beer! I was really surprised; I didn't expect the hotel to be so thoughtful. I really want to thank the staff member who delivered the cake that day, and thank the New China World Hotel! It turned out the next day was my ***** birthday, so we enjoyed this delicious treat after midnight. Thanks again! 🙏

The main draw of this hotel is its unbeatable location and rich historical background. However, for a four-star establishment, the facilities are outdated, soundproofing is poor, and there's a musty smell. The service attitude is good, making it feel like you're paying for the location and getting the stay thrown in. It's suitable for travelers who prioritize proximity to the Forbidden City and are willing to compromise on accommodation quality. It's definitely not for those seeking modern comfort or who are sensitive to noise and odors.

We were on a family trip to Beijing with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old, plus my in-laws, before catching an afternoon flight to the US the next day. We stayed at the Artyzen Habitat Beijing Dongzhimen. It’s hard to find a family-friendly hotel in Beijing that offers a prime location (only 25 minutes to Capital Airport by car, 5 minutes to Sanlitun, yet very quiet and safe at night for a good night's sleep), while also providing ample space, comfort, and excellent service. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Spacious and Well-Equipped: In such a prime downtown area, the rooms here are incredibly large. The design is modern and stylish, the beds are very comfortable, and there’s a small kitchenette with a microwave and kettle. We booked connecting rooms, and the soundproofing between them was the best we've ever experienced in any hotel. Previously, we’ve stayed at the JW in Dawang Road or the Conrad in Sanlitun, but those hotels feel quite outdated, as if they haven't been renovated in a long time. The Artyzen, however, feels exceptionally well-maintained, as if it just opened recently. Prime Location, Quiet Retreat: We had an afternoon flight to the US the next day and needed to be at the airport for check-in by 8:20 AM. We left the hotel at 8:00 AM and arrived at Capital Airport in just 24 minutes – the location is truly super convenient. The night before, we drove to Sanlitun for a family dinner, and it only took five minutes. The hotel itself is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, allowing us to get plenty of rest before our 13-hour long-haul flight. Thoughtful and Detailed Service: The front desk staff and all service personnel were extremely warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth. The housekeeping staff, noticing we had children, even specially folded cute little animals out of towels, which delighted the kids! Highly recommended for all families traveling to Beijing with elderly parents and children, whether for vacation or a layover!

Staying at the Legendale Hotel with my children was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel's European-style decor is grand and appealing, the environment is quiet and clean, and the room hygiene is impeccable. The beds were soft and comfortable. The front desk and service staff were all gentle and thoughtful, paying attention to small details. Overall, it felt luxurious yet welcoming. This stay was wonderful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

The hotel is made in a Chinese style, it is quite dated, yet everything is in good condition. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast buffet is more than good for this price, European dishes available. It takes around 18 minutes on foot to get to the subway station, a bit far for me, but you can take a bike to ride there. Everything was good and the price is reasonoble. The only thing I didn't like is that the water in the shower was barely warm.

Upon checking in, Miss Zoe at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. When I asked about upgrading my room type, she immediately and proactively helped me check and change it, quickly finding me a room with a better view. She was patient and polite throughout our conversation, very efficient, and took the initiative to explain the hotel facilities. Her attention to detail showed thoughtful service, and she was serious and responsible in addressing guest needs. She's an excellent front desk staff member! 👍
