All the staff were highly professional, especially attendant #1015. During the summer, they even went out of their way to help us with our luggage to the entrance. They were kind and courteous, meticulous and thoughtful in their work, and always responded promptly and attentively to our needs, providing exceptionally detailed service. The location is also excellent, making travel very convenient – whether for sightseeing or shopping, it's hassle-free. Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

This hotel is located within the contemporary MOMC complex, surrounded by many interesting cafes and restaurants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, making for an excellent stay. A short walk downstairs leads to Liangma River and Blue Harbor, which are lovely to explore this time of year. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Usually, when I travel for business, I have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but the bed and pillows here were so soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a free gym on the 20th floor with a fantastic view and a great selection of equipment, and it wasn't crowded, so the workout experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I was very satisfied with the room I booked this time. As soon as I entered, I saw a unicorn plush toy quietly placed on the desk to welcome me, and complimentary fruits and snacks were already prepared. The room was clean, bright, and stylish, and the bedding was very comfortable. The room included a buffet dinner and the option of breakfast delivered to the room, plus all-day complimentary soft drinks and coffee, which was excellent. The hotel service was great; the staff were always smiling and happy to assist with any request. Very impressed! I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

It's a quiet environment, perfect for both work and rest. Adony, the lobby manager at the front desk, was professional and efficient with check-in. They proactively informed me about hotel amenities and local transportation. When I needed a late check-out on short notice, they promptly assisted, demonstrating thoughtful and thorough service. The hotel's service and logistics team were responsive, and the overall management is well-regulated, leading to excellent service quality. It's my top choice for business travel; highly recommended!

The hotel has a nice and friendly old Charme. It was built in 2008. So it's a new hotel built with old style. The rooms have been clean. The service was friendly. The area is great, close to the main shopping street and tourist attractions. Anyhow the interior has reached some age. Carpets show colorized spots, the swimming pool missing tils. And during a heavy July rain parts of the front roof parted.

It's within walking distance to the subway, making it super convenient to get to the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. The service was attentive, and it's excellent value for money.
