The design is minimalist yet tasteful, with warm lighting creating a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with smart controls throughout. I loved being able to voice-control the lights and curtains – super lazy-friendly! The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep. This place truly excels in the details, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel!

GGuest UserWe chose Manxin for our family trip to Beijing with the kids, and our stay was incredibly comfortable. The decor is stylish and elegant, and the public areas are great for photos. Our room was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the smart toilet and soft bedding really enhanced our comfort. The toiletries were also high-quality. The staff were very patient and proactively offered sightseeing recommendations. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the major attractions. Breakfast also catered to children's tastes. Overall, it was a warm and reassuring experience, perfect for a family trip.

XXuanziBeeOur room was decorated with red walls and black furniture, a really sophisticated color scheme, and the bedding was super comfy. I totally forgot to snap any pics, though! 😂 But it looked exactly like the photos the hotel posted. This place is picturesque everywhere you look, truly perfect for Instagramming, and they even offer qipao rentals for dress-up, though I didn't try it. What really stood out, though, was the service. It was thoughtful, attentive, and the staff's attitude was amazing; everyone was so patient. If you're visiting the Qianmen area, this place is definitely worth staying at. The room rate isn't cheap, but it feels incredibly good value for money. The Xicheng District Civil Affairs Bureau is nearby, and since it was June 1st recently, there were a lot of young couples coming to get married. The Eight Great Hutongs have tons of photo opportunities, so if you're coming with your partner or girlfriends, it's really worth staying here. They have coffee and stories too~

TTuzizoutianxiaHere's my detailed review again! Overall: Excellent location, definitely worth staying! Firstly, the location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to Sanyuanqiao subway station, and even closer if you exit from the basement of Phoenix City Mall. There are plenty of dining options and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Beijing by subway or traveling to and from Capital Airport. Secondly, the cleanliness is great. Although the hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, and the bathroom and shower are very clean. Thirdly, the Citigo brand is known for its well-equipped lobby. The ground floor has a restaurant, billiards, TV, and bar service in the evenings, so you can enjoy the nightlife without even leaving the hotel. However, there's a common issue with Huazhu hotels: staff are asked to call and solicit good reviews... If a hotel is good, I'll naturally give an objective review. These calls are actually quite annoying.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right in the heart of Wangfujing. The subway is right outside, making public transport super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and it's lively even late at night. The room itself was quiet and peaceful. Great value for money, and staying here in Beijing is totally stress-free. The staff, Li Bei and Wan Bao, were also excellent.

CChaorendiediAfter comparing several hotels in the same price range, I chose Zǐlóng Gardens. I'd also looked at their usual rates, and it seemed a bit pricier then, but booking it in advance for a holiday trip was definitely a steal.
**Stay:** For the same price, other places offer rooms under 30 square meters, but Zǐlóng Gardens gives you 50 square meters. It's nestled in a hutong, offering a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city. It's actually the former residence of Prince Taò, who was an advisor to the People's Liberation Army's equestrian administration. We opted for the family room, which even had a small balcony with a view. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, so washing up wasn't cramped at all.
**Food:** The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks (mineral water, Coke, Sprite, beer), and they'd replenish it anytime. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food is incredibly fresh, with different dishes every day. I initially thought breakfast wasn't included, but it turned out to be free! From 11 AM to 11 PM, they offer afternoon tea with chef-prepared dishes like wontons and Zhajiangmian, all completely free of charge. You can even take fruit back to your room. The 'Sìyuè Hétún' restaurant on the first floor also had good prices and flavors; no reservations needed for their fugu or roast duck.
**Getting Around:** It's very close to Nanluoguxiang, the National Art Museum of China, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, but I mostly used taxis, which made getting around super convenient.
**Service:** The hotel staff's service was impeccable. Finally, although check-out was officially at 12 PM, they were fine with us leaving at 2 PM, and even gave us a farewell gift.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Our 5-day, 4-night trip during Chinese New Year was a fantastic family experience and definitely enhanced our vacation.

UuunaaWhile there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly.
Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience:
1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch.
2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food).
3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep!
The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

GGuest UserFirst time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.
