4-Star Hotels in Beijing

I stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Wangfujing. The subway is right outside, making public transport super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and it's lively even late at night. The room itself was quiet and peaceful. Great value for money, and staying here in Beijing is totally stress-free. The staff, Li Bei and Wan Bao, were also excellent.

Before check-in, the hotel called me multiple times to confirm my taxi arrangements, room setup, and travel plans – so thoughtful! Since it's located in a *hutong* (alleyway), if you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the front desk to meet you at the roadside. It might be a bit tricky to find the first time, but after that, it's easy. There are often people taking photos in the lobby, which is quite amusing. In the *hutong*, you'll see authentic local elderly residents going about their daily lives, which gives it a very down-to-earth feel. The room was very quiet, and sometimes you could spot cats strolling on the rooftop. It was a truly unique experience.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped with our luggage. The facilities were complete, and parking was free. You can also have food deliveries sent directly to your room. The location is excellent and convenient for transportation. Very satisfied!

The hotel was booked for the leader on a business trip. The environment and location are very good, and the after-sales service is very nice. There was an error in the invoice, and I contacted a lady named Xiaoxi to solve it immediately. It was perfect. I will continue to book Orange Hotel on my next business trip

The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I was woken up in the morning by some noise, not sure if it was construction or equipment running. Everything else was pretty good, though there's no AI voice system. It's super convenient to eat and shop downstairs, with lots of great restaurants!

Start your morning with a bowl of incredibly fresh fish soup, a warmth that deeply satisfies, making you think, 'I'd come back just for this.' Ascend to the hotel's highest point, where the imperial red walls blend with modern skyscrapers, offering panoramic views of old Beijing's hutong charm and contemporary urban flair. Here, you can live within the folds of history while simultaneously embracing the city's vibrancy—it’s the ideal choice for experiencing Beijing's ancient charm and modern convenience.

While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

First time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.
