A Royal Banquet, Savoring Three Millennia of Flavor

The newly upgraded performance consists of three main parts: "Ceremonial Music and Grace," "Gourmet Feast," and "Grand Banquet of the Nation." While savoring imperial cuisine, audiences can immerse themselves in up-close displays of serving rituals from different dynasties, ethnic song and dance performances from various regions, and a unique recreation of a Qing Dynasty imperial birthday banquet.

With "history" as the prologue, "ritual" as reverence, "music" as accompaniment, and "cuisine" as the medium, "China's Finest Banquet" immersively showcases the Chinese culinary culture of "enhancing dining with music and perfecting music with etiquette." It pioneers a new model of contextual gastronomy in contemporary China. This production not only establishes a benchmark for premium performing arts in Beijing but also becomes a fresh calling card for the world to understand Chinese dining culture.
