This time, I really picked the right hotel in Beijing! The shower pressure was great, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are still in excellent condition and everything is spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the thoughtful service. While it's self-service laundry, I was on a business trip and didn't have time to hang my clothes. I just mentioned it to the front desk staff, and the young lady kindly washed and dried them for me. They also have free self-service printing and computers in the lobby, which perfectly met all my business travel needs.

The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly. Cyclades, Annie and Haiming assisted during the stay and were proficient also in English or with a translator tool. The hotel is a bit far from the metro, so it’s easiest to get Didis. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Certainly the rooftop pool is a highlight.

He proactively shared information about nearby dining options and transportation routes. He clearly explained everything we asked about the deposit and check-out process.
