There were too many fragile porcelain items in the room. You should specify what they are and why they are so expensive. What if a child accidentally breaks one? Would we have to pay your marked price? This risk is too high, and we don't even know why these porcelain items are so expensive. Is it to make guests buy them? You don't state their origin or source. For decoration, they are too easily broken, leading to accidents. Plus, the room prices varied too much; one was 3018 and the other 0138 😂. Furthermore, breakfast was too simple, and the seating should be arranged in pairs to allow more people to sit down and eat. Some tables meant for four people were occupied by only one person, taking up four seats. The staff are inadequately trained; they saw guests with no place to sit and did nothing to solve it. They were too inflexible. I had to pull two square tables apart myself to find a place to sit and eat breakfast.

My stay at Atour Hotel was absolutely perfect! A special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their meticulous cleaning, which kept the room spotless and cozy throughout my stay. I also want to give a special shout-out to Ada at the front desk – her service was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Every single staff member showcased excellent service with their professionalism and smiles. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Absolutely loved our stay at fuxue True Go hotel. The staff, facilities and amenities were amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of modern features. The courtyard is a real treasure, and was such a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside. Staff were extremely attentive too. A side note for our western tourists , it is an incredible place to stay in Beijing if it's your first time in china . The local area really gives you a flavour of the real Beijing, the hustle and the bustle. Plenty of places to eat, drink and wander. Thankyou :).

The hotel is close to Sanlitun, with plenty of amenities nearby and very convenient public transportation. However, the room was a bit on the small side. We stayed during the summer holidays, and the room cleaning service seemed busy and wasn't very prompt. The breakfast, though, was quite rich, and the Zhajiangmian and wontons were both delicious.

Extremely close to Zhongqing Building! It's only a 500-meter walk, and the hotel doesn't face a busy road, so it's very quiet. The decor has a subtle yet luxurious feel. The room size is decent, with a sofa area, making it overall comfortable. The good news is that breakfast is served until 2 PM. The bad news is that it's only coffee and 1-2 types of small pastries, with no hot food. You even have to go to the front desk for eggs. As a result, I stayed for 5 days and didn't have breakfast once. I suggest they offer hot breakfast options!

Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. Environment: The surrounding area is quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's also conveniently located for sightseeing; only half an hour from the Forbidden City. The airport express line goes directly to the hotel, and you can reach it in a few minutes by subway or bicycle. It's easy to get to all the famous attractions in Beijing.

The first time I stayed in this apartment, the reception staff was warm and patient. The room was spacious and bright, the view was wide, and the location was excellent. The food street downstairs was very convenient. Because the weather was hot, it was like the front desk asked for more mineral water. There was also a washing machine and a microwave oven to heat food. It was really like at home. I will stay next time, thank you for your efforts.

Nice hotel with air conditioning, hairdryer, small refrigerator, and TV. Quiet, three restaurants nearby, 200 meters from a Beijing party street (bars, nightclub, and karaoke). On the 3rd floor, a great billiards room with 17 Chinese billiards tables. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Free washing machine available for guests at reception.
