TRUE GO Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Songhua River Riverside Road)
"I chose the Qiuguo Hotel Central Street branch this time, and the overall experience was fantastic. What really stood out was the consistently attentive and meticulous service, which completely changed my perception of standard hotel service. It's definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Harbin! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff proactively greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check-in was quick and efficient, with no long waits. The staff patiently and thoroughly explained all the check-in procedures, and even went above and beyond by recommending sightseeing routes around Central Street, must-try local dishes, and offering helpful tips for getting around the city. It was incredibly thoughtful. Their communication throughout was gentle and patient, professional yet approachable, immediately easing any unfamiliarity we felt being in a new place. Service during our stay was even more heartwarming. The housekeeping auntie was exceptionally meticulous, cleaning our room spotless every day. The bed was neatly made, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the toiletries were perfectly arranged. Every time we met her, she'd greet us warmly and was always kind and approachable. When we needed extra drinking water or disposable amenities midway through our stay, we contacted the front desk and they responded incredibly quickly, delivering everything to our room in no time. They were always on call, fulfilling every request – truly exceptional service. The hotel has staff on duty 24 hours, which provides a great sense of security, and even late-night inquiries were answered patiently. The check-out process was simple and convenient, without any complicated procedures. The staff even offered to help with our luggage, providing attentive and genuine service throughout. Overall, this hotel doesn't rely on lavish decorations to impress, but rather wins you over with its sincere, thoughtful, and meticulous service. All the staff are enthusiastic, polite, professional, and responsible, paying attention to every detail and offering a truly comforting experience. Its location right next to Central Street makes getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Coupled with the perfect service, it offers excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Harbin, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!"
Harbin Junyi Hotel (Central Street Sofia Church)
"Located in a lively area, with the morning market within walking distance. The room was decent, and the service was excellent. The afternoon tea was a bit less impressive than last year, but after mentioning it to the staff, they quickly brought out more cakes. This is my second consecutive year coming here, and it's still a good experience."
Novotel Harbin Zhongyang Street
"The hotel is just around the corner from St. Sophia Cathedral, so the location is excellent. The soundproofing in the room was also very good, making it quiet and overall satisfactory. The breakfast was plentiful, and the food was fresh. Plus, the rooms with a view offered a great sight of the cathedral, which created a wonderful atmosphere."

JI Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Sophia Square)
"This was my first time in Harbin, and I wanted a hotel that was conveniently located for all the attractions and had new facilities. That's why I chose this Hanting Premium hotel. **Location:** It's right next to Central Street, making it super easy to walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the river. I loved being able to explore and eat around the area multiple times a day. **Facilities:** The lobby is on the sixth floor, and guest rooms are on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors. Since it just opened this year, the facilities are brand new. However, there wasn't a strong 'new renovation' smell in the room. I hadn't planned on getting breakfast, intending to find local specialties at nearby markets, but during check-in, I was told about a promotion and added it. The breakfast was decent, but the congee (porridge) was extremely watery, more like rice water. When I asked, they said that's how it is. I'm not sure if that's a Harbin specialty. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was pretty good. On the second day, I noticed some areas hadn't been thoroughly cleaned the day before, but they fixed it immediately after I mentioned it. **Service:** The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming."
Harbin Xueli Premium Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch)

"This hotel is definitely a great choice! The service is warm and friendly, and the restaurant offers a delicious and varied selection. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are especially complete and well-maintained. I had a really good rest during my trip. The location is also superb; the subway entrance is right outside, and it's only two or three stops from the train station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!"
MaxX Hotel Central Avenue Harbin
"I came to Harbin for a temporary trip and wanted to leave a review for this hotel. My stay was really comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to major attractions and shopping areas. I booked a standard room, and the space was just right with all the necessary facilities, perfectly adequate for a short stay. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'd love to try a river view room."
Shangri-La Harbin
"Great location, beautiful views, and I even got a room upgrade!"
Rezen Dong Hotel (Long Ta International Convention and Exhibition Center Subway Station Branch)
"After the holiday, I took my child back to the university, and the hotel's location was simply impeccable. It's only five minutes from the second campus, and there are a generous 100 parking spaces right in front, so finding a parking spot is no problem at all. The service details showed their sincerity. I'll definitely come back to Harbin again; this will feel like home. It's also highly recommended for business travelers, as the nearby conference center and exhibition center are perfectly suited to their needs. Excellent value for money, with top-notch service, facilities, and location—five stars! Highly recommended!"
JJ HOTEL
"The location is superb as it is right in front of the memorial statue and the river. Our room has stunning frozen river view. But the service staff attitude is terrible. The room is very damp and tiny too."

The room is quite spacious, perfect for one or two people without feeling cramped. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the facilities are new. The cleanliness and service are also top-notch."
Rich Hotel
"Compared to the cheap, trendy, fast-food standard rooms near Central Street that cost just 600-700 RMB per room, the family rooms here are truly top-notch! And the amenities are on par with many five-star hotels! They'll definitely be my top choice next time I visit!"
Wanda Realm Harbin
"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

Xueli Hotel (Harbin West High-speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza)
"I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful. The first time I visited, they gave me frozen pears, and the second time, I even got a small towel. These thoughtful details really warm my heart. Shopping is super convenient with direct elevator access to the mall, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also a very short walk to the high-speed train station, and the hotel even offers a pick-up service from there. This is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Harbin. My friends are coming this weekend, and I'm booking here again for them!"
Jinjue Boutique Hotel (Harbin Haxi Wanda Plaza)
"We really liked the hotel. It is located on the 17th and 18th floors of a high-rise building. The windows offer a magnificent view of the city and Harbin West Railway Station. The location is very good, the metro station and bus stops and three huge shopping centers are close to the hotel. The decoration of the room is very pleasant. Gorgeous comfortable beds and great bedding. The bathroom is beautiful and comfortable. Sofas with a window lounge table add home comfort. The breakfasts are delicious, diverse, and hearty. Polite and helpful staff. If we go to Harbin, we'll stay at this hotel again."
Earl Hotel (Harbin Sophia Church Store Central Street)
"The Earl Hotel gave us the best experience during our trip to the Northeast! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station, Central Street, and St. Sophia Church. The hotel boasts a Russian architectural style, with a unique environment and facilities, and the housekeeping is impeccable. The breakfast spread is abundant and features distinctive Harbin flavors. Compared to the hotel's amenities, the service was the most genuine among all the hotels we stayed at during our Northeast trip. Whether it was requesting extra bottled water after a run, changing bedding at night, or arranging a late check-out, the hotel always responded promptly with thoughtful service. The early summer in Harbin is beautiful, and I look forward to returning to the 'Ice City' to enjoy the snow in the future and staying at The Earl Hotel again."
