"Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Habsburg again next time I'm in Harbin! The location is great, within walking distance to Central Street, and right across from the cable car and Songhua River. Subway Line 3 is right outside the hotel, super convenient. I chose the 120° room, which offered a partial view of the Songhua River. The stay was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, and what I loved most was the shower pressure – absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, especially breakfast! The restaurant is wonderful, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. All the staff in the restaurant were incredibly warm and enthusiastic, a hundred times better than the service I experienced at other places these past few days! During the National Day holiday, they even gifted 3D printed yogurt to my child every day. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious; staying for three days, there was something different every day, which was great. The parking lot is a bit small, but there are security guards who help find spots, which is excellent. Comparing it to other hotels during my trip to Northeast China over the National Day holiday, Habsburg had the best service, especially suitable for family travel. Oh, and there's a gym, a laundry room, a billiards table, and even a play area for kids. They have queen costumes, but I didn't get to try them this time – next time! There's also afternoon tea with some snacks and drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, even with the large crowds during the holiday. Check-in and check-out were efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy. The shower water pressure and temperature control are good, though a luggage rack/organizing table is missing. A rare highlight is the family room for three, which is a huge convenience for families traveling together. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, coffee, and simple desserts daily from 2 PM to 4 PM during your stay, which feels like a service upgrade, providing a relaxing spot for travelers. This is definitely a recommendable feature. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is decent, offering both Western and Chinese options that meet basic requirements. Overall, the hotel's location is superb, making it a top choice for tourism. The service is satisfactory, and the price is moderate. I recommend experiencing it. "Surrounded by residential compounds, it's very quiet. It's close to the church and the southern gate of Central Street, making transportation, dining, and hailing a taxi very convenient. It's only about a ten-minute taxi ride from Harbin Station. The towels are a bit old, but considering the price, I can't expect perfection!"

I wanted to book a hotel that was convenient for exploring Harbin on foot, and to my surprise, I ended up with a hotel that far exceeded my expectations. First off, the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic, polite, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Then there was the cleaning staff who, noticing how much water we used for tea, proactively refilled our drinking water and even told us to just ask the front desk if we needed more, and they'd bring it up. This gave us a very direct experience of the generosity and warmth of the Northeast. I booked three city-view rooms, advertised as having a view of Saint Sophia Cathedral. I thought it might just be a partial glimpse, but it turned out to be a panoramic view! What a delightful surprise! I sincerely recommend Novotel to anyone visiting Harbin, especially first-timers like us."

"We booked a suite for the family. The location is excellent, just a short walk across the road to the riverside. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning and the sunset every evening. The hotel breakfast was good enough for both business and leisure trips. Although there weren't many staff, everyone was very friendly. "Coming to the Second Hospital of China Medical University for a doctor's appointment, the most stressful part was always the commute. This hotel is right across from the hospital, just a few steps away, which immediately reduced a lot of the anxiety and hassle. The room was spotlessly clean, newly renovated, bright and spacious. The soundproofing was excellent, and the front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any requests. Staying here gave me great peace of mind, no need to rush back and forth, which significantly eased the stress of waiting for my appointment. I honestly recommend this to anyone accompanying a patient for medical treatment. The main thing is how clean it is, leading to a much better night's sleep."

The next day, because we had booked a one-day tour and had an early departure, I was worried about missing breakfast.
