Facilities: The room was excellent! Well-equipped and complete with everything needed. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy! The bedding was also spotless. Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free, which made our stay very comfortable.

When my child took their college entrance exams, we stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. This time, I brought a friend along and chose to stay here again. The staff are warm and attentive, and they pay great attention to detail. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes good too. Overall, it's a perfect experience, truly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin overall — the room was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Everything else about the stay was good. The only small downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who helped us check in was quite curt and perfunctory — just handed us the key card without any additional information about breakfast, laundry Wi-Fi, or hotel facilities. We had to ask for those details ourselves A bit more warmth or a quick rundown at check-in would have made the arrival feel more welcoming. Still, we’d recommend the hotel. Just hoping for a friendlier front desk experience next time…And a smile may be? The rest of the staff however - from housekeeping to the parking bao an- couldn’t have been nicer. More than made up for that frosty first impression. Given the chance, will gladly return.

The room was large and clean, with fresh bedding that had no strange odors. However, being on the street side, it was a bit noisy, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. The location is convenient for food and shopping, close to Shida Night Market, perfect for an evening stroll with all sorts of food options. It's about a ten-minute drive to Central Street. The service was also good; you can get more water if needed. I had planned to stay two more nights after a trip to Changbai Mountain, but Ctrip hiked up the price by dozens, which was disappointing. Still, that doesn't affect my review of the hotel itself.

The room was clean, had a smart toilet, and robot food delivery. It was spacious enough for one person with a large suitcase. Across from the hotel was a small, trendy green train-style barbecue restaurant. There were also plenty of other options nearby, like Heytea, cake shops, and spicy hot pot restaurants. There were two subway stations within 200 meters. The hotel rooftop even had a Russian-style chapel design, which looked quite interesting.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. **Pros:** The soundproofing in the room was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Our family suite, room 1801, was incredibly spacious, and both the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The large TV was great, and screen mirroring was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfying. The noodles and wontons, a specialty of Starway, were exceptionally delicious! The melon served at breakfast was incredibly sweet; I had several slices every day! The view from the large window was stunning. **Cons:** Upon arrival after 2 PM on the first day, our room wasn't ready, which made the check-in process a bit slow. The front desk seemed understaffed. The bathroom in suite 1801 was not properly waterproofed; we could clearly hear the sounds of showering from the floor above. However, my friends in other rooms didn't experience this issue, suggesting it might be a specific problem with our suite, 1801. Upon check-in, we noticed there were no towels or bath towels, but they were quickly delivered after a phone call. There was no soap dish. There were no hooks or racks to hang clothes and towels in the shower area. The conditioner came in sachets and was oddly placed in the drawer with the toothbrushes and toothpaste, not in the shower area. I initially thought no conditioner was provided. This seemed quite illogical.

The room was spacious, with a smart toilet, a separate shower and toilet, a separate water dispenser, and a small refrigerator. The double room now includes a sofa and a chair, making it convenient for two people to sit together. I really liked the orange-scented toiletries, and the service was excellent.

I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Lan Mei at the front desk – she is absolutely top-tier in hotel service! I called beforehand asking for a non-smoking room, and even though it was late, I expected to wait for a callback. Instead, she picked up immediately, patiently confirmed my request, and even made a special note for ”priority on a quiet floor.” Within ten minutes of hanging up, she called back to say it was all sorted. Her efficiency and attentiveness really impressed me! Checking in was even more delightful. Ms. Lan Mei was not only fast but also proactively told me, ”The room Wi-Fi password is on the bedside table” and ”The elevator is just left out the door.” When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water – this isn't just service, it's like being cared for by a friend! The hotel itself is also beyond reproach: the facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed, the cleanliness is so good I wasn't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, the soundproofing is so effective I couldn't hear the next-door room closing its door, and even the hand soap in the room had a lovely citrus scent. Every detail was perfect!

The overall experience exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent and travel is particularly convenient. The lobby design is simple and fresh, and it feels very relaxed as soon as you come in. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, warmly furnished, Atour's bedding was well-deserved, the hardness was just right, you could fall asleep quickly when you lay down, and the sound insulation effect was great. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is out in seconds, and the quality of toiletries is very good. The service is warm and intimate, the check-in is efficient and the response is timely. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly ground coffee is great. There is also a 24-hour laundry room and gym, which is too friendly for business trips or travel. The price is super high, I will choose this one next time!

The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜
