This National Day holiday, my daughter and I traveled to Northeast China. We took the train from Shanghai to Harbin. Since we were going to Harbin Institute of Technology for an aerospace research trip the next day, we stayed at the Hongjiang Jialan Hotel that night. The hotel is right next to Harbin Institute of Technology, which is a great location. The rooms are very spacious, and there are robot services. The price is also reasonable, so I would highly recommend it.

Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to various attractions. My son absolutely loved the breakfast rice noodles and wanted them every single day! The hotel's amenities and overall comfort were excellent, ensuring we had great sleep every night. We will definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

Traveling with my child for the college entrance exam at No. 19 Middle School, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision. It's just a two-minute walk to the exam hall, and the room was comfortable with excellent facilities. I called beforehand asking for a non-smoking room, and even though it was late, I expected to wait for a callback. Instead, she picked up immediately, patiently confirmed my request, and even made a special note for ”priority on a quiet floor.” Within ten minutes of hanging up, she called back to say it was all sorted. Her efficiency and attentiveness really impressed me! Checking in was even more delightful. Ms. Lan Mei was not only fast but also proactively told me, ”The room Wi-Fi password is on the bedside table” and ”The elevator is just left out the door.” When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water – this isn't just service, it's like being cared for by a friend! The hotel itself is also beyond reproach: the facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed, the cleanliness is so good I wasn't afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, the soundproofing is so effective I couldn't hear the next-door room closing its door, and even the hand soap in the room had a lovely citrus scent. Every detail was perfect!

Right next to Harbin Institute of Technology, and within walking distance to popular morning markets where you can easily try authentic local breakfasts. It's a great value-for-money stay. There's also a small courtyard behind the hotel where you can sit and relax, which is very pleasant.

I extended my stay because the property is nice and the accommodation is very comfortable. Although I experienced some difficulties with the reception staff, I would like to highlight the housekeeping staff member, who was always smiling, kind, and welcoming, and made my stay much more pleasant. The room itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, despite a few issues at the front desk, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the warmth and professionalism of the cleaning staff. The information provided is also misleading. There is no fitness room, only a single treadmill, and it was not functioning. In other locations, when I raised concerns with staff, things were usually addressed or at least followed up. Here, nothing was done regarding.

It was incredibly noisy. Whenever someone closed a door outside, our room door would bang loudly. Early in the morning, around 7 or 8 AM, someone would knock and ring the doorbell. When I asked if everything was alright, no one replied. Then, at night, the neighbors were arguing again. There's zero soundproofing. I was woken up at 7 AM by the noise, and in the morning, someone upstairs was even playing an instrument. I genuinely can't understand how all these sounds can happen in one place simultaneously. The sink stopper needed to be forcefully prodded with a toothbrush to open it, and the shower head would drip again a while after being turned off.
