Traveling with my child for the college entrance exam at No. 19 Middle School, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision. It's just a two-minute walk to the exam hall, and the room was comfortable with excellent facilities. The hotel truly excelled in the details – thoughtful touches like quiet reminders, motivational banners, lucky bracelets, and snacks were all provided. They even offered a complimentary meeting room for parents to rest during lunch, which was incredibly considerate. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and well-balanced nutrition!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Harbin overall — the room was comfortable, clean, and well-located. Everything else about the stay was good. The only small downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who helped us check in was quite curt and perfunctory — just handed us the key card without any additional information about breakfast, laundry Wi-Fi, or hotel facilities. We had to ask for those details ourselves A bit more warmth or a quick rundown at check-in would have made the arrival feel more welcoming. Still, we’d recommend the hotel. Just hoping for a friendlier front desk experience next time…And a smile may be? The rest of the staff however - from housekeeping to the parking bao an- couldn’t have been nicer. More than made up for that frosty first impression. Given the chance, will gladly return.

Right next to Harbin Institute of Technology, and within walking distance to popular morning markets where you can easily try authentic local breakfasts. It's a great value-for-money stay. There's also a small courtyard behind the hotel where you can sit and relax, which is very pleasant.

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff are warm and helpful, making check-in and check-out very fast. The only drawback is that breakfast is not included, so you have to arrange it yourself. I had a lovely stay at the Harbin Blog Hotel! If I return to Harbin, I would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, it’s just a short walk to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants. Best of all, the hotel was quiet, exceptionally clean, and kept wonderfully warm, making it a perfect, cozy retreat during the freezing winter months.
