In the evening, there are plenty of activities like making sugar-coated hawthorns, eating frozen pears and persimmons, watching iron flowers, and setting off small fireworks. The whole day is packed with fun!

MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

KKaixinjiudaxiaoI stayed here for four nights, and it was great. The location is super convenient for getting around. Taking a DiDi (ride-hailing app) in Harbin is really cheap, unlike regular taxis. The hotel is diagonally opposite Harbin Railway Station; you can reach it directly by exiting the high-speed rail station onto Tielu Street. Staying here also made it easy to arrange a day trip to Snow Village, which was very convenient.

MMoney&Moji👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have.
🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window.
🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

MM772465****The location is excellent with convenient transportation, and there's a dedicated parking space for self-driving, making parking easy. The room decor has a strong Northeastern charm, with wooden ceilings and floral curtains, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height, ensuring a superb sleeping experience. The underfloor heating works exceptionally well; even when it's dozens of degrees below zero outside, the room remains warm as spring. The owners are genuinely kind and straightforward, and their recommendations for restaurants and attractions are very reliable. The guesthouse offers a free breakfast with a rich variety of porridge, steamed buns, eggs, and pickles, providing a balanced and nutritious start to the day. In the evening, you can even roast sweet potatoes and regular potatoes at the guesthouse, which are sweet and delicious, bringing back many childhood memories. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service, environment, and hygiene are all impeccable. If you're coming to Snow Valley, this is the place to stay!

RRace: ChineseVery good experience. There's complimentary afternoon tea 2pm-4pm with cake and supper 9pm-10:30pm have porridge. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe twin room as I needed a room near to washer room and lift. The staff helps guest to carry luggage up to room and down the stairs when checking out. Staff also helps to carry luggage to taxi. It's just 5 mins walk (300m) away from 中央大街 and also 15 mins walk (1.1km). Breakfast is delicious and suitable for those who do not eat pork. I will come back here stay again next time when visiting harbin.

MM37366****Great location, very close to Central Street, and the price is quite reasonable. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is close to the city center, making it easy to get a taxi; it's just a few minutes' drive away. It's also near Central Street. Right next door, you can find a very famous dumpling restaurant, and it's also close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The deluxe king room was quite spacious.

MM455731****The hotel service was excellent! They upgraded my room for free, and both check-in and check-out were super fast and efficient—no waiting at all. The location is also fantastic, right by the Songhua River and close to Central Street and the Red Brick Morning Market. Highly recommend staying here!

AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
