Perfect
GGuest UserStayed at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' for 4 days and 3 nights. Basically, I contacted the owner's wife via WeChat, which I got from Xiaohongshu. She helped us arrange the entire itinerary, and then we booked the accommodation on Ctrip.
First day (Dec 30, 25): We took a large bus from Central Street to Xuegu at 8 AM. We arrived at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' around 2 PM. After checking in, we started playing in the snow behind their guesthouse. At 6:30 PM, the owner's mother taught us how to make candied hawthorns. The tickets were 140 RMB for adults and 70 RMB for children. Then we started a 5-kilometer hike to Xuexiang. The thick snow and beautiful scenery along the way made my daughter forget about rushing. It was so cold on the mountain that my glasses frosted over, but thankfully I had applied warming patches to my hands, feet, back, and abdomen. We reached Xuexiang around 2 PM, rested at the Xuexiang Tourist Center, and then found a restaurant for lunch. Xuexiang is very commercialized; the food was expensive and not good. Between 3 and 4 PM, it got dark, so we went up the Fairy Tale World Plank Road to photograph the beautiful scenery of Xuexiang. The evening view was absolutely stunning. Then, at 6 PM, we took the bus arranged by the owner's wife back to the Xuegu guesthouse. We arrived back around 8 PM, and the owner's mother had prepared dinner. Their food was delicious.
Third day (Jan 1, 26): At 9 AM, the owner took me by bus to visit Wusongling (Rime Island). We bought tickets at the foot of the mountain, 400 RMB for both adults and children. After the bus dropped us off, we had to take a snowmobile up a very steep mountain. Then we started trying out different activities, including snow banana boating, snow tubing, skiing, self-driving snowmobiles, a slide for children, and camel riding (at an additional cost). Afterward, the owner led us on a hike up a steep slope to take many beautiful photos. He even used a drone and a 360 camera to capture high-quality videos for us. I left around 3 PM; it was too cold on the mountain.
Fourth day (Jan 2, 26): After breakfast at the guesthouse, we took a bus back to Harbin at 9 AM. For all three evenings, the owner would pop Wuchang rice for us to eat in the hall, and we'd chat while cracking sunflower seeds.
Overall, I highly recommend the guesthouse's cleanliness and the restaurant's food. The owner, his wife, his mother, and the guesthouse staff are all simple, honest, and truly go out of their way to satisfy all guests. Thank you to all the staff at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' for their dedication, which made our experience wonderful. We will definitely return to Wusongling if we get the chance.

MM1s3n3ckn****This was my first time visiting Xuegu with my mom, and we stayed at this inn. The environment was great, with a strong Northeastern charm. The owners provided excellent service. The next day, when we went to Wusong Ridge to play in the snow, the owner accompanied us the whole time, taking photos and even teaching us how to ski for free. If we had gone on our own, hiring an instructor at the ski resort would have cost several hundred yuan. The owner was very patient and professional with the photos, allowing me to fully enjoy myself. There were also evening activities at the inn, where the owner would film a 'water splashing into ice' video for us for free, a service that costs money in Xuexiang. We even bought Wuchang rice from them. Overall, I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Xuegu. I've already recommended it to my family and friends.

This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable.
The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested.
The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true.
One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves.
One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent.
Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help.
During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier.
Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves.
Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

The smart curtains and 'sleep aid' mode were a thoughtful touch. The location is great, close to both the beach and the old city, making getting around super convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the service was warm and attentive. Excellent value for money – definitely the place to stay when you're in Xingcheng!

Not only was the check-in process efficient and well-organized, but they also kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Central Street, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, making it an incredibly good value for money experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
