The room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very welcoming, and the room is super warm! I came to Erbin by myself and lived very comfortably. It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!

When we arrived, the gifts were delivered right on time to the restaurant via courier, making for a truly memorable celebration. The entire process was thoughtful and thorough; they didn't cut corners just because we arrived late, and we could feel the genuine service at every turn. Many thanks to Mary for her dedicated efforts; this heartwarming little surprise added many wonderful memories to our trip. We will definitely prioritize staying here again for future travels.

I often go there with my classmates and have stayed in several room types, all of which are very good. The environment is comfortable, clean and sanitary. There are iced drinks in every room, not only with a wide variety, but also at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the boss is very nice, highly recommended!

The environment is really good. It is across the street from the Convention and Exhibition Center. The transportation is convenient. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete. The details are well done! The bedding is fresh white, and it is changed for each guest, so you can sleep safely and comfortably. I especially praise the shampoo. After washing your hair, it is super smooth and the fragrance is also good. The store owner is warm and thoughtful. He patiently answers questions from check-in to check-out, and is as kind as a friend. The location is quiet but the transportation is convenient. The cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended to those who pursue quality! I will choose here again on my next trip. It is really worth the money~

The hotel is located in Wanda Apartment. Parking is free in the residential area downstairs, but parking spaces are tight. It is more convenient to eat nearby. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Self-check-in is very convenient. Hygiene: I don’t know what is going on with the floor drain in the bathroom. The water drains very slowly. After taking a shower, the water flows out of the bathroom. It is best to repair it. It is easy to slip.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

The hotel is very close to Haxi Station and easy to locate. The room was clean and tidy. The quality of the complimentary toiletries provided was superior to what I've experienced in other hotels. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms.

The room was too cold; even with the air conditioning on all night, it was still cold. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Harbin Station and the museum, making it convenient for getting around. There's also a restaurant right on the first floor that's clean and hygienic. If you're traveling with kids, you can check in early. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for one adult and one child. The soundproofing isn't great though; we could hear conversations from the next room very clearly.
