The room was quite good, though the king-size bed was a bit too soft. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the front desk lady was always smiling and patient. It was very convenient for skiing, with ski-in/ski-out access, and the kids had a great time.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, but the room was too hot for sleeping - unable to control the temperature and couldn’t sleep well. Inbetween snowboarding days this isn’t ideal. Breakfast was good, spa was great.

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well organised, and the staff were kind, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent — the food was delicious and varied, with many options to choose from. The chef and the staff were very helpful and cooperative in explaining the dishes, which made the experience even better. Thank you for the great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

Getting to and from the ski slopes was super convenient. Compared to the two hotels next door, this one offered great value for money. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and accommodating, always willing to help. They even proactively extended our check-out time! 👍

The hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, which is very convenient for skiers. It's a bit far from the high-speed rail station, so you'll need to take a shuttle or a taxi to get there. There are restaurants like Haidilao, KFC, and a Northeastern Chinese specialty restaurant nearby. Now for what really bothered me: I woke up in the morning wanting to take a shower, and after less than 15 minutes, the water turned cold! It didn't even last 25 minutes. My body was still covered in soap, so I had to stand there shivering, waiting for the water to heat up again! I can't imagine what it would be like for a family with more people staying here!
