"Extremely satisfied with my hotel stay. **Location:** The location is excellent, convenient for both taxis and public transport, and very quiet at night. Many popular restaurants and the morning market are within walking distance. **Service:** The staff were very friendly. They called in advance to confirm my booking and even upgraded my room type. **Facilities:** The breakfast was great, with a changing menu, and the coffee was good too. Plus, they have self-service washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"The hotel's decor style is very new and different from the older Holiday Inn Express, perhaps they've updated their product line. The front desk lady quietly upgraded our room type, and the room was very characteristic of Northeast China, haha. It's spacious and very clean, with not a single water stain on the faucets or showerhead, which made my OCD very happy. It's a shame we had to switch hotels later to go elsewhere, otherwise, I would have definitely stayed here longer. Breakfast was also very rich. Thumbs up!"

"This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in a distinctive neighborhood, and the Chinese Baroque architecture creates an immersive, retro atmosphere. They even offer a cheongsam try-on experience, so every photo you take looks professional. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, and the water purification system provided peace of mind, with stable hot water and good pressure. The entire room had smart controls for lighting and curtains, and the rotatable TV mount was a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, as I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. The breakfast, served in a beautiful nine-grid presentation, was exquisite and delicious. The location offers convenient transportation, making it perfect for both tourists and short stays. I've already recommended it to friends, and it will definitely be my top choice for my next visit!"

"We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. "My stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Harbin was fantastic! It's conveniently located near an amusement park and a shopping mall, making it super easy to enjoy entertainment, shopping, and dining. The hotel has a lovely back garden with a beautiful lake view. There's also a shuttle service to the amusement park. The robot service was a cool touch, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The family rooms are very popular, and it's even a pet-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!"

"I came to Harbin for a marathon and sightseeing, and stayed here the night before the marathon. The owner was very welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, with complete facilities, and the bed was clean and wide. I stayed on the 12th floor with a view of Harbin's streets. When I returned from the marathon and was close to checking out, the owner kindly let me stay an extra three hours for a fee, which allowed me to rest and recover from my soreness. There was only one flaw, or perhaps I didn't know how to fix it, but the shower faucet wouldn't spray water. Tightening the screw worked briefly, but then stopped working again after a minute. I hope this can be improved."

"The environment here is absolutely top-notch! It's a garden hotel with extensive grounds, beautiful lawns, and lovely flowers and plants. The buildings themselves are also very aesthetically pleasing. The service is excellent too; they proactively contact you to arrange check-in. The location is superb. Directly across the street is the Ocean Polar World and a subway station. The entrance to Sun Island Park is just a few hundred meters away. I originally considered staying on Central Street, but I'm so glad I chose this place instead. It's incredibly quiet, yet getting to Central Street is very convenient – you can take the subway from the Polar World or walk to the riverfront for a ferry ride. The room was a fairly traditional standard room, and the amenities were all good. The breakfast was very extensive, offering a variety of Chinese and Western pastries, congee, and side dishes. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit!"
