Excellent
This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

Anyone who's stayed at Qian Tong Hotel will rave about it! First, its location inside the scenic area makes exploring and dining incredibly convenient, and it's less than three kilometers from Central Street. Second, the hotel's interior is a peaceful oasis, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and bright. The hotel's attention to detail shines through everywhere. The ladies at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. On the day I checked in, a lovely young woman met me at the entrance to the scenic area, helped with my luggage, and was even more heartwarming upon arrival at the hotel, offering hand warmers and desserts – truly thoughtful! No words can describe it better than experiencing it yourself!

Very clean and large family rooms. We enjoyed our stay at the Seine House Harbin. It was great to be able to return to a warm room after being out in the freezing temperatures. Location was good as well being a short walk to central street. The Russian restaurant at the hotel is worth visiting.

Upon entering I was immediately greeted and with someone to carry all my luggage. I was also given a warm water. Front desk lady is great with customer support. It was freezing cold, despite my room not ready, she upgraded me to a family room and made sure to remove cigarette smell in the room. I have the view of the central street as well as Sophia cathedral. I really appreciate the team’s service.
