GGuest UserTraveling with my bestie during the off-season, we booked two rooms for three nights on Trip.com, and it totally exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic; it's less than a 15-minute walk to Central Street, Hongzhuan Street, and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The hotel itself is bright and modern, with spacious, well-equipped rooms, including an electric hot water dispenser for instant hot water. The double room had two 1.35-meter single beds, and the mattresses were on the softer side, making for a very comfortable sleep. We were on the third floor, and the soundproofing was excellent. They even have bottled water available for guests to take freely near the elevators on each floor – very generous!
The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious; a perfect experience, absolutely no complaints.
Amazing value for money! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!!

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

Ssscat00The location is directly across from the south entrance of Central Street, with north-facing windows offering a view straight down the street. It's about equidistant from Central Street Station and Shangzhi Street Station on Metro Line 2, roughly 45-55 meters from each – a bit of a 'can't have your cake and eat it too' situation.
The lobby service was incredibly warm, efficient, and never dragged. Someone even managed to seamlessly hand me a cup of tea that was the perfect temperature and strength. Absolutely fantastic.
The family room had a large and a small bed, both spacious enough. There was ample room for luggage and even a convenient spot next to the toilet for your phone. The complimentary tea bags in the room were Lapsang Souchong and White Peony. Room cleaning was incredibly efficient – it was tidied up by the time we returned from breakfast.
The hotel's convenience store had decent prices, and a good selection of bottled Kvas from Qiulin. If you turn right outside, there's a great grilled squid vendor. Across the street, there's a large Harbin Meat Processing Factory store.
Overall, very satisfied!

GGuest UserThe hotel is tucked away on Tongjiang Street, just behind Central Avenue, about an 8-10 minute walk away. The location is excellent, with St. Sophia Church, Stalin Park, the Songhua River, and Parkson Shopping Center all nearby! It's an absolutely fantastic spot. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. I highly recommend the 'Tie Guo Dun' (iron pot stew) next door – specifically the 'xiaoguo hubing' (small pot stew with pancakes) – which was a recommendation from the hotel's front desk staff. For a 'Southern potato' like me, the flavor might be a little strong, but it's really good! The chicken feet were so tender they melted in your mouth.
From the lobby to the rooms, there's a faint floral scent. For a family trip, the room size is perfectly adequate for a family of three. Details like toothbrushes and shampoo are all provided, and if you need anything, just call the front desk and they'll bring it right away – the service is superb! The rooms are never cold; the temperature is just right for sleeping at night! It was my first time experiencing the heating system here in Northeast China, and it was very comfortable!
For breakfast, we had the hotel's in-house breakfast, which is Russian cuisine on the first floor. We chose the fried noodles, and the noodles had a perfect texture. Everyone should give it a try! The hotel staff described it as 'New Chinese Russian cuisine'! It was my first time trying it and it was delicious!! Arriving in Harbin, I immediately felt the snow falling! Very lucky! I took so many photos of the snowy scenery!

Secondly, the room was spotless and tidy, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a huge plus; overall, it was really great. GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with complete and convenient facilities. It's right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral and a 10-minute walk from Central Street. Downstairs, there's a department store with everything you could need. The hotel breakfast is also delicious, with a rich variety of dishes, including halal options, and new dishes are introduced daily. The front desk service is warm and efficient; we bothered them quite a bit, but they were always patient and helpful. The soundproofing in the room is excellent too, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: The room was very clean, so no worries about hygiene. The environment is nice, and it's convenient for getting around. The facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable.
Now for the negatives: Most of the front desk staff were polite, but there was a lack of thoughtful consideration when assigning rooms. I was traveling alone with a very large suitcase and had booked a king-size bed room. The front desk asked if I was checking in alone, and I confirmed. However, upon entering the room, I found there was hardly any space to open and lay out my suitcase. I eventually had to prop it up against the bathroom door, which made getting in and out of the bathroom very difficult. When I called to request a larger room, I was bluntly told that the room I booked was this size. I was quite surprised; did they think I hadn't stayed in many hotels before, or did they genuinely not have any other rooms available? I hope the hotel provides better training in this regard, as communicating with guests like that is sure to lead to more complaints.

MM314585****Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

__WeChat278290****I've stayed at this hotel many times; it's a well-established and reputable place. Every time I check in, the front desk upgrades my room. The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located right next to Songlei Yuanda. There's free parking available within the hotel grounds. This winter, when I arrived, the central air conditioning was already blasting hot air as soon as I entered the room! It felt so warm and cozy. Plus, it's very close to the subway station, making it super easy to get around.
