An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to Central Avenue, and very close to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Zhaolin Park. There are many well-established restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and the facilities are new. The only minor drawback is that the dryer in the laundry room isn't very powerful.

The location is absolutely fantastic, super convenient for getting around the Central Street business district. As soon as you walk in, the street noise disappears. The design of Jienye is incredibly stylish, and it's perfect for taking photos. The room hygiene is on point, and the bedding is supremely comfortable. It's very quiet at night, so you can get a good rest after a long day of exploring. The service is attentive and warm, with late-night porridge, a book bar, and self-service laundry – everything you need for a trip. It's distinct from a typical hotel, offering a unique experience. You won't be disappointed choosing this place for your travels. Highly recommend!

The room with a view of Central Street was very spacious, and both the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were just right. On each floor, there's a shelf with bottled water near the elevator for guests to take as needed. Breakfast was also excellent. What's more, the price was incredibly good value for money during the National Day holiday, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop (Route 3) right near the hotel.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent! The bed was comfortable, and they provided plenty of red Nongfu Spring bottled water. The facilities were new and smart, the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast menu changed daily. The front desk staff and housekeeping ladies were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the location was incredibly convenient, right across from the subway station, and food delivery was always quick. It was so comfortable that I could spend the whole day in the room without getting bored. The laundry room upstairs offered free washing and drying, including detergent. A truly great experience!

The front desk service was excellent, and the location is fantastic. It's close to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The hotel breakfast was to our liking, and they even thoughtfully labeled the halal dishes.

First off, the service at Yabuli Hotel is genuinely excellent. Our butler reached out a day in advance to arrange pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. The hotel also has its own ski resort, and equipment rental was included, which is definitely a big plus. The hotel environment is also fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it!

This was my first time bringing my child to Harbin, so I specifically chose a hotel near Central Street. It was super convenient to walk to, and there's a popular morning market nearby. The Ice Castle on the river is also close by and looks beautiful at night, with lots of areas inside for kids to explore (pictures 2 & 3). On our second morning, we walked to the Ice Castle and took the cable car to Sun Island! It was perfect! 😍

Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Since the second-floor restaurant was under renovation, breakfast times were arranged with the front desk during check-in and then delivered directly to the room the next day. The front desk staff were all very kind and thoughtful, helping with luggage and storing it for me. Because I booked a special offer room, it didn't include the complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. You might want to call the hotel in advance to confirm this. The cable car station is conveniently located on the second floor, making round-trip rides very easy. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line 2 to Sun Island and walk for about 15 minutes to see the castle. The island is currently optimizing its snow sculptures, and the central area is closed off, so I didn't get to explore it this time, which was a slight disappointment.

The Huarong Hotel is centrally located, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding architecture is beautiful, and the hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Although it's an older hotel with a sense of history, I appreciate that kind of substantial feel over a budget hotel. It has parking, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities. The front desk service is excellent, and the people of Harbin are very kind. However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay: the bedding was not arranged properly, with the corner of the duvet dragging on the floor. This posed a safety hazard, and I actually tripped over it the night I checked in. It was quite painful to walk afterward. I spoke to the staff at the front desk about what happened, and they tried to find medicine for me but couldn't, so I bought some myself. That night, I called Ctrip to explain the situation, and their staff were incredibly empathetic. They offered to contact the Huarong Hotel immediately, but I told them it was too late and to do it the next day, as I wanted to observe my leg injury overnight. The next morning, my leg was swollen and bruised. Ctrip staff informed the hotel, and the hotel manager and lobby manager came to my room to understand the situation and offered to take me to the hospital for an examination. I declined, saying I would go myself so as not to trouble them. The examination showed no obvious signs of fracture in my left knee joint, but suggested further clinical examination if necessary to rule out a hidden fracture. I continued to communicate with Ctrip staff, who were very responsible and actively liaised with the hotel. I'm especially grateful to Ctrip; I've been a member for decades, and they are truly trustworthy. I also appreciate the hotel manager for continuing to check in on my injury. Thank you all. I hope the hotel addresses these safety hazards in the rooms so that guests can stay safely and happily.
