"The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"I specifically chose this hotel for my trip to Harbin, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for sightseeing and trying local food. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of Russian restaurants and the famous Madieer popsicles, so getting around is a breeze. The room was spotless, the sheets and duvet cover were soft and fluffy, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable – perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide a heater and humidifier, so you don't have to worry about the dry northern air. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, proactively recommending authentic local snacks and ice and snow travel routes. They were super responsive to any questions and provided attentive service without being perfunctory. The overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's rest. It's suitable for couples, friends, or families. If you're coming to Harbin, definitely book this place – I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"一般酒店住宿類的點評我都是實話實説，為了給其他遊客更多的參考。優點：1，地理位置非常便利，離地鐵口衹有幾十米，出門就是地鐵口去其他景點很方便，或者打車去其他地方都很便利，位置好這點毋庸置疑。附近也有小型商場和餐館超市，能滿足日常生活需求2，價格便宜，錯峯出行真的巨划算，除了週六日會上漲外其他時間都便宜。3，房間面積比一般連鎖酒店大一些。4，實際上很實惠，如果缺點可以接受確實沒毛病挺好的缺點：1，衞生差，雖然這個價格不應該太挑剔但還是實話實講，床品有些臟，衞生間和浴室打掃的不乾淨，甚至地面還有不屬於我的頭髮。床墊硬，這個是我老公説的，睡的腰疼不舒服。2，沒有毛巾浴巾衹有一次性浴巾沒有一次性毛巾，還好自己帶了毛巾不然真不知道洗了頭髮怎麼擦乾。3，有異味，很濃烈的煙味，大冷天開窗户快凍透了也沒散出去。4，隔音差，複式隔開上下層再單獨租出去，所以樓上聲音聽的見。5，是沒有交暖氣費嗎？還是有暖氣就是不熱，反正感受不到暖和，一直開空調還是覺得冷，甚至第二天都不敢洗澡。6，來了大東北好幾天第一次碰見要求微信轉按金的，這個確實和其他地方的民宿和酒店都不一樣，反正我去其他地方也訂民宿沒見有收按金的。每個酒店或者民宿優缺點都有，追求價格性價比可以接受缺點還是推薦可以選擇，每個人有不同選擇才會有不同層次的商家，選擇最適合自己的就好了，我衹代表我的角度發表感受"

XXiaoxuhaoThe Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel is truly amazing, and my kid absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, right on Dongfeng Street near Central Avenue, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral. It's a century-old Russian-style hotel with a historic elevator that guests can experience. They also offer a free costume change and photo service, and complimentary tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum.
The room interiors are also incredibly beautiful, with a magnificent Russian palace style – perfect for photoshoots after changing into costumes.
The service here is outstanding. We received a room upgrade upon check-in, and every staff member enthusiastically shared the hotel's history, paid attention to our needs, and answered all our questions warmly. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold.
We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight.
The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called.
Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

GGuest UserI can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours.
The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip.
The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy.
More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, they immediately helped me find one—the attention to detail was truly thoughtful.
The room itself was even more impressive. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I got a peaceful night's sleep during my travels. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and felt high-quality. The in-room smart devices were easy to operate, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for work or entertainment without any lag. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice bonus.
The breakfast selection was extensive, offering not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also delicious local specialties.
