ZhuyanzhoumamaExcellent location, right next to Central Street, and only a ten-minute walk to the Songhua River. The Red Zhuan Street morning market is also just two turns away.
The hygiene and service were both great. The hotel contacted me in advance to confirm my check-in time and even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. There was a fruit plate, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary and replenished promptly.
The room was clean, and the staff were all polite and enthusiastic. Since it's an older building, the hotel advises running the hot water beforehand and being mindful of the temperature. In reality, it didn't take long at all, probably about three to five minutes, and the water was hot.
Breakfast was also very good. The breakfast area isn't large, but the variety and quality of the breakfast items were excellent. I had a very comfortable stay.

The in-room facilities need maintenance. The faucet and showerhead holder aren't great, and the bathroom drain is slow. The location is convenient, close to Hongzhuan Morning Market! This is my first time traveling to Northeast China, and I was surprised that the room didn't provide tissues, and tissues were charged for at all dining establishments. Overall, it was just an average experience.

I can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours.
The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip.
The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy.
More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

Guest UserI chose this hotel at random when I took my kids to Harbin for a competition. I used to visit Harbin once or twice a month and always stayed in hotels priced above 500 RMB. But after staying here, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Harbin. It's conveniently located, about 4 km from Toulong Market, 3 km from Yuanda Fendou Food Store, and 1 km from Harbin Engineering University. There are restaurants downstairs and even EV charging stations. Despite being close to the main road, I couldn't hear any noise from my room on the third floor. I overslept and missed breakfast, but the hotel still packed me a box with bread and milk to take back to my room. Our room included breakfast for one, and my husband took our two kids to eat, then brought back breakfast for the rest of us without any extra charge – so incredibly thoughtful. No one staying at a hotel would mind paying a few extra bucks for breakfast, but it's great that this hotel isn't so rigid. From the moment we walked in with two kids, they proactively upgraded our room and pushed the two beds together. They also patiently answered my 5-year-old's endless questions. Every staff member, from the security guard downstairs to the front desk and the housekeeping staff, was absolutely wonderful. I've traveled all over China except for Tibet, and I must say, the comfort of your own country can't be beat. Plus, my child left their tablet behind, and the hotel proactively contacted me to mail it back, even before I realized it was missing. A big shout-out to all the staff!

Service Experience: From booking to check-out, communication was incredibly smooth. The hostess was exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, offering personalized itinerary planning and even reserving restaurants for us. Any issues were met with an incredibly fast response, truly making us feel at home.
Amenities Details: The in-room smart toilet, high-quality bedding, and branded toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The hotel also provides a shoe dryer, and offers complimentary outdoor ice activities like snowmobiling, cycling, small sleds, and snow tubes. There's also free parking. The facilities are maintained like new, immaculately clean and tidy.
This isn't just accommodation; it's an experience to be savored, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality!

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

Great location with a spacious parking lot. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. The hotel is right next to a ski resort, and they even offered free skiing passes for the whole family, which was a nice bonus!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations—it was the most delightful surprise of my trip! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway, surrounded by shopping areas and great restaurants, making travel and dining effortless. The front desk service was warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and they even proactively shared local sightseeing tips. When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, they immediately helped me find one—the attention to detail was truly thoughtful.
The room itself was even more impressive. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I got a peaceful night's sleep during my travels. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and felt high-quality. The in-room smart devices were easy to operate, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for work or entertainment without any lag. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice bonus.
The breakfast selection was extensive, offering not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also delicious local specialties. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response from the staff, and I felt completely at home throughout. It offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!
