Knowing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff patiently and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and must-try dining spots, even hand-drawing a simple travel map – so thoughtful and practical. They also proactively informed us about the hotel's various convenient services, meticulously answering questions about parking, luggage storage, and taxi services. Their patience and thoroughness made us feel incredibly welcome. The detailed service during our stay was even more heartwarming. The housekeeping staff were diligent and meticulous, cleaning even the hidden corners of the room. With imported disinfectant tools, we felt especially safe and comfortable. The staff's service was incredibly attentive, proactively replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and responding to requests promptly and efficiently. The hotel even has smart robots for meal delivery, which is both convenient and secure, significantly enhancing the overall experience. What surprised me most were the hotel's thoughtful value-added services. The lobby has a 'Vitamin Refueling Station' to boost your energy anytime, offering free drinking water throughout the day. There's even warm porridge available late at night, a comforting touch when you're tired from traveling. There was absolutely no upselling, and the service was perfectly measured, making our stay comfortable and relaxed. Upon check-out, there was no need to wait for room inspection; we could just leave directly, which was efficient and convenient. The staff even proactively helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Overall, the service was professional, detailed, and caring, with every small detail reflecting quality. The value for money is outstanding, and the service far exceeded my expectations. "一般酒店住宿類的點評我都是實話實説，為了給其他遊客更多的參考。優點：1，地理位置非常便利，離地鐵口衹有幾十米，出門就是地鐵口去其他景點很方便，或者打車去其他地方都很便利，位置好這點毋庸置疑。附近也有小型商場和餐館超市，能滿足日常生活需求2，價格便宜，錯峯出行真的巨划算，除了週六日會上漲外其他時間都便宜。3，房間面積比一般連鎖酒店大一些。4，實際上很實惠，如果缺點可以接受確實沒毛病挺好的缺點：1，衞生差，雖然這個價格不應該太挑剔但還是實話實講，床品有些臟，衞生間和浴室打掃的不乾淨，甚至地面還有不屬於我的頭髮。床墊硬，這個是我老公説的，睡的腰疼不舒服。2，沒有毛巾浴巾衹有一次性浴巾沒有一次性毛巾，還好自己帶了毛巾不然真不知道洗了頭髮怎麼擦乾。3，有異味，很濃烈的煙味，大冷天開窗户快凍透了也沒散出去。4，隔音差，複式隔開上下層再單獨租出去，所以樓上聲音聽的見。5，是沒有交暖氣費嗎？還是有暖氣就是不熱，反正感受不到暖和，一直開空調還是覺得冷，甚至第二天都不敢洗澡。6，來了大東北好幾天第一次碰見要求微信轉按金的，這個確實和其他地方的民宿和酒店都不一樣，反正我去其他地方也訂民宿沒見有收按金的。每個酒店或者民宿優缺點都有，追求價格性價比可以接受缺點還是推薦可以選擇，每個人有不同選擇才會有不同層次的商家，選擇最適合自己的就好了，我衹代表我的角度發表感受"
