The room was great! Upon arrival, the front desk even upgraded us to a better room type for free, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel offers afternoon tea, and they serve ginger tea daily, which was a very thoughtful touch. They also provide healthy late-night snacks! I'm usually quite particular about beds, but the mattress and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, and it was so quiet – I slept wonderfully. The shower facilities were excellent too; the water pressure was strong, making for a very pleasant shower experience.
Let's talk about breakfast. It was incredibly rich and varied, and they were always quick to refill everything, ensuring every guest could enjoy fresh fruit and a wide selection. The breakfast menu changed daily, and the ingredients were very fresh – truly excellent! This place is definitely worth a visit.
As for the location, it's absolutely fantastic. St. Sophia Cathedral is right in front of the hotel, and Central Street is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The hotel staff were very professional and incredibly enthusiastic; they even arranged an airport transfer for us, which was so heartwarming! Harbin people are truly hospitable!
I didn't get a chance to photograph the room, but I did take some pictures of the hotel's small scenic spots, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The hotel is also spotless. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention – when we first checked in, the front desk gave us a sweet little welcome bag containing a facial mask, a hand warmer, eye patches, and various snacks. It was a really nice touch!
