Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

This was my first time staying at a Mercure, and its location in Harbin's tourist area is excellent. The twin room offered great value for money. The staff were very professional. The room was a bit small, but well-designed, and surprisingly, it even had a mini-fridge. Initially, I had booked a non-Mercure hotel, but due to a typhoon, I had to cancel it. By the time I rebooked, there were no twin rooms left. The lobby of this Mercure hotel was quite small, which made me a bit apprehensive at first. During peak tourist season, family and twin rooms are really hard to come by. But since I was traveling with elderly family members, we had to make do. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is actually quite large with many rooms and excellent service all around. Our twin room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet, perfect for the elderly to rest. My family was very satisfied with this hotel during our trip to Harbin.

The service was excellent, and the hotel's central location is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly. All the facilities are brand new and work perfectly. The location is superb, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Any issues were resolved quickly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and I'm very satisfied with this experience.

The hotel provides Nongfu Spring bottled water, and you can ask for more whenever you need it, free of charge. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm, patient, and respond promptly. My check-in experience exceeded expectations. The first night I booked a different hotel, Gele Hotel, which was more expensive and smelled awful. This place is new, has windows for ventilation, and is super convenient – Central Avenue is just a minute's walk away. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, with professional and heartwarming service. They pay great attention to detail, and it offers excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Central Street. Turn right out of the hotel and you're there. A straight walk from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral is super convenient. There are many nice restaurants nearby too, like Qiulin Russian Restaurant, Laochujia Guobaorou, and Madieer Ice Cream Parlor… extremely convenient. The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't huge, the taste is good. Milk, soy milk, bread and jam, Chinese fried dough sticks, plain congee, and stir-fries – all delicious. My only slight regret is the limited fruit selection, just cherry tomatoes. Perhaps due to its prime location, the room wasn't very big. But it was perfectly fine for three people. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The soundproofing was also good; I didn't hear any noise. When ordering takeout, it arrives at the front desk, and you can even have a robot deliver it to your room for free, which was a nice touch. It's very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, but we didn't have time to take photos with the kids.

There were so many hotels near Central Street, I was overwhelmed! I finally decided to go with an international chain, figuring they'd have consistent standards, and thankfully, it didn't disappoint. It's right next to Central Street and Zhaolin Park, and not far from the riverside and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Taxis are easy to catch and can pull right up to the entrance. If you're driving, parking is 7 yuan per hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, were always smiling and provided excellent, warm, and thoughtful service. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast quality a bit.

Bringing my daughter to Harbin, choosing the Licheng Longzhang Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch) was such a wise decision! The location is superb, within walking distance to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super easy to explore and eat with a child. The front desk staff were incredibly warm; seeing we had a little one, they proactively offered a small gift – a cute Russian-style pendant and some candies. My daughter was jumping for joy when she got them, instantly boosting her fondness for Harbin! The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was comfortable, so my daughter slept soundly. The service at this hotel was truly thoughtful and heartfelt, giving our parent-child trip a perfect start. Definitely five-star worthy!

The location is excellent and very convenient. The nearby Laobian Dumpling restaurant is a time-honored brand and highly recommended. Zhongjie Street is just a stone's throw away. Liu Laogen Grand Stage and Toutiao Hutong are also within walking distance. The service was gentle, quick, and polite. However, I do have a minor point to make. I booked a king room without breakfast. When checking in, the staff recommended a discounted breakfast deal, which we declined. But, there's a breakfast spot called 'Lai Yidian' right next door, offering a wide variety of choices and great convenience. Why wasn't that recommended at the time? I only discovered it the next day when I was rushing to find breakfast.

The front desk staff were very responsible. When we checked in around 11 PM, there was only one deluxe king room left. The front desk informed us that the window in this room was a bit small and that if we wanted to change rooms, we could let them know the next day. The next morning, we mentioned it at breakfast, and they immediately registered our request and arranged a change. The deluxe king room was very spacious, suitable for a family of three (with the child sleeping with parents). There was a large sofa at the foot of the bed and a chair next to it. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower stall was large, equipped with both an overhead and a handheld showerhead. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke, soda water, and mineral water, and we received a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival. The breakfast was also very rich, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. There were freshly cooked rice noodles, noodles, and wontons, as well as stir-fried dishes, cold dishes, bread, coffee, and bottled drinks (Coke, 'Dabaili' pear soda, 'Zhenzhen' peanut milk). The hotel's location is excellent: it's a 5-minute walk to Central Avenue, about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and also about 10 minutes to the Flood Control Monument. Shared bicycles are also available. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, which isn't very convenient for guests traveling by car.
