The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!

The hotel's location is quite convenient; it's easy to catch a taxi right outside to various attractions. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was super comfortable. It was also quiet at night, which was great for us traveling with a child. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. They were also prompt in responding to any questions or issues we had. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were good, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The common areas were also tastefully decorated, making it very relaxing to return to the hotel after a long day of traveling. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for our family trip, and the value for money was good. We would definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Harbin. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

When traveling, you want to enjoy yourself and avoid hassle. I had a top-tier room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was so good and plentiful it was hard to choose! This is clearly a professional hotel with excellent management, professional amenities, and facilities. The Hansgrohe rain shower speaks for itself. The ambiance and atmosphere are top-notch, with expert lighting design that hits all the right notes. The cleanliness is impeccable, with no corners cut, and the service is prompt, even with robot delivery. All in all, a very satisfying choice.

The location is excellent, right on Zhongyang Street. You just cross the road downstairs to get to a commercial district with all sorts of food. It's also very close to St. Sophia Church. The breakfast was incredibly rich and the lobby felt very luxurious and grand. On such a hot day, it was so refreshing and comfortable to step into the cool lobby! The next day, we switched to a family room. The sheets were super clean, and it was a very comfortable stay!

We stayed for 5 nights. The room is clean & the cleaner came to do basic cleanings daily. Location is fantastic - close to many tourist attractions. Staff are friendly, helpful & greet you everytime you passed by the lobby. Drinking waters are provided on demand. The only negative thing is sometimes have to wait quite long for the lifts. There are 2 lifts serving 22 floors. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Must praise this hotel, the front desk service is warm and courteous, the whole process is fast and worry-free. The environment in the store is clean and elegant, the room is cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is soft and breathable, and the quality of sleep is particularly good. The breakfast dishes are rich and varied, the choice is large, and the nutrition is delicious. The location advantage is obvious, the traffic is in all directions, the surrounding business district is complete, shopping is very convenient, the overall stay is full, it is worth staying repeatedly!

An absolutely wonderful hotel! 1. **Excellent service, a definite highlight!** The staff helped me send a package and even unlocked the door for my elderly parents. They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. A big thank you to all the front desk staff and the lady who was responsible for checking the rooms. 2. **Fantastic location!** It's right next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a traffic light away. 3. **Private parking available**, which is incredibly important. The Home Inn next door doesn't even have a car park. 4. **Newly renovated** with a well-designed room layout.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!
