The room was very cozy, and my child especially loved the smart home features throughout. The breakfast offered a rich variety. The transportation nearby is exceptionally convenient; the hotel is right across from Metro Line 2, making getting around a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage. The hotel is also close to all the attractions.

Harbin in summer – you get what you pay for! The day before, I stayed near Central Street; that hotel wasn't cheap but it was small and damp, and had virtually no facilities (not throwing shade, just a comparison)... The next day, I decisively moved to Mercure! Oh my god, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed! Location: It's not far from St. Sophia Church and Central Street. Harbin Museum is right across the street, and it's close to the river, so you can walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower or the Middle East Railway Bridge – all the must-see spots are within a leisurely stroll. Facilities: The lobby isn't huge, but it's comfortable and well-designed. The room layout is sensible, with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, electric curtains, and a Dyson hairdryer. The laundry room, gym, and restaurant are all on the 3rd floor. Hygienics: Perfect score. Service: Extremely satisfied. The staff are all very enthusiastic and polite. The front desk receptionists are particularly patient; besides basic check-in services, they patiently chatted with a guest who was constantly talking, engaging in genuine conversation back and forth. Double Lobby Buffet Afternoon Tea: A big plus, very popular with seniors and children. Warm Midnight Snack: Different snacks every day, highly recommended. You pick them up at the front desk based on the number of people in the room. Fingertip Fun, Creative De-stressing Perler Bead Activity: My child was obsessed with Perler beads, so I booked it without hesitation! The only minor issue was that some bead colors were out of stock; it would be best if they could be replenished promptly. Also, the space felt a bit cramped. For a hotel of this caliber, it would be more appealing to guests if they had a separate room for children's activities.

The location is excellent, very close to Central Avenue, the cathedral, and Daoli Market, making it super convenient to get around. The room itself is quite spacious, and overall, I had a pretty good experience.

The location is super convenient, right on Central Street. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed had just the right firmness. Breakfast was varied and delicious; I ate there for two days and didn't have the same thing twice. For supper, they offered congee (century egg and lean pork congee on the first night, plain congee on the second) along with millet congee and some small side dishes. When you're out exploring during the day, you can grab bottled drinking water from a small fridge at the reception. The in-room teapot, cups, and tray were a nice touch for enjoying tea. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is located inside a Manhattan building. The reception is on the 6th floor, and the guest rooms are from the 16th to the 22nd floor. The entire building has four elevators, two of which are dedicated to the hotel. I found it quite alright; I didn't have to wait too long for the elevators, though their space is indeed a bit small. Since it's a new hotel, the bedding and towels are very new and clean, which is a big plus. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor. The area isn't very large, so it can get quite crowded during peak season. The food itself is decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating. One afternoon, it was too hot to go out, so I ordered a 'Tie Guo Dun' (iron pot stew) delivery back to the hotel. The portion was quite large, probably too big for a delivery robot to handle, so the front desk assistant kindly helped deliver it to my room. In the afternoon, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks, as you can see in the photos below. The location is fantastic. St. Sophia Cathedral is right downstairs, and it's very close to major attractions. Across the street is the Daoli wet market, and the surrounding area is very lively. The pastries from the nearby Russian bakery (Babylock) are also delicious.

Facilities: The room layout was pretty good, and the interior was clean. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very plentiful and good value for money at 48 yuan per person, which isn't expensive at all. However, the window in our 7th-floor room, while a bright window, had a horizontal partition outside, blocking the view. The outdoor platform also wasn't aesthetically pleasing, with leftover construction debris and cobwebs. Make sure to choose a room close to the elevator. There's only one elevator on the entire floor. They were responsive to requests for anything we needed, so why didn't I give a full five stars for service? Because I booked a room for my companion that was listed as 30 sq.m. on the order, but was actually only 29 sq.m. This wasn't something we measured; the front desk staff confirmed the size of room 766. The hotel was argumentative about it, refused to admit fault, and offered no compensation. This was unsatisfactory. Although Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue, it left a bad impression. It felt like they were short-changing us.

住過不少璞隱門店，哈爾濱這家依舊沒有讓人失望。大堂淡淡的茶香氛圍感拉滿，房間採光通透，茶具配套齊全，閑暇可以泡上一壺茶放鬆身心。衞浴設施維護到位，沒有老舊破損的情況。早餐品類兼顧本地特色，熱食供應充足。服務細緻貼心，整體性價比在線，旅遊出差都很合適。

An absolutely wonderful hotel! 1. **Excellent service, a definite highlight!** The staff helped me send a package and even unlocked the door for my elderly parents. They also have self-service laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. A big thank you to all the front desk staff and the lady who was responsible for checking the rooms. 2. **Fantastic location!** It's right next to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, just a traffic light away. 3. **Private parking available**, which is incredibly important. The Home Inn next door doesn't even have a car park. 4. **Newly renovated** with a well-designed room layout.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!
