The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast is abundant and served until 12 PM, which is perfect for someone like me who isn't an early riser. After this brunch, I was full of energy and ready to explore. The service is thoughtful and warm; every staff member in the restaurant had a friendly smile on their face. The 3D-printed yogurts in the pictures are incredibly cute; I took photos of all of them to cherish. Although my dietary choices were somewhat limited due to ethnic considerations, I was delighted to find Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles here. Their roasted chicken also tasted exceptionally good, and today I even had stewed chicken with mushrooms – I'm so satisfied! The room offers a splendid view, with the beautiful Songhua River scenery right before my eyes. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly whenever we met. On my first day, I even received frozen pears in an insulated container and a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. The transportation is super convenient; the hotel is right next to the river cable car, a five-minute walk to Central Avenue, and it's only about a twenty-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. What an amazing hotel!

Choosing the Shangri-La Hotel for my trip to Harbin was an excellent decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry bathroom separation. The smart voice-activated devices were handy, and the mattress and pillows were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a robot delivering items. The free laundry service was very practical. Overall, it’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is good. There are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for trips to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

It was a pleasant stay overall. However, the guy who worked the night shift was very rude, but other staff were very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the night shift stuff should be improved. Location of the hotel was good as it was in the walking street area.

I just wrote that the service attitude of the hotel front desk was very good and they upgraded the room type for free and responded to all requests. Carefully told the surrounding situation. It is relatively close to Central Street and there are many buses in the surrounding area, making it convenient to travel. There are also many restaurants. There is also a large bowl of Northeastern Malatang and Guobao Pork, both of which are delicious. The room was clean and tidy. Will come again next time!

They went above and beyond by helping me collect my Alibaba parcels sent to the guesthouse. Big thank you! Room: We got a free upgrade to a bigger room because our original booking wasn't available. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location: Perfect location near major attractions like St. Sophia Cathedral, Plaza Tuolong, and Yibin Store. Note: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station (about 10 mins), but manageable. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality.

The leisure area in the store is clean and comfortable, you can relax in your spare time, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the rest experience is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the overall satisfaction is very satisfactory.
