All the staff were amazing! It was raining when we arrived, and parking was difficult, but the security guard at the entrance was already waiting for us at the parking lot entrance. He helped guide us to a spot, carried our child, and handled our luggage – truly fantastic. After check-in, the concierge offered warm towels for our hands, poured water, and helped transport our bags to the room. Within a minute, housekeeping delivered slippers and toiletries for our child. The restaurant was excellent, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. It was open from 7 AM to 12 PM, and they even brought yogurt for our child. The food selection was quite comprehensive. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the location is superb. We could see the Songhua River from our room, and it's very close to Central Avenue and St. Sophia Church. Turning right after exiting the hotel, there are various restaurants. At check-out, the concierge even gave us small gifts, including a fridge magnet because we had a child. Both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The soundproofing was also good; I didn't hear any noise. When ordering takeout, it arrives at the front desk, and you can even have a robot deliver it to your room for free, which was a nice touch. It's very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, but we didn't have time to take photos with the kids.

It was a pleasant stay overall. However, the guy who worked the night shift was very rude, but other staff were very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the night shift stuff should be improved. Location of the hotel was good as it was in the walking street area.

Choosing the Shangri-La Hotel for my trip to Harbin was an excellent decision! The location is superb, right on Central Street, and just a few minutes' walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed wet/dry bathroom separation. The smart voice-activated devices were handy, and the mattress and pillows were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was even a robot delivering items. The free laundry service was very practical. Overall, it’s quiet despite being in a bustling area, and the soundproofing is good. There are plenty of shops and local eateries nearby. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for trips to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

I was a solo traveler and checked into the Jinjiang Inn on September 15, 2025. I booked three nights through another platform. It was my first stay, and I was upgraded to room 802. Although the hotel's decor was a bit dated, it was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells, and the bathroom didn't have any odors. My room faced the street and a pedestrian bridge, but it wasn't too noisy even with the windows closed. The room was about 20 square meters and had a shower and clothes rack. I had a very good stay and then extended my stay for another night through Ctrip. The hotel is conveniently located a few bus stops from Central Street and the Songhua River, and a taxi ride costs only 10-8 yuan. There are small shops nearby, and breakfast and dinner are available. The No. 3 airport bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. It's definitely worth staying here. It's a 15-minute bus ride from Harbin Railway Station to the hotel area, and a 45-minute bus ride from the airport to the hotel area.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center. There's a public transport stop directly opposite the hotel entrance. Nearby, there's a shopping mall with food courts and underground markets with various goods. St. Sophia Cathedral is within walking distance, and Harbin's Arbat street and many other markets are close by. The host was very responsive to all our requests, quickly addressing them and even allowed us to stay longer, free of charge. There's Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a small kitchen, a kettle, a pot, dishes, and a refrigerator. The bed linen was snow-white and clean. And the biggest plus is that it was inexpensive. Overall, our family of five (my wife, three children, and I) really enjoyed it. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the photos are accurate.

The environment was quiet and comfortable, and it was a great spot for photos. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!
