I tried to book this hotel last summer, but it was peak season and I couldn't get a room. This year, my trip was later, and I managed to book two rooms easily. When checking in, the short-haired lady at the front desk, who I assume was a manager, was incredibly helpful and upgraded both our rooms – instant great impression! The tall gentleman also kindly offered us three glasses of water. By the way, the night before, my friend booked a different hotel across the street. After staying there, I really felt the difference – and it wasn't just a small one. The service attitude and response speed were completely different experiences. Choosing a HUAZHU hotel is definitely the right decision. As for this hotel: the breakfast was good, with a decent variety; the location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi; and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff on the third floor were very friendly and always greeted us. However, there was one small issue: in the room I stayed in with my child, I could hear a continuous low-frequency humming sound from the bathroom. Once we fell asleep, it wasn't noticeable anymore, though. I haven't asked my friend if their room had the same issue. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Street. It's a 5-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower, making it very convenient for getting around. The room design is very user-friendly, and they even provide complimentary snacks every day. The restaurant is fantastic, with a rich breakfast spread available from 7 AM to 12 PM. Plus, there's a free afternoon tea from 1 PM to 5 PM, offering thoughtful service to guests. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Traveling to Harbin, I stayed for three consecutive days. I arrived quite early, and the lobby staff warmly welcomed us and arranged an early check-in. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, with a simple European decor, and a fresh air system, so there were no unpleasant odors – I was very satisfied. The hotel's breakfast was especially rich, a mix of Chinese and Western styles, and I could even enjoy freshly ground coffee and freshly cut fruit, which is my preferred way to be treated. In the afternoon, there were cold drinks and pastries, and in the evening, there was warm congee, which was very heartwarming. When you're traveling, there's nothing better than thoughtful service. The hotel's location is very close to Central Street, making it convenient for getting around. Staff greeted us whenever we entered or left the hotel, and there was even a small souvenir when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The breakfast is the highlight, very abundant, and they even change up 3 main dishes every day, which my child loved. Plus, there's free afternoon tea and supper. The best part is its proximity to Central Street, the subway station, and Hongzhuan Morning Market, offering incredible value for money. I was very satisfied with the service; every staff member was kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions. In the evening, you could even choose your preferred pillow and have a staff member deliver it to your room.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were quite new. The location is excellent, right next to Central Street, only a few minutes walk to Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, and the subway station is just across the street. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

We stayed in the Royal Private Suite and checked in late in the afternoon upon our arrival in Harbin. The hotel lobby exudes a historical charm reminiscent of a century-old Russian mansion, with intricate carvings and a gold-leafed dome that creates a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for photos. The location is excellent, right by Central Street, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. The front desk check-in area is a bit small, differing from a typical five-star hotel lobby. The room itself has a grand layout, but being a century-old building, some of the indoor facilities show their age. When we checked in, some amenities like shower caps, soap, and hand soap were missing, but they were quickly delivered after we contacted the front desk. For a price of over 2000 per night, the hardware alone might seem a bit overpriced, but it's more about the unique experience of staying in a historic building. Overall, the service was good. The hotel offers a palace costume experience and features a century-old manual elevator. Breakfast is served in the underground wine cellar. It's ideal for travelers looking for a Russian retro experience, while those who prefer modern, standardized five-star facilities might want to consider this.

A truly excellent stay. The front desk staff were all very friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. There's also a popular local market diagonally across from the hotel, and Feihe yogurt/ice cream nearby. The closest subway station is Shangzhi Street, and Central Street station is also nearby. It's also a short walk to the Songhua River.

I really have to commend this hotel! When traveling, choosing a comfortable hotel is so important, and this one has an excellent location. It's very close to the river, making it super convenient to take an evening stroll along the Songhua River and enjoy the breeze. The Flood Control Monument is just a short walk away, and transportation and dining options are both very accessible. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful; check-in was smooth, and they even kindly offered welcome fruits. You can really feel their sincerity in every little detail. Coming to Harbin in the summer, the climate felt like I'd arrived in a city with its own air conditioning – a perfect evening with street food, a post-dinner riverside walk, and a visit to a bustling morning market with a lively local vibe. All of these made my trip to Harbin so enjoyable. It's so different from many big cities in the south; this is the slow-paced life I long for, and I think this is the true meaning of travel. Harbin is wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!

This is my second time visiting Harbin, and also my second time staying at the Country Inn & Suites. The location is truly excellent; Central Street is right outside, and it's a direct route to the Daoli Farmers Market and the riverside. The hotel provides breakfast and late-night snacks, though the variety of late-night snacks is a bit less compared to two years ago. The bedding is still very comfortable, especially the mattress which is just right in terms of firmness. A big thank you to the gentleman at the front desk, who was wearing glasses and a bit on the heavier side; he helped us resolve a room issue, saving us the trouble of moving luggage with seniors and children. Suggestion: Guests have mentioned that the dryer in the laundry room isn't very effective, taking several hours to dry clothes. After hearing this, we only washed our clothes and didn't use the dryer.

The hotel's decor creates an amazing ambiance; it's a perfect influencer-worthy hotel for snapping photos. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the quality is excellent with a wide variety of choices. When checking out, we even received a souvenir gift, packaged in a cute little handbag – a very nice touch. Throughout our stay, the staff were warm and courteous. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. I truly recommend it!
