Everything is in order. Ideal location - the central train station is literally across the street, the shuttle to the airport also leaves across the street from the hotel. Metro and bus stops nearby. Pedestrian street and bar streets are also within walking distance. Cleanliness of the room, unobtrusive service, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, a compliment in the form of fruit upon check-in and other advantages included)) And yes, the hotel takes into account the wishes specified when booking!!!

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

I spent a long time online choosing this hotel before traveling. After repeated selections, I finally settled on this hotel. I booked a 30-square-meter deluxe business room for 4 nights and stayed for two days to book another hotel. However, I decided to renew my reservation soon after I checked in. Stayed for two nights and stayed for a total of 6 nights. The hotel is located in the North Square of Harbin Railway Station. Buses and subways are accessible in all directions. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is a newly renovated hotel. The environment and facilities are all new. The service is also good. The breakfast is very rich and the hotel chef is very attentive to the dishes. There are about twenty or thirty dishes every day, and most of the dishes are different every day. After staying for 6 days, I never got tired of eating them every day. The hotel's robot is very cute. It delivers things to the guest room. After delivering the things, it opens the elevator door. When it sees someone inside, it says, ”You guys go ahead, I'll wait for the next one.” It's so cute. It's so cute. In addition, I saw someone saying that online taxis and taxis cannot enter the hotel. In fact, this is not the case. The hotel and the bus station share a road, and there is an automatic take-off and landing pole at the intersection. Taxis and online taxis think they cannot enter. We bring taxi or online car-hailing drivers in almost every day, which is very convenient. They are very surprised and say that they can come and go freely in the future.

Shiyi brought his father to Harbin for the first time and planned to spend a few days there. When booking a hotel, he chose this hotel among the many good reviews. We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

The room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of *********************. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat *****s they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

Good location (15 minutes walks to Temple of Heaven). The included breakfast was quite good, especially the yoghurt. The accessories given in the room were very cute. The facilities are new and well-maintained. Overall very good experience staying there.

Because we changed our itinerary and arrived in Harbin one day in advance, and the hotel was booked to check in the next day, it was not good to drag our luggage with us, so we contacted the hotel and they stored our luggage for us even without checking in, which solved a big problem. The problem! like! I stayed with my family for three days. I didn't use the hotel's breakfast because there were too many delicacies in Erbin. The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to go to Sofia, Central Street or 731. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, which can meet all kinds of food needs, especially next to Qiulin and Fendou Non-staple Food Market, you can go shopping and search for delicious food when you have nothing to do. The view outside the hotel window is very good, the night view is super beautiful, and if you wake up early, you can also see the sunrise.

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and warm, and the service was very good. When I checked in, I booked a windowless room thinking I would stay for a few hours to catch my flight. Unexpectedly, I was upgraded to a room with a window. Thank you very much. The price of the room is reasonable. Mainly It is very close to the airport bus station, and it is also near Harbin Station. It is recommended for guests who want to take the train to Harbin Station and those who want to check in at various attractions. It is very nice to stay at his house, which is very convenient by car.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott 😊 the room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Special thanks to kind and cheerful Amanda at the front desk, who helped us with our laundry and with buying items from vending machine. And special thanks to Dragon Tan who always greeted us kindly every morning at the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much for your hospitality!
