After two nights at the JW, I simply couldn't stay any longer. The JW is incredibly run-down, and the breakfast had no meat at all, just sausages to get by. I ended up canceling the last two nights and came to the Crowne Plaza instead. I was able to check in at 11 AM, and the front desk staff were incredibly efficient and professional. Service was top-notch. It's several tiers above the JW in every aspect.

The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and commercial areas, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. The staff provided smiling service throughout, check-in and check-out were efficient, and the breakfast selection was rich. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

The room was fantastic! We arrived super early, and the front desk guy, seeing there were no king rooms available, upgraded us to a family room. We were able to rest right away, which was really great! The room was spacious, clean, and even had a smart toilet. But the best part is definitely the location. The hotel is right outside Exit 2 of the metro, and buses like the 35 and 126 stop right in front, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Downstairs, there are breakfast spots, a small supermarket, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at Ibis! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient. It's truly great value for money, my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be back!

I specifically brought my kids to this polar bear hotel, and it honestly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located right inside the Polarland park, so you can see polar bears without even leaving. The breakfast restaurant offers views of the polar bears playing in the water while you eat, and there are daily penguin meet-and-greets and animal science classes – my kids absolutely loved every minute of it. The front desk staff were very gentle with the children and responded quickly to any requests. The room hygiene was excellent; the floor-to-ceiling windows were spotless, ensuring an unobstructed view of the animals. They provide a full range of child-friendly amenities, including a children's bathtub, a small toilet, and non-slip mats. The soundproofing is great, so the kids' rest wasn't disturbed. The hotel also grants guests exclusive access to night tours of the Polarland, allowing you to see the marine animals up close without the daytime crowds. This is a must-stay hotel for any family trip to Harbin!

I booked this hotel for my child's graduation ceremony, and overall it was a great experience. The hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. There's also an underground parking garage, which made getting in and out very convenient.

The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, which is convenient if you're driving. The hotel provides parking vouchers, so you don't have to pay for parking. There's a parking lot right in front of the hotel, and you can also park along the roadside. The interior decoration is beautiful, the room is spacious, and the bed is wide. There's absolutely no noise at night, making it perfect for a restful stay.

Overall, my experience was just okay. No one from the staff called us before check-in. And they followed up right after check-out! The air conditioning in the room was leaking and making strange noises. The shower pressure was weak, and the shower head wasn't stable. The pool facilities were outdated; my child cut their hand twice on the old tiles.
