The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and commercial areas, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. The staff provided smiling service throughout, check-in and check-out were efficient, and the breakfast selection was rich. The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

The room was fantastic! We arrived super early, and the front desk guy, seeing there were no king rooms available, upgraded us to a family room. We were able to rest right away, which was really great! The room was spacious, clean, and even had a smart toilet. But the best part is definitely the location. The hotel is right outside Exit 2 of the metro, and buses like the 35 and 126 stop right in front, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Downstairs, there are breakfast spots, a small supermarket, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at Ibis! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient. It's truly great value for money, my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be back!

Taking advantage of the tail end of summer vacation, my family and I took a trip to Harbin. Out of our four-day itinerary, staying at the Polar Bear Hotel was by far the most satisfying experience. Both the kids and the elders were incredibly happy, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations, prompting me to write a little essay to express my delight! The hotel is located within the Polar Park, allowing us to easily return to our room for a rest during our activities. Throughout the park, you can spot the adorable figures of 'Benben' the polar bear and 'Taotao' the penguin. Upon entering the hotel, the attention to detail was evident. The lobby offered refreshing iced juice for guests, and during check-in, they meticulously explained the daily parent-child activities and the schedule of performances within the venue. Our Polar Bear View Room was spacious and bright. Through the large viewing window, we could see the cute polar bears at any time. The room was meticulously cleaned and equipped with an air purifier, making the air very fresh. They thoughtfully prepared art supplies (drawing paper and pens) and storybooks for the children, along with a range of high-quality children's toiletries (the body wash and shampoo even had children's cosmetic labels, indicating very safe ingredients). Beyond enjoying the various attractions, the hotel also offered a wealth of parent-child activities, including DIY crafts, Polar Bear Class, and night-time polar exploration, providing many wonderful experiences for the little ones. On the day of our check-in, the hotel also provided 'Mr. Bear's Goodnight Porridge.' We initially thought it would just be a simple bowl of porridge, but to our surprise, there was not only vegetable porridge and seafood porridge, but also delicious Northeastern corn, salted duck eggs, various small pickles, and tasty pastries. The breakfast the next day was even more diverse, with every dish being incredibly delicious! Plus, we could enjoy our meal while watching the polar bears! All the staff within the scenic area were exceptionally kind, making us feel right at home. The dolphin show was also very unique; it wasn't just a simple animal performance but had a storyline, and all the actors were full of emotion. Our child loved the handsome 'Dolphin Prince' the most and wanted to watch it again, but unfortunately, it wasn't the Dolphin Prince's show the next day. Most commendable of all was the front desk lady – she was truly wonderful, beautiful and kind-hearted, and helped us resolve a problem we encountered. The tickets provided by the hotel during our summer stay had their validity extended for a quarter, so we definitely plan to come back and visit more often when we have time! This stay left us with unforgettable memories and we highly recommend it to all families with children; you certainly won't be disappointed if you choose this place.

Our experience at Orange Crystal was superb! The light luxury decor felt high-end and sophisticated. The smart home controls throughout the room were very convenient. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, the room was clean and tidy, and the minibar drinks were complimentary. The breakfast was plentiful. It's my top choice for business trips or travel, and I'll definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and spacious, with a Russian-style decor that, despite being over 10 years old, was incredibly well-maintained. Its location right on Sun Island is superb, offering a fantastic environment for outdoor activities like running and cycling. The only minor drawbacks were the standard soft pillows (no alternative like buckwheat pillows) and a hairdryer that wasn't very powerful. Also, the hotel breakfast, while having a good variety of options, lacked fresh-made items like noodles or wontons. However, the restaurant itself was quite grand.

The hotel. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, with fresh squeezed juice and a great noodle station. I'd give the breakfast a full score. The breakfast service was also good. The account manager, Manager Zhu, was warm, friendly, and provided thorough and attentive service. The bedding and air conditioning were comfortable, and there was plenty of water and tissues. The pool reception didn't provide towels, and the electronic scale was broken, which could be improved. The executive lounge has great views. I suggest improving the variety and quality of the food there.
