A perfect place for convenient location and perfect service with such good price. They will help you when laundry area with queue, just need a memo and they will arrange as your preference. I never get chance to try their breakfast. Surrounding is very convenient as airport bus shuttle is just behind the street. Clean and well maintain. However, not good with noise cancellation, is really depends on who is your neighbour.

What a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

Location is at central street which is extremely conveniet for shopping, sight-seeing and dinning. It is just 1 street across a charming russian restaurant which serve flavourful vegetable soup and hearty meat dishes. Room is family type for 3 persons and with dry and wet shower and bath. Served simple breakfast and supper.

Travelling with my sister. The hotel was clean and near to the airport, free drop off to the airport, the driver was friendly and helpful as well as the reception staffs. The breakfast was okay.

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Best location and convenient to go sightseeing around. You can get on and off to and back airport by Airport bus line 3 in front of the hotel. The staff takes care very well. We enjoyed breakfast and good service . If we can go back Harbin again, the hotel is one of the best option .

The location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!

One of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖
