Facilities: Everything, from the inside out, feels brand new. The layout is well-designed and controls are easy to use. The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation. Environment: It's very close to Harbin Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, and bus route 118 runs over the bridge nearby. There's also a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which is super handy. The soundproofing is excellent too, it's very quiet! Parking isn't very convenient though, so drivers should take note. Service: The front desk staff are all very professional, polite, warm, and attentive, without being overbearing – absolutely lovely! Cleanliness: It's genuinely, genuinely clean; a very comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is excellent; turn left out of the door and you're on Central Street within 50 meters. It's also very close to the Flood Control Monument, and there's a parking lot right at the entrance. Although the room wasn't large, the hygiene was quite good, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out.

The hotel is great. It's not far from the airport, yet it's not noisy. The shuttle service is excellent; I called and the driver arrived promptly. The driver was very professional. The hotel has its own yard, making parking convenient. The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

I liked how easy it was to book the hotel online. And even when our last flight got canceled and we missed getting checked in we were able to call and make sure they checked us in so we wouldn’t lose the rest of our nights that we had booked. Then we wanted to stay an extra three nights, and they accommodated that with no problem at all. The service was great, the rooms were very nice and the food was excellent. I would recommend

When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

The staff are very attentive, and the room is spacious enough for a family to stay in without feeling cramped. It's also convenient for getting around and dining. Highly recommended for families traveling with children.

Excellent location! It's right by the subway station, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street, all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the city, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and polite, and they helped us carry our luggage during check-in, which was a nice touch. The room itself was acceptable, and most facilities were fine. However, the floor cleanliness needs improvement, as it was dirty when we arrived. Other than this issue, everything else was okay. With better cleaning, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
