KKITTISAK.KHomeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Street Railway Station Airport Bus Store) This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable. The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested. The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true. One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves. One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help. During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier. Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves. Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

LLieu Munn LoongI have had a 4-night stay at this Homeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street) Room #308 from 23 to 27 March 2026. The Hotel is located very near the popular 1.5km Central Street (a must-go for people who love to immerse Russian architectural of the golden era). There are many eateries and shops along this pedestrian street, so it is extremely convenient to hunt for food, especially the Russia cuisines. The Hotel itself is not old and run down as it appears quite new, however, the building can be quite old and it can be better maintained by the building owner. It has a modest but modern lobby with welcoming sofas, with free serving of hot coffee and tea, plus free supply of bottled water! It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, whenever I ask for directions and recommendations of food and places of interest. The hotel family room that I have booked is about 400sq ft - it is meant for 3! The decoration is contemporary and modern, and the double-glazed has helped to shut the traffic noise off near 100%. It is certainly spacious and clean, with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, a small sofa set, and a big TV. It does not have a so called proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the very big shower room that is separated from the powerful WC. It has strong water pressure for comfortable showers everyday. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking. The Hotel also has a laundry room that provides free washing and drying for hotel guests. Within the laundry comes with a treadmill, a stationery bicycle, and a workout station for guests who wish to do some simple exercise. The hotel also offers daily breakfast buffets at about ¥49 per pax, which is limited in variety but it gives a good start for the day. At SGD S$36 per night for a very spacious room without breakfast , I find it extremely value for money, and I will surely choose to stay here again when I visit Harbin again to experience the magical winter world!

GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, with a mattress that was just the right balance of firm and soft. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly every night. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Even small details like USB charging ports and blackout curtains were thoughtfully provided. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, making it truly excellent value for money.

JJa ChnThis was my second trip to Harbin, and after a really bad experience with a hotel near the airport on my first visit (they sold my booking to a terrible guesthouse), I've always been wary and distrustful of hotels in that area. However, this stay completely changed my mind! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for the airport. They even called me in advance to ask for my flight arrival time, and shortly after landing, I received a call for my pickup – super hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bed was just the right firmness, making for a very refreshing night's sleep. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch, and the toiletries were of good quality. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they were very responsive to any requests I had. Plus, breakfast was included. Overall, this was an excellent stay, offering fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserStayed 2 nights in a Loft-style room at Orange Hotel (Harbin) in January 2026. Location: Great if you're shopping for winter clothes — just one block from St. Sophia Cathedral and close to shopping areas. However, it's about 20 minutes' walk to Central Street / Central Market. The surrounding area feels quiet and a bit empty, with only one convenience store nearby. Check-in and staff: No bellhop, so you carry your own luggage up a few steps. Staff were friendly and efficient — nothing fancy, but check-in was smooth and no issues. Room: The loft room was nicely spacious with high ceilings and a two-level layout, so it never felt cramped. Everything was clean and tidy. The view was nothing special. Downsides: The stairs creak loudly (hard to sneak to the bathroom at night without waking your partner). The upper loft bedroom gets quite warm because heat rises, and the whole building uses central heating. Big plus: windows open fully, so you can cool it down easily. The bed was firm/hard — typical for Harbin, and actually good for your back. Breakfast: Skip it. The selection was very limited: overcooked eggs, microwaved-looking buns, oily noodles, fried meats, fake orange juice, almost no fruit or yogurt, and no proper coffee. You're much better eating out nearby. Overall: Decent value for a spacious, clean room in a convenient shopping spot, but don't expect luxury or great food. Fine for a short stay if location fits your plans, but nothing wow-worthy. This version keeps your honest points, cuts repetition, fixes typos, improves flow, and makes it easier/faster to read while staying natural.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

MM496776****Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point! The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay. The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

11381072****The hotel is quite old, and the furniture is dated. However, the location is excellent, very close to the train station, Central Avenue, and the subway station. What I really can't understand is the faucet's position in picture 1; it's too close to the basin, causing water to splash everywhere, and the drainage isn't good either.
