"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was spotless, so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom was also very clean with no water stains in the shower corner, and the toilet was disinfected with no odor. Even the curtains were electric, which was a nice touch. The hotel's laundry room was also excellent, fully equipped with new and smart facilities. The staff provided attentive service throughout, helping with luggage very quickly. The room offered a fantastic view of the lake, allowing me to fully appreciate nature. The lighting and ventilation were superb, the room decor was cozy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It felt even more comfortable than being at home! Absolutely great value for money."

"The location is fantastic, right downstairs from St. Sophia Cathedral, making it super convenient to get around. Everyone, from the front desk to room service, was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was a wonderful travel and stay experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!"

Since I was traveling with a child, I was a bit worried about a strong 'new renovation' smell before checking in, but my concerns were completely unfounded – there wasn't any odor at all. The location is absolutely superb, just a one-minute walk to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. I'd definitely choose this place again next time! Highly recommend!"

"Traveling with my little one, this hotel was the last one I booked but the first I checked into. We arrived late at night from the airport, and it turned out to be much better than expected – even better than the other hotels we've stayed at. I loved it! 😍 Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again. The front desk even gave us a fridge magnet, which was a lovely touch. The candied hawthorns from the shop next to the hotel are absolutely delicious; we bought four and couldn't get enough! It's right by Saint Sophia Cathedral and not far from Central Street, which is super convenient."

"I stayed for several days and every front desk staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They helped with my luggage and responded quickly to all my requests. The room facilities were fantastic, with everything controlled by a smart AI system. All the furnishings looked brand new, showing great attention to detail. The location is superb, making it easy to get around. Even though it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no new-hotel smell. The heating in the room was excellent. The front desk staff even recommended some delicious local specialties, and we got to try the frozen pears and persimmons, which were amazing! Overall, it was a very comfortable trip, and I highly recommend it."

"The hotel facilities are brand new and the service is very attentive. The fruit tea in the lobby every day is a warm comfort after a day out. There are also private small rooms in the back area of the lobby that can be used for guests to work, which is very thoughtful. There are two minor drawbacks: 1. In the twin room, only one bed has a bedside lamp, which is very inconvenient. 2. On the first day of my stay, there were stains on the floor of the room, so housekeeping needs to be improved. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful, especially the unbeatable location. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Harbin in the future!"

"The hotel boasts a great location, situated at the northernmost end of Central Street. A right turn outside leads directly to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. It also features its own parking lot, a rarity for hotels on Central Street. However, be aware that the rooms are relatively small. The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel."

"The front desk offers freshly ground coffee, which is a nice touch. They're very pet-friendly and the service is good. The room size is decent, but the bathroom had an odor that even opening the window couldn't fix. Closing the bathroom door helped though. They also provide disposable toilet seat covers and a fruit platter."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Originally, I booked it as a transitional stay between 1903 and Aoluguya. But the room gave me the impression that the owner only wants to make money in winter – is this really what you get for 300 RMB? The hardware is top-notch, and the bedding is super comfortable. You can tell there are thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the bathtub door that opens and closes to suit different guests, and you can even watch TV while soaking. The small courtyard is also lovely with a little pond, which I imagine would be fun for a dip in the summer. The slippers were comfy too. I actually missed breakfast because the bed was so comfortable I just slept right through it 😂. There's one minor complaint: the sink faucet doesn't have an aerator, but the bathtub faucet does. It doesn't really affect anything though. The toilet isn't electric, but personally, I'm not bothered by those things, and a non-electric toilet actually fits the hotel's overall style quite well. Overall, even though it was an upgraded room type, the biggest difference between room types is just the size, but the price difference isn't huge. I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more for a better stay. Even though it's next to the street, it's very quiet. I'd definitely choose this hotel again in the future; it's genuinely good."
