Facilities: The elevators on the 3rd floor of the main hotel building are super photogenic. Cleanliness: The hotel room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is right next to a scenic spot and very close to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff are very patient. The only minor drawback was during check-in, there was a person with shoulder-length short hair next to the front desk who was speaking very loudly and rudely, making it hard for me to hear the front desk staff. I hope this can be improved.

I absolutely love this hotel! The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were excellent, answering all my questions patiently and thoughtfully. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but right in the Baroque Quarter. It's not far from the subway station, making transportation very convenient, and there's even a private parking lot, which is a huge plus if you're driving. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse exceeded our expectations! Before we even arrived, they called to ask about our estimated check-in time and if we had any special requests. Since we were traveling with a child, I asked for a bed rail, kids' slippers, and a toothbrush, and they had almost everything ready when we checked in. It's very child-friendly; our double room even had a footstool, so we didn't have to worry about the baby falling off the bed. The overall decor of the room was great and perfect for taking photos. I also have to commend the ladies at the front desk. They were very polite, and they were constantly delivering breakfast in high heels, which must have been quite tiring. Thumbs up to them!

As for facilities and hygiene, the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the Songhua River, which is a big plus. The room was quite clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. They even gave us Haagen-Dazs ice cream vouchers! Overall, the service was decent. However, the soundproofing could definitely be improved, and the area around the hotel is a bit chaotic with all the flower, bird, and fish markets.

For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me.

If I come to Harbin again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. A clean and comfortable accommodation is really important when traveling, otherwise it will affect your enjoyment of the trip. The hygiene details here were truly exceptional; there wasn't a single water stain in the bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable, with a down comforter and a mattress that was just the right firmness. It was a very comfortable stay. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. There's a night market and morning market on Caoshi Street nearby, and there are also convenience stores around. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to St. Sophia Cathedral for just a few yuan. Bus route 56 is a half-hour bus ride from the Flood Control Monument and the Songhua River. Highly recommended!
