Our trip to Yabuli was made even more perfect thanks to our stay at Wenxuege! The room itself was beyond amazing—clean, tidy, and so cozy. It was decorated with incredible taste, and you could tell a lot of thought went into every little detail. We felt so comfortable, completely at home, without that usual detached feeling you get when traveling. But the host's service truly warmed our hearts. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic, answering all our questions and even proactively recommending fun local activities. They treated us like family, and the experience was just fantastic. The biggest surprise was their exclusive ten-mu (about 1.6-acre) vegetable garden! All the vegetables were organic and so fresh they practically burst with juice. We got to pick them ourselves, and that farm-to-table experience was just magical. The freshly picked veggies tasted incredible with just simple cooking. This stay was absolutely worth it, I highly recommend it!

The hotel is ideally located right on Central Street. Its rich historical charm is a significant selling point. Since my child and I have different routines, I listened to the hotel's introduction twice – once with my husband and once with my child – and the experiences were quite different. The first young lady rattled through the information quickly, almost like reciting from memory. However, the second gentleman was very enthusiastic, telling stories, reminding us to record and take photos, interacting with my child, and even offering to get house-made yogurt for the little one, which was wonderful. The hotel introductions seem to follow a standard template and are a bit too short. Adding more stories would enhance the experience; for example, the introductions at Suzhou Nan Yuan Hotel are particularly engaging. The hotel kettle is truly ancient. The lid pops open while boiling water, and it doesn't automatically switch off when the water boils, leading to it boiling dry. This is genuinely poor and poses a safety hazard. At breakfast, I asked for sesame oil for my child's noodles, and the noodle-making auntie initially said there wasn't any. I then asked if she could get some from the back kitchen, and she did eventually get some for my child. Overall, the stay was decent, but as a five-star hotel, it needs to improve its service, facilities, and staff training.

Recommended homestay to stay as it is really close to Yabuli ski resort. It just 15mins to the location. Muslim friendly homestay as it also provide vegetarian food. The host is really accommodating and friendly. in terms of communication with the host, we just use we chat but as a suggestion, host should buy the translation device for seamless ad fast communication. Location: - 15 mins to Yabuli Ski Resort - 10 mins to Restaurants (close to muslim restaurant too) Accommodation: - 10/10 Clean - Interior is really modern and the room is really big - Doubting to stay here? No! Absolutely will come again as the homestay is really beautiful - Washing machine and dryer is provided - You can even have a quick excercise with a good view - In house restaurant where you can just go downstairs and order your food here and they will call you once the food is ready. In terms of price? A bit pricey? - Food? Delicious! Totally chinese cuisine. Host: - Good hospitality - Friendly and helpful - You can just ask the host for any activities that you want to do, he can help you. P/s: For Yabuli Skit Resort, I recommend you to book by yourself because I almost get scam. The ski trainer asked us to pay double for the ski lesson which this trainer is recommended by the homestay staff. - He can help you to arrange for transportation to Snow Town or Snow village. All transportation booking can be arranged by him.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were all incredibly professional; check-in at the front desk was quick and smooth, and any issues we had were addressed promptly. Everyone was warm, polite, and attentive. The biggest pleasant surprise was how pet-friendly the hotel is – it made traveling with our furry friend so much easier, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Our room was clean and quiet, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Sunac Land and within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for leisure activities. Finding a hotel in Harbin that welcomes pets, offers great service, and is right next to an amusement park is truly rare. We’ll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Harbin – highly recommended!

The hotel's decor is absolutely lovely, a beautiful blend of Chinese and European styles that feels incredibly welcoming, just like home. The rooms are spotless, and the service is very attentive. They even have their own parking lot, and the facilities are comprehensive. Breakfast is delicious, and the location is super convenient for getting around, with bus stops and a subway station nearby. The overall environment is great.

The host is very nice when I get there I have a fever host bring me to clinic and take very good care of me. Next time i will choose this hotel again. The restaurant inside the hotel is very delicious!!!

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

The rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I never expected to find such a peaceful haven right in the middle of a bustling city. The soundproofing in the rooms is surprisingly good; once you close the door, you're completely cut off from the outside noise. What impressed me most was the bathroom – the shower had amazing water pressure, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. For anyone looking for a moment of tranquility during their travels, this place is an excellent choice.
