"The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Harbin Station with a subway entrance right nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also within walking distance of Saint Sophia Cathedral, Central Street, and Daoli Vegetable Market. The hotel environment is great, with smart room controls throughout. Housekeeping diligently cleans and replenishes toiletries every day. We were traveling with a child who needed a nap, and the hotel kindly granted us a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. "This hotel is really great! The location is excellent, the room facilities are complete, and it's clean and tidy. The service is warm and friendly. On the first floor, there's a washing machine and a coffee machine, and they provide complimentary water and drinks in the room. Being close to the street, it can be a bit noisy if you open the window, but it's very quiet once you close it. The only downside is a slight sewer smell from the drain, which they should ideally fix. The hotel is just a block away from Central Street, and both bus and subway stations are close by. Diagonally opposite the hotel is the Old Synagogue Concert Hall, which is definitely worth a visit. If you walk one traffic light to the left, you'll find the Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, which gets very crowded and closes at 9 AM. To the right, you can go to Lena Fox for Russian cuisine. Another traffic light further on, there's a fresh supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend this hotel!"

They even kindly provided a fruit platter, which I truly recommend to everyone! The only downside was that I had arranged with them the day before for some packed snacks for an early departure, but when I arrived downstairs on time in the morning, nothing was prepared. We were rushing to catch our train, and our Didi driver was getting a bit impatient. We ended up grabbing the snacks in a hurry and rushing off."

The facilities are brand new and in perfect condition, with convenient smart controls. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a great design. Hygiene is impeccable; there wasn't a single water stain or smudge on the vanity or in the shower, and the bedding was soft and spotless. The service was attentive and discreet; the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, and any requests were handled promptly. It's just a few minutes' walk from the attractions, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining."

XXiaoxuhaoThe Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel is truly amazing, and my kid absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, right on Dongfeng Street near Central Avenue, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral. It's a century-old Russian-style hotel with a historic elevator that guests can experience. They also offer a free costume change and photo service, and complimentary tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum.
The room interiors are also incredibly beautiful, with a magnificent Russian palace style – perfect for photoshoots after changing into costumes.
The service here is outstanding. We received a room upgrade upon check-in, and every staff member enthusiastically shared the hotel's history, paid attention to our needs, and answered all our questions warmly. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel also has a spacious backyard, perfect for a relaxing stroll in the morning or evening. The biggest surprise was the delightful scent in the lobby; it instantly made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. The entire stay was just so pleasant. They even provided a baby gate and memory foam pillows… I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Harbin. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours.
The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip.
The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy.
More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

HHuanggBooked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable.
I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station.
To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax.
Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

MM43726****Since we arrived at the hotel by train at 8 AM, they had a dedicated luggage storage room with surveillance, so we felt completely secure leaving our bags. We went out for breakfast and came back to wait in the lounge area for a bit. The sofas were super comfortable, and they had a great variety of drinks. As soon as a clean room was ready, the front desk attendant immediately called us to check in and even upgraded our room type. It was the earliest check-in I’ve ever experienced! Before booking, I'd seen some negative reviews, so the first thing I did when we got to the room was check for cleanliness. It was spotless – not even a water mark on the bathroom floor. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and dry. We booked for two nights, and on the second day, housekeeping gently knocked to ask if we needed service. When we said no, they still replenished our toilet paper and bottled water. The service was absolutely impeccable. The hotel also provides washing machines and garment steamers, and even complimentary laundry detergent.

ZZhuqueqiwuThe rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.
