I specifically booked this hotel because a friend recommended it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was warm (I needed a humidifier), and the hotel itself was nice and quiet.

The room was really spacious, and the wooden decor made it feel incredibly cozy. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept soundly. The small sofa and coffee table in the living area were perfectly arranged for relaxing. The lighting design was also well thought out, with warm tones that were very comfortable. Service was prompt, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip! 👍

This newly opened hotel in Qunli completely exceeded my expectations, from the service to the room quality. It will definitely be my top choice for friends visiting Harbin in the future. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, answering all my questions and tirelessly explaining the room features, which honestly made me feel very comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, soundproofing is good, and all toiletries are provided. The minibar items are more than sufficient. Breakfast is outstanding, easily meeting a four-star standard, and the quality is great. The best part, though, is the staff – from the front desk to the housekeeping, their service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

I chose Runheng Hotel for my trip to Harbin this time, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – I simply have to give it a great review! 🛏️ Room Experience: We stayed in a twin-bed room with a bathtub. The layout was very well thought out, and it felt perfectly spacious for two people. The bathtub was clean and hygienic, perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue after exploring. The 1.5-meter wide twin beds are also very accommodating for groups or families. 🍽️ Dining Delights: The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great, setting us up for an energetic start to the day. I especially want to commend the afternoon tea – it was exquisite and delicious, providing a wonderfully relaxing moment during our travels. ❤️ Service Details: This is truly the main reason I want to recommend this hotel! The housekeeping auntie would proactively replenish our Sprite and iced tea every day when she cleaned the room, and that feeling of being looked after was wonderful. What touched me most was when we returned to the hotel on a rainy day, the manager actually came out with an umbrella to greet us at the entrance. This level of 'home away from home' service is truly rare to find in hotels these days. In short, both the hardware and software were impeccable. I will definitely choose Runheng Hotel again for my next visit to Harbin!

We lived in a suite, the room was large and very happy. But the furniture in the room obviously did not match the room. It may be the furniture in the family room or the standard room that is directly taken over. There is a simple chair, a small coffee table, a table for debris. In short, the huge living room is really huge, that's all. The wardrobe and bedside table in the bedroom are also very simple. The wardrobe has no door and the bedside table drawer is fake. The main focus is that this is the preferred hotel of Ctrip. I don't know what the standard of Ctrip's preferred is. It was originally for this preferred choice, but now the trust in the preferred has decreased. The price of the suite is not cheap, but the furniture facilities are really too lax. The suite should be better. It's a bit wrong with the brand of Starway Hotel. Also, the heating in the room is too powerful. It's not hot. Later sleep needs to open the window of the living room, otherwise it will not sleep hot. The advantage of the hotel, I feel that the location is OK, it is not far to take a taxi. There are everything to eat on the side, and it is not very far to stroll. It is also very quiet outside at night and will not be noisy to sleep. There is also a little hotel entrance without a slope, there are stairs, you have to carry your luggage up to the hotel door. The hotel is not independent, several floors to several floors are hotels, other floors have other companies, it feels a bit messy.

This European-style hotel boasts a magnificent lobby, dining area, and public spaces. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and high-quality. The surrounding environment is lush with greenery and flowers, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I stayed here for quite a while this time, and the nearby Music Corridor is great for photos, the Music Park is bursting with blooming flowers, and the lotus flowers at Yuyang Park are also in full bloom. It's truly a wonderful place for a business trip.

I arrived at the hotel almost 11 PM last night, and the front desk lady saw how tired I was with my luggage. She not only quickly checked me in but also specially brought me a cup of hot tea to warm me up. I was instantly touched! The room was clean and hygienic, and the soundproofing was great. I was really happy with my choice of the Anazan Landscape Hotel for this trip. The front desk processed check-in very quickly, and the lobby managers (both the young man and young woman) spoke so gently. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
