Novotel Harbin Zhongyang Street

Service: Every detail was handled with care, and the staff were warm and patient throughout. We had no issues at all; the experience was perfect. Location: Right next to the Hagia Sophia, with great views and convenient access to everything.

Brought my parents to Harbin for a trip and they absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the amenities were impeccable. The location was also very convenient; we'd go downstairs every evening for a stroll around Sophia Square, which was really pleasant. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very attentive. This hotel will definitely be on our list for future stays.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right across the street from Daoli Market, making it super convenient to get anywhere. I was so lucky to have a room with a view of Saint Sophia Cathedral. The breakfast quality was great, and the coffee was good. A pleasant surprise was the incredibly fresh raw vegetables with dipping sauce and egg sauce – very unique and special.

What a pleasant surprise to discover a newly opened Novotel right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral in Harbin! My stay far exceeded expectations. Everything, from the room's layout and spaciousness, the comfort of the mattress, the plush feel of the carpet, the softness of the towels, the overall cozy room design, the practical placement of power outlets, to the additional comfortable appliances, truly showcased the quality of an international hotel. We decided to extend our stay on the very first day, and I'm so grateful to the front desk for their seamless check-in and extension arrangements. Even late at night, they were actively assisting us by communicating our requests to the night shift. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices! I highly recommend everyone visiting Harbin to check out this place!

Great location, right next to St. Sophia Cathedral, and within walking distance to Central Street. The room was clean and had a simple, modern design, consistent with Novotel's usual standards. The gym and laundry room were fully equipped, and the breakfast was varied and high-quality. I also really liked the hotel's scent.

I arrived a bit early, and the front desk clerk was incredibly helpful. He proactively arranged for an early check-in for the elderly people in my group, which was much appreciated. I had booked two rooms, and he even thoughtfully upgraded one so that both rooms could be next to each other – a big thank you for that! The mattresses were very comfortable, and the city view from the window was beautiful. The self-service laundry room was also very convenient.

I was surprised to find a new Novotel in Harbin, so I booked a few nights to check it out. To my delight, it was fantastic! First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, directly overlooking St. Sophia Cathedral, and within walking distance of Central Street. You get an unobstructed view of the cathedral. Secondly, the hotel is very new, and the decor and color scheme are quite similar to Novotels abroad, but the room sizes here are significantly more spacious. The breakfast caters to various needs, and they even had Guobaorou (fried sweet and sour pork)! Even though it's a new hotel and likely still in its adjustment phase, the front desk staff provided excellent service. The only minor drawback is that there are only two elevators, which I imagine could lead to longer waiting times during peak season when occupancy is high. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

The overall ambiance is elegant and comfortable, and the public areas are well-maintained. The room is spacious with new and functional facilities, and the soundproofing is excellent. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently satisfying, attentive, and thoughtful. It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure stays, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The room was fantastic, with brand-new facilities. It even had an air purifier. Everything, from the amenities to the service, felt very thoughtfully designed. The suite had a great layout, and the TV casting worked flawlessly. The desk was at the perfect height, and the office chair was comfortable whether sitting cross-legged or upright. When I needed a break from work, I could just look out the window at the view. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was particularly good. The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. I didn't need a car for two days of sightseeing, as I could walk to all the attractions. It's also very close to both the morning and night markets, and there are tons of great food options nearby. The robot delivery service was quick and convenient. All in all, I was extremely satisfied.
