Excellent location, with the subway right across the street. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and answered all our questions – truly top-notch! They even upgraded us to a suite. The room was spotless and I had a very comfortable sleep for all four nights. Absolutely fantastic!

The room was spacious and bright, with convenient smart room controls and ample underfloor heating, making it exceptionally warm in the Northeast winter. The bedding and pillows were incredibly comfortable, like sinking into a cloud; even those with sensitive sleep could get a good night's rest. Breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a wide variety of options, and the noodles were especially delicious. The 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM service was perfect for those who like to sleep in. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with quick check-in and check-out. They even offered complimentary drinks and weather updates – the attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommended for those who value a comfortable experience!

Great! The hotel is located right next to the south gate of the engineering university, offering excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The receptionist is friendly and attentive, and the room is well-heated and cozy.

The decor style is a bit like Lavande Hotels. The service attitude was excellent; I arrived early by train, looking disheveled, and called to ask about early check-in. They were very enthusiastic and said it was fine, so I checked in around 9 AM. The transportation is quite convenient, with the subway station just a two-minute walk away. Next to it are the Confucius Temple, a university, and a residential complex, so it's very quiet. Across the street are restaurants, making dining easy. Most attractions are accessible by bus or subway, and a taxi ride is only about 10-20 RMB. I came for a concert, and it was also peak tourist season in Harbin. Given that Hanting hotels nearby were starting at 400 RMB even with a Huazhu Platinum membership, I was very satisfied to find a hotel with even better conditions for just over 240 RMB. I highly recommend it for tourists; it offers exceptional value for money.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean. Their long-standing reputation for quality is trustworthy. It was really great; I was in a good mood and had a wonderful trip. Harbin didn't disappoint me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Very quiet and clean, very close to Hadong Station. The owner is very kind. First, he found out that I had trouble sleeping and adjusted a quiet room. Second, he took the initiative to send me to the station. Third, he made a good recommendation for Bincheng. I will definitely stay here again next time I come.

The 2 ladies at the reception gave us very good service and very helpful. However, when we need help to carry our bags down as we have difficulty, the cleaning ladies said it is not their job and scolded the reception staff for helping us. In the end another gentleman and the reception staff help us. Other then that room and others good

The location of the hotel is good, 8mins walk to the engineering university station. The hotel facilities is relatively new although it is only 2 star. The cleanliness is up to standard, I think I could give a 4/5 star rating! Recommended to others! Btw try not to get the corner room, the room space will be smaller as compared to others. The room is not very spacious but enough for just a short 3 days stay! The breakfast was ok, variety is good for 18RMB and taste was ok. I recommend if you are not in a hurry or tired, try to explore outside.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is very delicious. I like to eat the fried noodles. The rooms are very clean. Hanting is my first choice when traveling. There is a self-service washing machine on the second floor. I like it very much. The service attitude of the waiters is also good and considerate. I will stay there next time I come to Erbin. will come.
