XXiaoxuhaoThe Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel is truly amazing, and my kid absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, right on Dongfeng Street near Central Avenue, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral. It's a century-old Russian-style hotel with a historic elevator that guests can experience. They also offer a free costume change and photo service, and complimentary tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum.
The room interiors are also incredibly beautiful, with a magnificent Russian palace style – perfect for photoshoots after changing into costumes.
The service here is outstanding. We received a room upgrade upon check-in, and every staff member enthusiastically shared the hotel's history, paid attention to our needs, and answered all our questions warmly. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

The rooms are comfortable, and the area around the hotel is exceptionally quiet. It's also pet-friendly and has a backyard. Behind the hotel, there's a beautiful artificial lake, perfect for a stroll. There's an indoor pool, and a shopping mall is very close, making shopping convenient. It's a bit far from Central Street, but acceptable. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will continue to support this hotel.

TTongyifeiyangOur family of three traveled to Harbin during the Dragon Boat Festival. Since our daughter wanted to visit the Siberian Tiger Park, we booked this five-star hotel nearby. Although it's a bit far from the city center in Songbei, the hotel generally exceeded our expectations. First, the doorman was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy. What surprised us most was the incredible water pressure in the shower, even on the seventeenth floor; showering was incredibly comfortable. We've stayed in a few five-star hotels these past few days, and this one had the best shower experience by far. Also, the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any outside noise. The view from the window was also lovely, as the hotel is right next to the Songhua River.

I hope more people get to experience the charm of Northeast China. It would be great if they could offer more discounts for families with children on breakfast, as kids really don't eat much.

The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby has a Russian-style decor, perfect for taking photos. The room was very comfortable with a tasteful design. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. It's also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

JJ1225This stay far exceeded my expectations! It's definitely the go-to river-view hotel when you're in the area. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed, front-row view of the river. During the day, you can lie in bed and watch boats gently pass by, the shimmering water is incredibly therapeutic. As night falls, the city lights on both banks reflect on the river, creating a stunning and romantic scene. You get to enjoy a gorgeous night view without even leaving the hotel, and every photo you take turns out amazing.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just off Central Street. Parking spots are limited but there's an attendant who registers vehicles, so you don't have to fight for a spot.
The breakfast is quite rich, and while the afternoon tea snacks are just okay, the coffee has a very generous milk ratio.
The room design is quite good, and the facilities are well-maintained. However, there's no overhead light above the desk, and the desk lamp only has one brightness setting, which is so bright that even the side glare makes the laptop screen look washed out.
Upon check-in, the front desk changed my room type (the one I originally booked had an overhead light above the desk) without informing me, and the room didn't include a razor, which was explicitly listed among the toiletries. These two points fell short of my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
