The hotel offers a free shuttle service and has a lovely back garden. With an amusement park nearby and fantastic amenities like a gym and swimming pool, it really exceeded my expectations! The common areas are also clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent, very professional and provided clear check-in instructions. Housekeeping was meticulous and the room was spotless, with plenty of toiletries. Highly recommended, it's a pet-friendly hotel too!

The Grand Mercure Harbin Sophia Church is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the rooms are really comfortable. Great care is taken in selecting and appreciating tea utensils, arranging and decorating the tearoom's calligraphy and paintings, and even in the construction of the tearoom itself. The Japanese view the tea ceremony as a means of self-cultivation, enhancing cultural literacy, and socializing.

I had a unique memory of the 'Ice City' in early September while staying at Oulugoya. The hotel is located on the north bank of the Songhua River, offering a rare sense of tranquility and leisure, away from the hustle and bustle of Central Avenue in Daoli District. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet stay. The 42nd-floor lobby bar and executive lounge offer a 270-degree panoramic view of the river and city, which was a major reason for choosing this hotel. It allowed me to avoid crowds and enjoy the northern sunset in solitude – every photo I took was incredibly therapeutic. The only minor drawbacks were the limited surrounding amenities, with most good restaurants being a 3-5 minute drive away. Also, every time I needed to go up or down, I had to go to the 42nd-floor lobby, and the card sensor for the elevator didn't always work perfectly. However, there was a girl named Shuqi outside the lounge who patiently explained things to guests with great attention to detail. During our conversation, she also introduced me to the hotel's brand philosophy and essence, which indeed aligns perfectly with my travel and vacation needs. Thanks for this time spent with Oulugoya. We'll meet again, just like mountains and rivers do. ^_^

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

Here are a few highlights: - The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. - Great value for money, with amenities like free ground parking, charging stations, and a swimming pool. - Proactive and detailed service, with smooth and hassle-free processes at every step. - Excellent location, environment, and service. Five-star rating!

This hotel is located in the Central Street business district, making it convenient for shopping. It has five floors, but the building is quite old, and in my opinion, it doesn't quite meet a five-diamond standard. First, the pros: The rooms in Block A are spacious and well-renovated. The hotel was proactive in addressing issues, and the service attitude was good. The location is convenient, being just over 500 meters from Central Street and the Songhua River, so it's not too far. Taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Now for the cons: The cleanliness wasn't great; I found hair in the corners of the floor after checking in. The facilities also weren't up to par; for example, the hairdryer was broken, and each room seemed to have a different brand of hairdryer. The electric kettle was hot to the touch, and the hot water temperature for showering during the day wasn't high. The restaurant had limited variety, and the food quality was average. There's basically no view from the window. Finally, a major complaint: If you've booked a room in Block B, I'd recommend not staying there. The room decor is cheap, and the view from the window is terrible, mostly power lines. Block B is separated from Block A by a central garden, and the breakfast restaurant is in Block A. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and Trip.com's service, as issues were actively coordinated and resolved immediately. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the hotel stay itself. I booked based on Trip.com's five-diamond rating, choosing to trust the platform, but the actual experience was significantly different from a five-diamond standard. I suggest the platform strictly vet hotels to prevent inflated reviews from affecting ratings and misleading consumers. This is a genuine stay and an objective review, hoping to help other consumers and encourage the hotel to improve its hardware facilities and operate based on real quality.

1. There were only two staff members checking people in, and it took almost 15 minutes to complete the check-in process. It was incredibly slow. 2. The hotel's shoehorn was broken! It wasn't until the third day of my stay that the housekeeping staff finally noticed and replaced it. This clearly shows the hotel doesn't inspect room amenities for damage or updates before guests check in. 3. The hotel gym equipment is generally good, but during my four-night stay, I went to the gym twice and there was no drinking water or towels available either time. On the positive side: 1. The hotel's pillows are the most comfortable I've slept on in any hotel in the past three years, bar none. 2. The hotel is located right next to wetlands, and the room was very quiet overall. There were absolutely no issues affecting my sleep. 3. The hotel's breakfast quality was good, basically satisfying all needs for both Chinese and Western cuisine. Overall, the hotel's price and quality are severely disproportionate. The value for money is not only poor, but it's even worse than a 500 yuan hotel next door. I won't be considering staying here again.

My stay at this hotel in Yabuli exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The surrounding environment is tranquil, and the air is fresh. The ski resort isn't open yet, so I couldn't ski this time, but it's perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back to hit the slopes when ski season arrives. Highly recommended!

When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had.
