NuonuonuonuonuonuojiangI was so glad to get a free upgrade from my original room to a suite! The hotel's butler and staff were incredibly friendly, providing such a wonderful emotional experience. They patiently and thoroughly explained the history of the hotel building and the antiques within it. The music box was particularly lovely, and the afternoon tea was excellent. The century-old elevator worked perfectly, making it truly feel like stepping back into the last century. The outfits provided were also perfect for photo ops in every corner of the hotel, with hoop skirts and hats available, making for stunning pictures! For breakfast, they even had Northeastern rice rolls and *Guo Bao Rou* (sweet and sour pork). Even though I went late, the *Guo Bao Rou* was still crispy!!

KkkkkrrissMy stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Harbin was fantastic! It's conveniently located near an amusement park and a shopping mall, making it super easy to enjoy entertainment, shopping, and dining. The hotel has a lovely back garden with a beautiful lake view. There's also a shuttle service to the amusement park. The robot service was a cool touch, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The family rooms are very popular, and it's even a pet-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

wujin7733Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip.
The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough.
Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel?
Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

Guest UserThe stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town.
The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice!
Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

Guest UserThey proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

The environment here is really great. We had a two-room suite, and the kids' room had a car-shaped bed with side rails, so my child slept very safely. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Song Chunyong from the restaurant for taking such good care of my child. Several other ladies in the restaurant were also very attentive, proactively asking if we needed anything and preparing food for our child. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they kindly extended our check-out time to 2 PM since our child was napping. We come here every week and always feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.

ShenlanbimuyuI originally bought a pre-sale voucher, but couldn't book a slot on the day, and it turned out to be even cheaper to just book directly. The location isn't very convenient; it took over 20 minutes to get here by taxi from Harbin Station, and the nearest subway is more than 2 kilometers away, so taxis are the only option for getting around. The room itself was pretty standard, and they provided bottled water, though I didn't recognize the brand. Service, however, deserves criticism. When checking in, I specifically paid for a late check-out, and the front desk confirmed a 4 PM check-out. Yet, at 2:40 PM, they called to rush me out! That left a really bad impression!

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!
