The Xueli Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Wanda Plaza Store) boasts an excellent location, right next to Haxi Wanda and Xicheng Hongchang, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the high-speed train station, which is a great relief for catching trains. Located on a high floor, the hotel offers expansive views. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, it's highly cost-effective and suitable for both leisure and business travelers visiting Harbin. Definitely recommended.

I highly recommend staying here. While the hotel is a bit older, the decor is excellent, and the design is very refined. There were quite a few guests staying as well. The breakfast is highly recommended, especially the sauerkraut dumplings – they taste very authentic. They also had sauerkraut with boiled pork slices (Suan Cai Chuan Bai Rou). The snowflake patterns on the carpet at the entrance show the hotel's thoughtfulness towards its guests and its original intention to promote Northeast China's ice and snow culture. However, for those traveling by car, I'd advise caution as parking spots in the front lot are quite limited. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. Turning right out of the hotel and walking a few hundred meters, there's a subway station – Kaisyuan Plaza – and right next to it is Wanda Plaza. My room wasn't very big, but the overall decor was cozy. It had a large window, and the sunset view in the evening was quite nice. The shower and toilet were separated, with the sink outside. My room was in a corner, right next to the hotel's linen room, so sometimes I could hear loud conversations from next door. The bed was made and towels were replaced daily, but only the bed and bottled water were replenished; the toilet and floor weren't cleaned. The hairdryer was an older model, and the hot air wasn't very comfortable. One thing I really disliked was that the room lights couldn't be controlled individually; there were only preset modes like 'sleep,' 'night,' 'lounge,' or 'movie.' It was either all off or all on. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which I appreciate 🌹🌹. Breakfast was a buffet located on the second floor, up the stairs next to the front desk. The selection was quite varied and rich, including steamed buns, porridge, noodles, rice, milk, bread, fruit, and yogurt. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for family trips, friends traveling together, or business travel.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was also very good – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room service was prompt and responsive. Any requests were quickly resolved, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, for this price, to enjoy such service and environment, it truly offers excellent value for money.

The Grand Mercure Harbin Sophia Church is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the rooms are really comfortable. It's an excellent choice for business travelers and families on vacation. Thumbs up for the great service! I highly recommend staying here!

Conveniently located with free parking, this hotel is a great choice if you're traveling by car. It's right next to the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. Across the street, you'll find Wanda Shopping Center and Harbin Red Square, so dining options are plentiful and delicious! The breakfast is also fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the service is superb! The only minor drawback is that the room isn't very spacious; it feels a bit cramped. Everything else is great though!

The hotel is clean and the staff are great and helpful. They even helped send over some of my Kuai di because I was trying to travel light and still had one more city to visit. However? The location isn’t that great. I did go through the reviews before booking and everybody boasted about how close this place is to Wanda. Wanda is a shopping more and you’ll see nothing in a mall besides what you always see in malls. For a better Harbin experience I would recommend a hotel close to Zhongyang Street or even better on the street itself if you don’t mind the hassle and hassle going on in the area. All in all. Great place to stay just not the best location, a different branch would have been better.

The main issue is that this can't really be called a hotel; it's more like a serviced apartment. You share the building with residents, just on different floors, and have to use the same elevators. The area around it is a bit messy, and the shopping mall across the street is vacant and looking for tenants. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the soundproofing wasn't great. The price is good, but it doesn't include breakfast. It might still suit your needs though.

If 100 is a perfect score, I'd give it a 95. The five points deducted are for: 1. When the coffee shop on the basement level isn't open, walking from the West Station means lugging luggage up the stairs as there's no direct elevator access to the hotel. This is a hardware flaw. 2. The shuttle service isn't 24/7. I was told the driver wasn't on duty and couldn't take me for my 7 AM train. If I had a daytime train, I probably wouldn't book a hotel this close. The whole point of booking a hotel so near is for early or late departures/arrivals, so a non-24/7 shuttle service is practically useless. 3. The cleaning staff didn't tidy up the disposable bathtub liner. I assume our suite was one of the few with a bathtub, so maybe they're not used to it. I came back after a day out to find the bathtub exactly as I'd left it the night before, so I had to clean it myself. This highlights inadequate hotel training. 4. They couldn't help pack breakfast. I had to go to the restaurant to pack it myself; it couldn't be taken directly from the front desk. This further wasted time for guests needing to catch a train, completely lacking the awareness expected of a hotel near a train station. 5. The front desk staff showed no remorse when several of my requests couldn't be met, acting justifiably. This further exposes insufficient training and questionable attitudes. Aside from these shortcomings, everything else was excellent. The suite was large, new, and very comfortable – a real pleasure to stay in. Compared to similarly priced options on Central Street, the value for money here is miles ahead. The bedding was comfortable, the layout was practical, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were good. It generally met my expectations.

Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the staff were polite and responsive. The bathroom facilities were in good condition with plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. It offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for business trips. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
