This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

Facilities: Since it's a renovated property, the facilities are generally fine. However, I feel the room size might not match the description. The water in the shower was constantly fluctuating between hot and cold – literally 55 seconds of cold water for every 5 seconds of hot. You had to shower really fast to catch the hot water, otherwise you'd freeze, or worse, get scalded. Hygiene: Overall, it was quite good. Service: The front desk staff were pretty amazing, very enthusiastic. The male staff were energetic, and the female staff were gentle and pretty. However, when I reported the hot and cold water issue around 7 PM during my stay, the female staff member at the front desk told me to bring it up with the next day's shift or when checking out. I was quite frustrated; a 10-minute shower ended up taking 40 minutes due to the extremely unstable water temperature. The restaurant service was also very good. The hotel's location is quite good as well.

Guo Hotel truly redefines comfort for me. From the hand sanitizer in the elevator to the humidifier and essential oil diffuser in the room, every detail shows thoughtful care. The lighting modes are user-friendly, and it's super convenient to control everything from the smart panel while lying in bed. The beef noodles for breakfast were a perfect match, and they even gave me a farewell gift when I checked out. This feeling of being treated like family definitely deserves high praise!

Service: Absolutely fantastic! They picked us up and dropped us off, helped with our luggage, and it was a private transfer just for us. The car was also very comfortable and spacious!!! Environment: The room was super big! The restaurant environment was also very nice and comfortable!! Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, and since we stayed a second night, it was cleaned very thoroughly! Facilities: The restaurant even has a fridge. We had leftover 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew), and they stored it for us. When we wanted to heat it up, they enthusiastically microwaved it for us, even using the restaurant's ceramic plates! So grateful!! You absolutely must choose this restaurant!!! There's a subway station downstairs, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Downstairs is also a BBQ street with tons of food options! Next to it is Harbin West Station, and they dropped us off at the closest point to the station, which we really appreciated! It was a huge help as we were in a hurry~!!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and diverse flavors. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around for sightseeing, entertainment, and dining. Overall, it's impeccable, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is not located along with the hotel lobby. The room is located in another unit, sharing the building with different hotels or commercial unit. Room card needed to reach the designated floor. Clean and quiet hotel, room is spacious with competitive rate. The only downside is if you ordered a delivery, some time the rider could not find you. My order was dislocated and I couldn’t find it at the end of the

Great Stay Near the Railway Station This hotel is in a very convenient location — just a short walk from the railway station. The staff were fantastic and friendly, and they even upgraded our room which we really appreciated. There’s a halal restaurant right next door, making it super easy to find good food. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

The front desk lady, seeing how tired I was, proactively offered me a cup of hot ginger tea and softly said, 'It's cold outside, warm yourself up before you go.' My fatigue instantly disappeared. What touched me even more was that the night before, because of the rain, I casually mentioned, 'It's so cold in Northeast China, my hands are frozen stiff.' The next morning, the housekeeping auntie quietly left a bunch of heat patches by my door with a note: 'It's cold, stay warm.' The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast featured authentic Northeastern dishes, both comforting and delicious. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently smiling and patient, proactively helping with luggage, calling taxis, and recommending local food. When you're constantly on the go, this kind of thoughtful warmth is truly invaluable. Mercure isn't just a hotel; it feels more like a temporary home. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely stay here again and recommend this warmth to all my friends.
