"First off, I want to praise the hotel staff's service – it was excellent. From the warm welcome at check-in to helping with luggage in the room, the constant smiling service made us feel incredibly welcome and truly showed the hospitality of Northeasterners. 👍 The breakfast was abundant, mainly featuring a wide variety of Chinese dishes like stir-fries and Lanzhou noodles. Western options were relatively fewer. If you opt out of the hotel breakfast, you could also try some snacks at the nearby Hongzhuan morning market, which is affordable, though inconvenient on rainy days. The location is a major plus. Just a short walk away is the Yangtze River, where many people gather in the evenings, playing with water guns. The expansive river view is very relaxing, and there are also many aunts and uncles dancing and singing. The hotel is about a 2-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. In Harbin, if you're traveling in a group, taking a taxi can be more cost-effective. On the downside, the bathroom drain was clogged on the day we checked in. Although it was eventually handled properly, I hope the hotel pays more attention to this issue and manages it better. The complimentary afternoon tea included fruit, milk tea, and some small pastries. It's suitable for an afternoon break, but the quality was just average. The room was clean. The toilet was automatic flushing and came with wet wipes. Complimentary toiletries and disposable compressed face towels were also provided, which was very convenient. The hotel's activity area isn't very large, but overall, if you're looking for convenient transportation, it's a good choice."

"The room was fantastic, a stylish and beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to get out. The projector was also great, making movie watching a fantastic experience. A very pleasant stay overall. The bathroom was fully equipped, providing shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, and contact lens solution. The kitchen even had dish soap, which was very thoughtful. Ordering takeout was convenient; the yogurt and fruit salad nearby was delicious. Aside from being a bit far from attractions like Central Street, there were almost no downsides. It would have been even better if the room had a mosquito repellent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the scenery. I suggest the hotel replace the curtains with blackout curtains, as it gets light very early, around 4 AM, which slightly disrupts sleep. Overall, a very wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin."

"We arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of August 8th. My room was on the 13th floor, operating more like a guesthouse. All the detailed information was sent via WeChat, making check-in very fast. The building has an elevator. The room size is ample, and the toilet and shower are completely separate. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, and the showerhead has a clear temperature display, so you won't accidentally scald yourself. The hotel's location is superb, just 120 meters from the Central Baroque and 30 meters from the Line 3 subway exit. Everything for dining, shopping, and sightseeing is nearby. Taxis are hard to come by and require a long wait. Overall, transportation isn't very convenient, and dining options are limited. You can order takeout from off the island. The air on the island is fantastic, truly a natural oxygen bar, but it gets very crowded during the day."
