Our stay at this new hotel was fantastic! The room was super spacious, perfect for two adults and a child. They even set up a sofa bed for us, so everyone had their own bed. Having a bathtub was a huge plus – after a day of digging for shells, a hot soak was incredibly relaxing for the little one. Our room on the 15th floor offered amazing views from the large window, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The self-service laundry was convenient, and my child thoroughly enjoyed the gym. The wontons at breakfast were delicious, and they even added beef! While the selection wasn't as vast as a Hilton, the quality of ingredients was outstanding. We especially loved the healthy salads with kale. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. It's only a 10-minute walk to Qinhuang Alley, and a short taxi ride to Xigang Garden, Jinmeng Coast, and Qianshuiwan. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qinhuangdao!

It's just a short walk to Harbin Railway Station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient whether you're catching a train or an early morning flight, without having to worry about finding a taxi or traffic jams. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily meals and shopping very easy. The hotel's signature white tea scent is very relaxing, and the minimalist, Zen-inspired wooden decor is simple and comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were enthusiastic and patient, providing detailed answers to all my travel route inquiries. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing exceeded expectations – I could sleep peacefully even though it was facing the street. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The large desk was convenient for some temporary work. The facilities are well-suited for business travelers; the self-service washer-dryer solved the problem of laundry while on a business trip. The breakfast spread was rich, with a variety of hot porridges, pastries, and side dishes that were fresh and delicious. For my trip to Harbin this time, I specifically chose to stay at the Longmen Guesthouse Hotel, and it was an excellent choice! This building, constructed in 1901, is a Class I protected heritage site. It's essentially a living museum, having previously served as significant venues like the Chinese Eastern Railway Administration Hotel and the Russian Consulate. What a storied past! Historical figures such as Marshal Zhang Xueliang and Pu Jie and his wife once stayed here, and General Chen Geng even hosted Qian Xuesen within its walls. Its location is also incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the railway station's South Square, making it super easy to get to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. The guest rooms are bright, clean, and elegantly decorated, beautifully blending the historic charm of the old architecture with modern comforts. Touching the century-old wooden windows feels like turning the pages of a three-dimensional history book – the overall experience was truly wonderful.

The hotel facilities are indeed a bit old. The first room we were given had inconsistent hot and cold water, making it impossible to shower. We had to buy a basin for takeout to mix water to a suitable temperature for our child's bath. We initially considered changing hotels, but after reporting the issue to the front desk the next day, they moved us to a different room, and we didn't have that problem anymore. After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days.
