The room was very cozy, and my child especially loved the smart home features throughout. The breakfast offered a rich variety. The transportation nearby is exceptionally convenient; the hotel is right across from Metro Line 2, making getting around a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage. The hotel is also close to all the attractions.

The location is incredibly convenient; it's right across from the cable car and metro station, and within walking distance to Central Street and Flood Control Memorial Tower. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The staff truly stand out for their exceptional warmth – from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, they're all very responsive. The restaurant is fantastic; breakfast is served until noon with a wide variety of dishes, including adorable 3D-printed yogurt! You can find everything from Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork), sausages, roasted chicken, shrimp, wontons, and dumplings, to ice cream. When checking out, the staff were incredibly helpful with luggage, opened the car door, and even said, 'Princess, please get in,' which was a lovely, ceremonious touch. The only thing that could be improved is that the hotel feels a bit dated. A renovation, especially replacing the carpets, would be great. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.

The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being so central. The hotel has a charming, vintage-chic vibe that really suits Harbin's unique character. While the facilities aren't brand new, they definitely don't feel cheap. My only minor gripe is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim for my taste. It's a huge plus that they have their own parking lot, which is quite rare. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Overall, I'd recommend it!

Food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot, which is incredibly convenient. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is super practical, making washing and drying clothes a breeze – a real must-have for business trips or travel. The room's soundproofing was also good, ensuring a quiet environment. Overall, the attention to detail was excellent, and the value for money is definitely there. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I particularly want to highlight the restaurant; the dining environment is spacious and comfortable, with a relaxed and uncrowded layout. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, including hot Chinese dishes, whole grains, and fruits, all fresh and promptly refilled. The entire hotel is clean and refreshing, with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. It's suitable for both short trips and extended stays. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

There were two women and one man at the front desk, and their service was excellent. One person, in particular, was incredibly helpful and even upgraded our room for free. Although the facilities are a bit old now, you can tell this used to be a really luxurious and high-end hotel.
