The room was very cozy, and my child especially loved the smart home features throughout. The breakfast offered a rich variety. The transportation nearby is exceptionally convenient; the hotel is right across from Metro Line 2, making getting around a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage. The hotel is also close to all the attractions.

All the staff were amazing! It was raining when we arrived, and parking was difficult, but the security guard at the entrance was already waiting for us at the parking lot entrance. He helped guide us to a spot, carried our child, and handled our luggage – truly fantastic. After check-in, the concierge offered warm towels for our hands, poured water, and helped transport our bags to the room. Within a minute, housekeeping delivered slippers and toiletries for our child. The restaurant was excellent, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. It was open from 7 AM to 12 PM, and they even brought yogurt for our child. The food selection was quite comprehensive. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the location is superb. We could see the Songhua River from our room, and it's very close to Central Avenue and St. Sophia Church. Turning right after exiting the hotel, there are various restaurants. At check-out, the concierge even gave us small gifts, including a fridge magnet because we had a child. Both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being so central. The hotel has a charming, vintage-chic vibe that really suits Harbin's unique character. While the facilities aren't brand new, they definitely don't feel cheap. My only minor gripe is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim for my taste. It's a huge plus that they have their own parking lot, which is quite rare. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Overall, I'd recommend it!

Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

Right across the street is Daoli Market, which is really convenient for buying food. The latex pillows and duvet were incredibly comfortable. We were traveling with a child, and the owner even provided an extra set of bedding, which was fantastic service!

My stay at Atour this time was very satisfying! 👍 The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room was clean, fresh, and odorless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept soundly. I even got to try Atour's third-generation deep sleep pillow and am thinking of getting one myself. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the staff was consistently friendly. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was fresh and delicious. Food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot, which is incredibly convenient. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is super practical, making washing and drying clothes a breeze – a real must-have for business trips or travel. The room's soundproofing was also good, ensuring a quiet environment. Overall, the attention to detail was excellent, and the value for money is definitely there. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

A really great hotel! The facilities are new, and there's parking available. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, and the train station. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The staff were all very attentive and polite, always greeting us kindly. It was truly a pleasant stay.

We chose a family room, and they provided three sets of toiletries, which was perfect for our two adults and two children. If we needed more, we could just call the front desk. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Harbin Station is within walking distance, or you can take the subway one stop, which is probably better. Just turn right out of the hotel and walk a few dozen meters to the Museum Station subway. One stop takes you directly to Harbin Station, and you don't even have to exit the subway to get to the train station entrance. A taxi costs the minimum fare of 9 yuan to get there. If you walk right out of the hotel, you'll find Fendou Road Deli, Fendou Fen Chang, and Qiulin Lidaosi a few hundred meters down, turning right at the corner with Mixue Bingcheng. Everything there is delicious, but be prepared for queues. Getting to the Ice and Snow World by subway is very convenient. On the way back, we got off at People's Square and walked about 7 minutes to Laochujia for some Guobaorou (fried pork in a sweet and sour sauce). As for hotel facilities, they're a bit dated. The family room has a walk-in closet and a living room bathroom. However, there was only one working electrical outlet in the entire room, so we had to take turns charging our devices. There's no laundry room, and breakfast is just average – enough to fill you up, but we couldn't bring ourselves to wake up early enough for the morning market.

Harbin Museum is also within walking distance. The hotel is very thoughtful, with breakfast served until 10 AM, and complimentary afternoon tea and evening congee available.
