The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!

This hotel is really great! First off, the location is excellent. It's directly across from the Cross-River Cableway Castle, right next to the Songhua River and Stalin Park, and very close to Central Street. Plus, there's a subway station right nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide earplugs and humidifiers. The breakfast spread is abundant, and you can enjoy authentic Harbin local snacks and Russian cuisine. Thirdly, let's talk about the service – it's truly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The lobby walls are covered with small cards offering various Harbin travel tips, which you can take as needed. The staff's enthusiasm makes you feel like they want to give you the very best. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being so central. The hotel has a charming, vintage-chic vibe that really suits Harbin's unique character. While the facilities aren't brand new, they definitely don't feel cheap. My only minor gripe is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim for my taste. It's a huge plus that they have their own parking lot, which is quite rare. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Overall, I'd recommend it!

Right across the street is Daoli Market, which is really convenient for buying food. The latex pillows and duvet were incredibly comfortable. We were traveling with a child, and the owner even provided an extra set of bedding, which was fantastic service!

In the evening, the restaurant offers late-night congee, and the congee and pickles are delicious. The breakfast ingredients are very fresh. The hotel's location, hardware facilities, and software services are all commendable. I highly recommend everyone to try it out!

The lobby lounge is clean and elegant, with a tidy and bright space, meticulously maintained throughout. I particularly want to highlight the restaurant; the dining environment is spacious and comfortable, with a relaxed and uncrowded layout. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, including hot Chinese dishes, whole grains, and fruits, all fresh and promptly refilled. The entire hotel is clean and refreshing, with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. It's suitable for both short trips and extended stays. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

We chose a family room, and they provided three sets of toiletries, which was perfect for our two adults and two children. If we needed more, we could just call the front desk. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Harbin Station is within walking distance, or you can take the subway one stop, which is probably better. Just turn right out of the hotel and walk a few dozen meters to the Museum Station subway. One stop takes you directly to Harbin Station, and you don't even have to exit the subway to get to the train station entrance. A taxi costs the minimum fare of 9 yuan to get there. If you walk right out of the hotel, you'll find Fendou Road Deli, Fendou Fen Chang, and Qiulin Lidaosi a few hundred meters down, turning right at the corner with Mixue Bingcheng. Everything there is delicious, but be prepared for queues. Getting to the Ice and Snow World by subway is very convenient. On the way back, we got off at People's Square and walked about 7 minutes to Laochujia for some Guobaorou (fried pork in a sweet and sour sauce). As for hotel facilities, they're a bit dated. The family room has a walk-in closet and a living room bathroom. However, there was only one working electrical outlet in the entire room, so we had to take turns charging our devices. There's no laundry room, and breakfast is just average – enough to fill you up, but we couldn't bring ourselves to wake up early enough for the morning market.

Had a really comfortable stay. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is fantastic. They even gave us a fridge magnet! The room was very warm, and it's right on Central Street, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The hotel room was clean, and there's a self-service laundry room on the 3rd floor. Right from the moment we arrived, someone was there to greet us at the hotel entrance, helping with our luggage. They also assisted us with our bags to the elevator after check-in, as there were steps. Similarly, when we left, someone helped us carry our luggage down the steps. The room was spacious, featuring a bathtub, sofa, and a recliner. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and even the shampoo was good. The location is great, perfect for a walk around Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Saint Sophia Cathedral. There are convenient stores, Russian restaurants, and 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew) places all within a short walk. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom glass door is a bit transparent. The shower area, in particular, faces directly into the room with little privacy. While this might be convenient for parents keeping an eye on young children during a family trip, it could be a bit awkward for older children, requiring some extra consideration for privacy.
