Although the room is a bit dated, it's very clean. The location is truly excellent, very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, and there are many restaurants within walking distance, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly.

My stay at Atour Hotel Harbin left me with an overall impression of a perfect blend of design aesthetics and practical functionality. The lobby, with its natural wood and warm lighting, offers a relaxed ambiance, featuring both the 'Zhuju' book bar for quiet reading and a self-service business area. The room layout was well-designed, with high-thread-count bedding that was skin-friendly and breathable. They even provide two pillow options (high and low), which is great for neck support. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had consistent water pressure. The toiletries had a light, natural fragrance. The smart panel in the room allowed for one-touch control of lights, curtains, and air conditioning. The blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a deep sleep even during the day. The soundproofing was surprisingly good; once the doors and windows were closed, I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The common areas include the 'Han Chu' gym, which, though not having a vast array of equipment, had enough for a decent workout, and a self-service laundry room with a dryer, which is incredibly convenient for longer business trips. The housekeeping was excellent, with everything clean and fresh. The location is also very convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs. While there wasn't excessive intrusion, requests were handled quickly. This is a hotel that truly pays attention to details, and it's definitely worth staying at again.

The hotel is a few hundred meters from a Line 2 subway exit, which makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing as most of the city's major attractions are located along Line 2. The facilities and service are quite good. Breakfast offers a good variety, although the taste is average (and some items weren't very fresh). Housekeeping wasn't very timely; we stayed for several days and were usually out all day, and when we returned the next day, we'd still find hair in the shower drain. Overall, though, it's still pretty good and I'd recommend staying here.

The Huarong Hotel is centrally located, making travel incredibly convenient. The surrounding architecture is beautiful, and the hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Although it's an older hotel with a sense of history, I appreciate that kind of substantial feel over a budget hotel. It has parking, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities. The front desk service is excellent, and the people of Harbin are very kind. However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay: the bedding was not arranged properly, with the corner of the duvet dragging on the floor. This posed a safety hazard, and I actually tripped over it the night I checked in. It was quite painful to walk afterward. I spoke to the staff at the front desk about what happened, and they tried to find medicine for me but couldn't, so I bought some myself. That night, I called Ctrip to explain the situation, and their staff were incredibly empathetic. They offered to contact the Huarong Hotel immediately, but I told them it was too late and to do it the next day, as I wanted to observe my leg injury overnight. The next morning, my leg was swollen and bruised. Ctrip staff informed the hotel, and the hotel manager and lobby manager came to my room to understand the situation and offered to take me to the hospital for an examination. I declined, saying I would go myself so as not to trouble them. The examination showed no obvious signs of fracture in my left knee joint, but suggested further clinical examination if necessary to rule out a hidden fracture. I continued to communicate with Ctrip staff, who were very responsible and actively liaised with the hotel. I'm especially grateful to Ctrip; I've been a member for decades, and they are truly trustworthy. I also appreciate the hotel manager for continuing to check in on my injury. Thank you all. I hope the hotel addresses these safety hazards in the rooms so that guests can stay safely and happily.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the helpful staff who safely stored our luggage, the service was attentive and professional. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless white, the floor was dust-free, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors.

The room was really, really small. Two 1.1-meter beds and a 0.5-meter small cabinet basically filled the entire room. I had a suitcase, and there was nowhere to put it without blocking the way. The room looked like it was probably no more than 15 square meters. I felt the value for money was just okay. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it tasted pretty good. Right opposite the hotel is a night market with delicious grilled skewers, and diagonally opposite, down the street, is a morning market, mostly frequented by locals.

The hotel is brand new, clean, and comfortable, with a great location just a 6-minute walk from the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The commercial washer-dryer in the laundry room works wonderfully, handling both washing and drying in one go. Both the suites and twin rooms offer expansive views with lovely scenery outside the window. The front desk manager and staff are exceptionally attentive, providing warm and thoughtful service. Directly across from the hotel is Lao Chu Jia, offering authentic and delicious food, making dining incredibly easy. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

After an unpleasant experience at my previous hotel, I was really touched by the enthusiastic staff here. They showed me a room and then helped me compare it with another family room, recommending the cheaper and more value-for-money triple family room. The hotel's breakfast is definitely the highlight; the variety is absolutely amazing! It's a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, catering to different dietary habits from both northern and southern regions. Staples like noodles, steamed buns, corn, pumpkin, and rice are all available. Western breakfast items like desserts, waffles, small cakes, and bread are also plentiful. Even staying for two days, the selection changed, and the juices, coffee, milk, and soy milk (original, grain) were all so complete! A wonderful Harbin trip starts with a delightful breakfast!

This hotel is located on Gogol Street, making it very convenient for transportation. There's a bus stop right outside the door, and it's also close to the train station, with buses available to go anywhere. The value for money is outstanding, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Pros: The front desk lady provided excellent service and even helped me store my luggage in advance. The room was clean, odor-free, and the soundproofing was great. These three points are very important, as anyone who knows, knows!!! Cons: There was a power outage that lasted half the night, and power wasn't restored until after 5 AM. With no air conditioning, it was very hot. They only gave us one room card, and to get to our room from the restaurant, we had to go to the first floor and ask the front desk to swipe the elevator card for us, which was very inconvenient.
